I'd give it a 4 because the service was incredibly slow. They served two tables that arrived after us first. I pointed out the enormous wait, and one waitress said it was a mistake and apologized. Another waiter told us that's how the orders were taken. I mean, seriously? I arrive after the people who are already there, and they serve me first?! Nothing like admitting your mistake! That's it!

It's a popular spot, nothing fancy, but the food is delicious, especially the handmade tortillas. They don't have air conditioning, which makes you want to leave as soon as possible. They also need better salsas, as they serve them in plastic containers (like the ketchup), and they're just so bland. Even so, the quesadillas and tacos are a pleasant experience, and I would definitely go back on a lazy Sunday. They offer takeout.

Highly recommended, especially the crispy tortillas. The tortillas are a good size and have a nice texture, perfectly cooked. The service and attention were excellent. Prices are reasonable; I recommend the quesabirrias and asiento (pork cracklings). I'm not giving it 5 stars because sometimes the broth is too salty and you have to use a lot of lime.

Customer service has declined considerably, the flavor of the birria has changed, and not for the better. They serve very limited tortillas; for one person, they only give you two, and to make matters worse, the bottom tortilla is cold and stale, while the top one is freshly made, hoping the bottom one will warm up with the top one or that the customer won't notice the difference. A terrible experience.

The taste of birria is delicious. But we're talking about cleanliness. When a table is vacated, the servers pick up the leftovers—the used napkins and the little casseroles with onion, cilantro, and lime left by those diners. And when other diners arrive, those casseroles are refilled with leftovers from other casseroles so those vegetables aren't wasted, and in fact, those vegetables carry drops of saliva left by other people. They don't remove or clean the spoons they carry in those casseroles. When they remove the plates and other waste, they serve other tables, carrying plates of food without washing their hands first. This is where people can get infected. 🤐😨🤒🤧🥴

The dishes are very tasty, I recommend them, but order them to go, because if you eat there, the service is TERRIBLE. Maybe the woman was just in a bad mood and the cashiers were incredibly slow, but they definitely leave a lot to be desired in that area. I ordered a drink, and the woman went and came back saying they didn't have what I had chosen. She turned around without offering any alternatives, simply said "no" and left. The same thing happened when I asked for sauces, and when I asked for the bill, it was also an unpleasant experience. And don't even try to change your initial order (even if they haven't served or prepared it yet); you'll probably have a bad experience. I hope my comments are helpful. It's my first time there, and maybe I'll go back. The flavor somewhat redeems the experience.
