Excelente restaurante en una de las calles principales del pueblo de Sitges. La primera vez que fuimos en año nuevo para comer y salimos encantados ! El restaurante es pequeño pero muy bonito, el servicio excelente , los dueños que son Italianos tienen un producto de excelente calidad y varios platos en la carta típicos de allí como la Parmiggiana de Melanzane que se notaba que era casera deliciosa!! El T- Bone … espectacular su sabor! Repetimos por segunda vez hace unos días y nuevamente no nos defraudó en absoluto. Tanto el carpaccio de ternera, el caldoso de bogavante y el tiramisú casero buenísimos!! En resumen, una joya escondida en Sitges que merece y mucho la pena visitar.

Hemos ido hoy a comer y la comida ha estado espectacular. Os recomiendo la berenjena y la fideuá de marisco con alioli. Ojalá os atienda Irene porque es encantadora y te hace unas pedazo de recomendaciones para que disfrutes del sitio. 30-40€ por persona:)

Resumen:Encantadores! Todas las personas que nos han atendido han sido muy amables con nosotros pero sobretodo con nuestros perros. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos acogidos. Nos facilitaron una mesa para estar cómodos con ellos y el resto de comensales. La comida estaba buenísima, muy buena mano con el arroz. Nosotros pedimos el de carne y verdura 😋 Sin duda volveremos. 5th night in Sitges and definitely the most upscale dinner venue we have been. Modern sleek beautiful artwork throughout! Great service. The fois gras steak was 5 stars. The flavors in the pork tenderloin were terrific but it was on the dry side. They start with a small delicious app complimentary. Rest of food and drink great. We are coming back in 2 nights!

First one’s seated tonight and the waitress was very nice. She picked up that we did not speak the language (we’re from boston) and tried her best and got her point across to us. Food was excellent. Best I’ve had in a while. We got the tuna tartare, grill girona steak, and the cod. Would come back if we when we ever come back to Sitges!

We were seeking the best paella in Setgis and I do believe we found it! This is a nice quiet place to eat in an otherwise bustling tourist town. You can tell the Italian influence is very authentic, fantastic burrata salad.

We tried this restaurant on a rainy Friday night. Surprisingly we were the only ones there. The meal began with a delicious starter. We then had a perfectly cooked fried calamari with homemade tartar and alioli sauces. The soupy lobster rice was delicious and perfect for the weather. The tiramisu was also yummy and better than the chocolate coulant in my opinion. We will definitely add this restaurant to our Sitges list.

We found this restaurant looking at the top rated restaurants on google maps in central Sitges. We arrived there when they’d just opened in the evening, they were really accommodating and gave us one of the tables outside. We went for the caprese salad and the fideuá, they also served us two shots of watermelon gazpacho. The quality of the food was really good, fresh ingredients for the salad, lovely pesto. The fideuá is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Our waiter was chatty and lovely. Highly recommend!

What a gem we stumbled across. This is more on the pricy side for being Spain in general but the food justifies the price. I want to thank our waiter Irena that ensured we were having the best time and a good experience. From what we ordered (see images), the artichoke and the prawns were clear standouts. I do want to encourage to order the violet flavoured ice cream (if they still have it when you visit) due to its unique and perfectly balanced desert. The ambiance of the place feels high end but relaxed. Our bill landed on roughly 114€ with drinks and bottle of wine included. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to guarantee a perfect dining experience!

I loved this restaurant. It has an interesting menu, with many options, with also Italian and vegetarian food. The atmosphere inside is nice but I would make it more industrial. I recommend the duck and the ravioli, with a nice glass of sangria

This restaurant is beautifully decorated. It’s like stepping into a Restoration Hardware dinning room. The owner and bartender are very nice and very much involved in the dinning experience. The young tall lanky waiter is fun to watch as he maneuvers an entire restaurant on his own. The food is excellent. The portions are big. The prices are fair. An excellent choice for lunch or dinner.

My favourite meal in Spain. Beautiful prawn croquettes that melted in your mouth, tasty and light calamari, and above all a gorgeous flavoursome paella with black in and cod, shrimp and mussels. I cannot say this enough - try this place!!! We were greeted with a glass of bubbly and salmon tartare with avocado base, which was very kind. We had a nice fruity light wine to accompany the meal. Above all the staff were utterly remarkable and so nice. One of the best places in Spain.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Who would thought Tuna and strawberries would be great together?! Those little tiny clams were delicate. We had a lovely meal here and I would strongly recommend visiting if you are looking for great food in stylish surroundings. Prices consistent with international restaurant dining. Excellent cooking. Some minor points of feedback: Steak plate could be warmed. Dessert plate could be chilled - ice cream already starting to melt when served.

Buen servicio, buen ambiente y comida muy rica. Recomiendo el bacalao gratinado, estaba increíble! Eso sí, restaurante bastante caro para lo que es.

Un local, bonito, decorado con gusto. Las mesas un poco juntas entre ellas. La carta no es muy extensa pero nos ofrecieron unos platos del día. A nuestro parecer, las croquetas mejorables, los tallarines Buenos aunque les faltaba El suquillo y el arroz negro normal, le faltaba un par de minutos más de cocción y los mejillones secos. Seguro que fue mala suerte, tendremos que volver para disfrutar y poder valorar otra vez nuesta experiencia. El servicio fue un poco lento y, sin conocernos de nada, se tomó demasiada confianza para nuestro gusto. El café bueno aunque lo pedí muy corto y lo trajeron normal.

We had lunch at La Fabrika de sabores when we were staying in Sitges. Perhaps we were lucky to be the only ones dining at that time, but our waiter was really friendly and attentive. I feel terrible for forgetting his name! I ordered cod croquettes as starters and their white housewine. My friends had the seafood paella that we all shared, the fish was very fresh and well-cooked. It was one of the better paellas I had during my stay. They also brought some toasted bread with toppings and bubbly wine, all on the house. For dessert, we tried their chocolate cake with ice cream, I think it was fine. Overall, I think the food was great value for the price and we were very satisfied with the service. Would definitely visit again for dinner to try out rest of their menu!

I can say that we had a nice dinner. The food was good, special thanks for coquinas and the gambas with garlic. I cannot say the same for the octopus which was really not well cooked, making it chewy and not edible. The service was perfect and the prices acceptable. The waiter changed immediately the octopus when we said we are not satisfied. The second one was ok…

El servicio fue muy atento y familiar. La comida estuvo bien pero no es para tirar cohetes. Lo mejor fueron las croquetas de gamba y los chipirones a la andaluza. Lo peor el jamón ibérico que estaba muy salado. He de decir que comimos de picoteo y no hicimos ningún plato principal como paellas, pescados, etc. que tenían buena pinta.

Quite nice place, but a bit sterile. The food was OK, but certainly nothing special. I make a better paella myself. The waitress was not very friendly and seemed stressed, annoyed and like she had a cold.

At first they were not very interested to find a table for us. Then when they saw that we were actually interested to eat there suddenly there was one free. The waitress that came could not really understand what I was saying but I did make an order anyway. She was trying her best but forgot about the wine she suppose to pair and bring to us with the main course. The steak(meat) was fine but I was expecting more to the rest for 27 euros. Canned mushrooms it's not something you usually serve with such dinner. They gave me like 5-6 tinie potatoes and they looked pretty funnie on the plate-maybe they thought I was to fat already or something- just joking. My wife ordered a pasta dish- not bad taste but to little sauce and also looked like semi-finished product you can buy in a better store. So all together this was a disappointing experience I must say because the expectations were high because of the score 4.8. Sorry but not this time.

Una experiencia decepcionante. Un restaurante que aparenta mucho, pero que no logra convencer cuando llega el momento de probar bocado. Caro para lo que ofrece y, por desgracia, totalmente olvidable Es un restaurante que intenta ser italiano… pero lamentablemente no lo consigue. Lo que podría haber sido un viaje culinario por Italia se quedó en una experiencia totalmente normal. Eso sí, la presentación estaba cuidada — visualmente, los platos prometían. Pero los sabores contaban otra historia. La pasta… simplemente correcta. Nada que ofenda, pero tampoco nada que emocione. Le faltaba alma, intensidad, ese carácter que hace que la cocina italiana de verdad te abrace. El entrecot era grande, sí, pero sin chispa. Una pieza de carne básica, servida sin sorpresa ni intención. Algo que mis primos pequeños podrían preparar en casa sin complicarse demasiado. Y lo más desconcertante: no tenían arroz. En un sitio donde casi la mitad de la carta gira en torno a paellas y arroces caldosos, fue algo difícil de entender. Las croquetas de jamón, por su parte, estaban excesivamente cargadas de bechamel. En lugar de un equilibrio sabroso, lo que predominaba era una crema pesada donde apenas se notaba el jamón. No lo recomiendo!
