I ordered food after waiting a few minutes which was fine sometimes they are busy. But what they need to change is their order screens that tell you your food is on the way and then it reverts back to the start menu like you had just pulled up. And then you wait for five minutes just to push the button again to ask them where your order is at? Then another five minutes later you get a burger and fries that are cold….i can’t really blame the people ( mostly young kids) bringing out the food. It’s the managers and training policies I believe that’s not working out. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the last…

My toddlers burger was incorrect but it was just missing lettuce nothing to really complain about. I did order 5 groovy sauce dip cups but received only ketchup. Also missing the kids meal apple juice which happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Luckily I had some in my fridge I really didn't want to go all the way back. It would however be amazing if by some miracle one day this location got the whole order right... Just once... My fault I keep going back I guess.

Food is decent. However the employees all have attitude. They frequently fail to order enough supplies. They then act shocked you're upset that they have no drink holder for your 6 person order. There's another sonic 5 minutes away. Could they ask to borrow some? The manager got upset at the suggestion. Could they tell you when ordering? Again got upset simply at suggestions. They've run out of tots, and burger buns. I said fine use texas toast. Didn't get upset, but they were sure it was allowed! Come on. Does have big play area for kids.

I don’t eat Sonic often but my daughter loves it so I treated her today and completely regret it. The food was simply ok but make sure you have your items before leaving because I had a missing item and had to go back. When I did, I was refused the reimbursement I was promised by the resolutions team and yelled at by the manager Kenna B who made it very apparent she has self control issues when I spoke to her with nothing but respect. I will definitely be escalating this further and never visit this sonic again.

Overpriced burgers that you could get anywhere, just goto a fine dining restaurant same price for a better burger. Sonic smasher is just another trend soon to die off. And yes I would compare it to McDonald's as it tastes similar in both quality and taste nothing special about Sonic anymore these days. And yes I have no clue as well why the would build a play area right next to a bar truly a downhill place with no taste

Right on par for seguin... No sauce In the bag at all, I got cheese sticks, pickle fries, and chicken bites, no sauce at all!! The cheese fries I ordered were frozen krinklecut fries and have a whole can of chili, which I diidnt ask for, on them How do you eat chicken bites without sauce people? I specifically asked for 3 different sauces and got ZERO

I placed a simple order. Jr Cheeseburger and 3 large drinks. It took 4 trips for my car hop to get my order right. Missed a drink the first time, one of my drinks wasnt made right and there was a hair in my cup.. Not to mention it took over 20 min to get my food in the first place. I payed via card so I couldn't just leave when I saw it was taking forever. I tipped in advance and regret it completely because i tip based on service. When i got home the cheese fries had 3 spots of cheese, and theburger i ordered was made right, but not wrapped right.. I worked at sonic for a few years so I know they can do better. This is poor service period. Very unsatisfied.

I would give negative stars if I could!! My fiancé’ and I came to order food and I stayed in the truck while he ordered outside at the kiosk. The worker brought most of our food out in no bag and sat it on the table outside in front of another customer who was smoking and blowing smoke around our food. My fiancé’ grabbed it and brought it all to the truck, and I wondered why most of our order wasn’t in a bag, but I noticed every one else received all their food in bags so there wasn’t a shortage. I grabbed the food that wasn’t bagged and took it back to them and asked for the manager. She came out and I asked her why didn’t we receive a bag for all the food we ordered? She really didn’t have an answer so I told her I would like our food remade and put in a bag like everyone else’s and not sat on a nasty table outside. She grabbed the food from me with an attitude, went inside, and had them remake our food. She brought out 2 new orders of honey chicken nuggets and I went back to the truck. I noticed when I got back to the truck that they gave us 2 orders of small honey chicken nuggets instead of the 2 larges that we paid for. We got back out of the truck and asked for a manager again. One of the workers went inside and told them it was me again and they started laughing and joking around and the manager never came back out, she sent one of the workers out and told me, “ ma’am at this point I’m giving you a refund and that’s final!” And I was like what? Y’all gave me the wrong size, I’m just asking for the right size. She just stood there and looked at me and I told her to just give me the bag back. She shoved it in my hand and walked back inside while her coworkers who were watching through the window started laughing and was cheering her on! My fiancé’ and I were shocked and embarrassed! Then to make matters worse, both orders of our chicken nuggets were burnt, hard, and mostly just bread and sauce. The rest of our food was cold. Thank GOD for our Sonic back home in Houston!!!

We have issues with this place every single time we come. It’s so bad that we wonder why on earth we ever come back and joke that we’re in a toxic, co-dependent relationship with this Sonic. They never get our order right and we have been met with incompetent service every time. Unfortunately, options are limited in this town, especially late at night. Tonight is our last straw though. After having our order messed up (as always, no surprise there), we received chicken tenders that were raw. Pink and cold in the middle. We came because we were hungry and no where else was open. Unfortunately, we left hungry, too.

It was a little disappointing to be waiting to pick up our food after ordering it in the drive-through, only to have everyone else be served before we were even able to pay or receive our order. Mind you, we were at the front of the line, at the window. To have every car hop bring us other people's food, asking "did you order this" or "did you order that," and not being able to find the vehicle the food originally belonged to...all while messing up our order, receiving the bottom of the barrel tater tots and forgetting to add items to our order. To say the least, I don't think we'll be back!

usually i prefer this one vs the one on kingsbury... but who ever was taking orders for drivethru this evening needs a serious attitude adjustment.... when youre taking orders youre not supposed to rush people through the entire order and be rude just because its busy.... i had to repeat several items on the order numerous times and still my order wasnt right... my sons food is messed up, after a 30 minute wait and i dont even have the energy to go back and wait and try to explain AGAIN. "easy ice"
