Food was extremely salty and wings weren’t fresh. Ask for the 20 wing combo and was told they only have the 24 piece which was 26.99. They did have the 20 piece but was online only. It was 17.99. Not ran very well.
Love wingstop. Staff is always friendly at Durant and Sherman locations. Season fries are great and they are always quick to provide me with a little cup of season to go with my carryout or a courtesy drink. Great for the late nite snack or a full meal.
Definitely recommend this Wingstop location. The wings, tenders, and fries were all super crispy and hot. The lady’s were kind and hard working. The restaurant was clean, my order was well organized in the bag, and not a single item was forgotten. 5 star experience!!
we went inside to eat. first time here. was nervous coming bc of the horrible reviews. got the boneless meal deal. all the flavors were correct when i got the order. the meal was hot, and the atmosphere was clean. the cashier was nice. had no problems with customer service. she even removed some of the trash for us, to get it out of our way. honestly some of the bad reviews could have just been because there was an off day or bad staff. which they could have replaced by then or have talked to them about their attitude. didn’t experience bad attitude here today. so hopefully it stays that way for everyone else. as for cold food, i mean if you order it and arrive later, could be why its cold, or if you have to drive a bit from there to your house, its not gonna be hot. may not even be warm. i know when we would drive to chick fil a to our house, its a 10-14 min drive. its not gonna be blazing hot like it came out of the oven. its usually luke warm-warm. like anywhere when you get take out, if you want hot hot food, eat inside.
I used to love the parmesan wings, have not had them in couple of years. They were tough; neither they nor the fries were anywhere near as good as they used to be, a real disappointment for how Very expensive they are. I do not remember her name. the shorter of the 2 girls, waited on me & deserves commendation -she was extremely helpful, gracious, patient & a complete delight. Not just with me but with those she helped while I awaited my wings.
I had to come back in to make sure I tasted what I tasted the 1st time!!! This Wingstop and the Wingstop in Shreveport Louisiana are neck and neck on who has the ABSOLUTE BEST WINGS IN THE WINGSTOP NATION!! Sherman Commons Wingstop, I applaud you as a very new and loyal customer!! Thank you for putting your feet in it! ( not literally) Great job, ABSOLUTELY BEST WINGS IN DFW!!!

Tried for the first time with a coupon for extra wings with order. Messy, warm not hot, flavor was ok, do not think it will be in my regular rotation.
I have to say, these are some of the best wings—just my opinion, of course. I ordered ahead for a 7:00 pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait, but my order wasn’t ready until 7:30. I was a bit frustrated to wait an extra 30 minutes despite ordering in advance. Even offering a free drink or something small would have gone a long way. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, and you can tell they work efficiently. I was also glad I didn’t have to sit inside, since it looked like most tables were taken by people waiting on their orders. Overall, not a bad experience, but I had to give 3 stars because of the wait time, even with an online order. Still, I would recommend Wingstop.
Don't tell someone who calls from Oklahoma that their food will be done in 23 minutes, and then when I showed up to the store to pick up my food I wait an additional 32 minutes. Both the last two times I've went this week it has been an extremely over the top wait time for my food. Thursday, they were not busy and it still took as long as today when they were busy. Staff needs to work better as a team and not stand around when others are getting backed up.
So I’m In Wingstop to get a chicken sandwich and some fries. I’m on the phone with my boyfriend and the girl taking my order was honestly rude. The manager (?) was next to her and not doing anything she was really snappy for no good reason. And seemed irritated when I Took a bit. The food was good hot and fresh. I also don’t know what was in my fries. But I’m worried
No real sides… just fries or some old vegetables. You need better chicken if that’s the only options.
Ordered 30 mix and match wings and every single one of them was dry. Yall need to make sure you aren't over cooking the wings, happens every time, I love how saucy the wings were though, until you bit into one of them. I recommend going to another wingstop, it will be worth the drive. Also hardly ever any good customer service there. Rewatch those training videos wingstop and do better.
Night shift people are awful they don’t show enough care to satisfy the customers! To create less reasons from a customer.. back of house needs to do their damn job correctly. Instead of doing “enough”. To the managers on the shift they need to do a quality control or something. Because me being unsatisfied as a customer and to understanding where the issue happens is ridiculous! If I make sure with the person that takes my order over the phone, and then it shows it correctly on my receipt. Then why is that the back of house crew still deciding to do things incorrectly! Numerous times I receive the same damn hot classic when I specifically ask for hot lemon pepper as the same way it comes rung up on the order when I asked
It’s been a while since I’ve been there but this time wasn’t it. I ordered a to go up there. (Realize it takes me about 5 minutes to get home) all of my food is cold. Fries are soggy. Wings were gross. As if they didn’t cook all the way. 100% will not go back. Waste of money.
If you want your food, fresh and hot, you need to plan to eat in the restaurant. I am not sure if when I went they were understaffed or what. I called and ordered on the phone was told that my order would be ready at 11:35, I sat in the store and waited until 1155. Then they called and said my order was ready. I saw them pick my order up off the shelf that I had seen was sitting there for the last 20 minutes. I paid $22 for nothing but cold food and because they were busy I wasn’t gonna say anything about it. Disappointing to say the least. I also ordered extra ranch which I was charged for. I was not given the extra ranch and the ranch I was given, didn’t have the lid on it all the way, and spilled all over my bag.
I placed a order for 2 combos- 8 pc Hawaiian and garlic parmesan w/ fries. 10 pc hot extra extra wet/mango habanero extra extra wet w/ carrots. Order of 5 pc Cajun corn. I live maybe 5 mins from location in mind. My husband gets home with the food and we pull the food out of the bag and first thing I see are burnt fries. Felt the fries and they were cold as can be like we got leftover fries. Pulled out the rest of the food. My husband opened his wings and that’s when I noticed that the hot was dry. There was no sauce that you could see on the wings and hardly any at the bottom. So I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager a gentleman gets on the phone and asked how he could help me so I told him what had happened. He told me that he could either replace my order if I bring it back up or he could not do anything about it. And then I told him that if I go back up there, I would like a refund plus I would like my food re-cooked to. He said well let me talk to my GM and put me on hold. He gets back on the phone and tells me he cannot do that. The only way they could fix my order is if I brought it back up either they can give me a refund or they can replace the order. We use our gas to go to Wing Stop to pick up the food. We have to pay for to bring it home and to get what we did not order. I didn’t ask for cold fries and I pacifically asked for wet wet wings when I place the order. If they cannot make them worse than they should let you know that. Something does not make sense so then when I asked him his name, he said I cannot give you my name and I said, but you’re the manager and he goes no I’m not the manager I’m speaking for her because she does not speak English. Why do they have somebody speaking in place for the manager? And they say they cannot give the cashiers names, but when they answer the phone they say their name. Yeah I will not be going back to this location again. Every time I go here it’s always something with them. They do not even deserve to have any review stars on here.
Very disappointed. I go here atleast once a week most of the time today I went on Saturday around 9:00 pm I go ahead and order and they tell me it’s gonna be 30 mintues for my food when there wasn’t a single person there eating and also had about 10 employees just standing. Wont be coming back. More customers kept leaving after hearing one hour wait.
