There's a guy making the pizzas tonight (7/30/25 around 6pm) that is SO NICE! I didn't get his name but I really enjoyed chatting with him while he made our pizzas. (He met with his former basketball coach from Oak Ridge if that helps ID him.) He was kind to my kids as they ordered. I witnessed him treating everyone in such a welcoming manner. Then he said a loud, cheerful goodbye and gave well wishes as we left. What a superb young man. Thank you so much for the positive experience!

I really can’t comment on atmosphere because I ordered through Grubhub. The cauliflower pizza was delicious!!!

Ok pizza, 2 of 5 Great experience 5 of 5 Fast turn around time Unlimited customization We got a personal pizza very fast. Something might be off with the cooking temperature because there was Bubble-trouble.

This was my first time visiting Mod and I have to say I really like their pizza and the overall concept. Very friendly service. I could tell by how full I was after eating their pizza that they use quality ingredients. The price is very reasonable considering how many toppings you can order. I will definitely be going back and probably will never visit another pizza place.

Aly was very amazing at taking my order , she aboustely did great on prepping an cooking the pizza. It was superb ratio on the toppings to the sauce . Atmosphere was chill an comfortable. Definitely will be coming again

First time for me to build my own thin crust pizza at MOD, now being the current favorite franchise, for affordable, good pizza, baked brick oven house style restaurant. So I got it to go after I tried the build your own 11” size, which is their version of large scale pizza. 2@ 8.27 each is $16.54. There are also the choose your classic MOD pizzas, you can buy here that are favorites, if your in a hurry while ordering in person.

MOD is a cool hipster place with really good and quick service. UNLIMITED toppings on a MOD pizza. The Gluten friendly crust is really really good and in my opinion better than the regular crust which is already delicious. The Mini Cesar Salad is also exceptional and can add whatever you want to it also. For about $22 you can get the Mini Salad and a gluten friendly MOD pizza and 2 drinks. Too me that's a great deal for 2 people. Hard for me to give out 5 stars but since I can not do a 4.5, I deemed the Shenandoah MOD worthy of 5 stars from me.

Good pizza, nice selection of toppings. The employees were nice but there were some problems with communication. My name was called when an order was up, but it wasn’t my order. They seemed confused and starting yelling out what was on the pizzas, my guess is they lost the paper with the name on it. The guy who made our pizza was only there for a couple of weeks, so very slow, but again, nice. He forgot the salad initially we had ordered. Wish I wouldn’t have said anything- it was $8 for a small salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. And wasn’t impressed with the dressing. I was happy with the pizza, as was everyone else. I’d prob go back, no salad tho.

Service questionable 🤨 , clean restaurant, delicious pizza. Sinfully delicious Had to come back and edit my review. Ordered online at 11:50 for 12:14 pick up. Came in at 12:14 got into the pick up line and waited until 12:35. Only to find out the pizza was sitting cold on a rack 😩 customer service needs work here

My wife recently stopped by and got us pizza for dinner. It was a treat for me as I am in rehab. I was looking forward to a good mod pizza, this was not it. Both the crusts on our pizza were visibly burned, but again we were taking us to go, so we didn’t notice it until she got here. Made the whole thing taste awful especially with the cauliflower crust.
