I also love how convenient their mobile ordering app is it makes grabbing my coffee on busy mornings so easy. Supporting a small, community-focused café like this is such a joy. I come in everyday sometimes twice a day and I absolutely love this place! However, recently there has been multiple times that I’ve come in and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because there’s only one or two girls in there. My door dasher has also messaged me on multiple occasions stating that they were behind on orders. I just want to bring this to your guys attention because lately I’ve considered coming because I don’t know if my order will be ready at its scheduled time.

Food wasn't hot. No employee asked me to scan my rewards. Spent almost $70 with family and no way to add points using your receipt to the app. Employees should be trained to ask if you have rewards/app to scan for benefits or what's the point of the app. Been here 4 times. Might be the last.

The drinks are amazing. Stop by fire a latte or chai tea and you won't regret it. I had breakfast and the bacon and hash browns were way too hard. I've also had the turkey bacon wrap and it's very bland. The turkey tasted like Walmart deli meats. Great place and I wish I could love the food

Coffee here is, good, food is kind of hit or miss though probably half a dozen times they burned the bread on my sandwich and still served it to me burned and rock hard. The ingredients are good and fresh though, just the cooking. Prices have gotten kind of outrageous, almost $17 now for a medium iced tea and a just a small ham sandwich with no sides.. probably won’t be going back here anymore 😅

The employees here are so rude. No hello or thank you. They have bad attitudes. The food is ok just ok.

No wonder this place is having a hard time keeping its doors open. Who opens at 7 am on the weekday and 7:30 on a Saturday. Needless to say closed on Sunday. You need to be open when your customers need you to be open so it makes sense for them to come. In a town where majority of people have to commute to Bakersfield for work and have at least a 30 minute drive and the service is slow, who is going to waste their time being late to work?! Completely impractical. The customer service is severely lacking. The employees are rude and cold, and pay no mind to customers waiting. At least acknowledge them if you’re busy so they don’t feel like they are being completely ignored. Change your hours to where people can actually come support your business. I’m fed up.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I clearly said I was dining in, and she still packed my breakfast to go — even though she knew I was eating there. That’s beyond careless. It shows a complete lack of attention, accountability, and basic customer service skills. When you’re paying for a meal and choosing to eat at the restaurant, the bare minimum is being listened to. Instead, I felt ignored and completely dismissed. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
