The sandwiches are so good. Moreover, the team is very kind and patient. I am French and I misunderstood some things on the menu but the waitress stays very understanding. They are the most courageous people in Solvang because most of the restaurants in this city are closed at 7:00 PM

Had a great breakfast experience! This was our first time at this establishment... and we will be back ! Walk in ....order your food and pay up-front at the register and then be seated ! Kinda cool ! .... no surprises when your done eating ! The food came to our table in record time ! My wife had a Belgian waffle ... Awesome ... crispy outside but soft and fluffy inside... and the syrup was perfect!! Not heavy or too sweet. I had the corned beef hash and eggs... really, really good ! Service is outstanding.... my coffee cup was never empty.... and the coffee was excellent too. Strong, robust and flavorful !! You can't go wrong eating here !!!

Staff was pleasant and professional. No point talking about and rating food - it is Subway. You will get exactly what you typically expect from Subway chain. The place is clean inside and open late. Good thing for Solvang especially since most reasonably priced places with decent food close kind of early.

Went in to get a quick sandwich for dinner. Service was friendly and prompt, as I was the only customer there. The sandwich was fine, as you would expect from Subway. The only drawback was the bread wasn’t that fresh. I attribute that to it probably being baked in the morning and sitting on the shelf all day.

As a result, our order wasn’t exactly what we wanted mainly due to them leapfrogging between my order and other customers. That being said, I want to say that they were trying their best so this isn’t to complain about them directly. It was just unfortunate that it was so slammed and chaotic in there and they were doing what they could under trying circumstances. There was not even a manager on duty to help them out with other customers, prep ingredients or even answer the phone for them. The sandwiches were good, we just didn’t get everything we wanted on them due to the situation. I think someone else got double my mustard and mayonnaise in the process. I would go back again, just hope next time, if it’s busy, the employees have some more help.

Seems team was trying to save on sauces and vegetables? Hope they can improve on their standard at this outlet as no other subway close-by. Agree on previous attitude comments as well.

I ordered a meal of the day and they charged me 19.39. She told me that I didn't say that and that I asked for another number, but that wasn't the case. The thing is that the girl who served me didn't hear well, so I had to repeat that the quality of the food is good, but the service is not good.

Hard, stale bread, forgot ingredients on a THREE INGREDIENT SANDWICH - This place sucks. Always gets my order wrong. it is not hard to put pickles, turkey, and bell peppers on bread yo. Do better and get better employees, these ones are incompetent.

always go to subway to eat in my lunch break , I never had any complaints of the food or the workers, but this pass 2 or 3 months its just no even pleasant to go there anymore, they have new workers and they are the worse it’s always the same lady with the worse attitude ever , her name it’s alma the first time I didn’t give a lot of attention I thought it’s someone just having a bad day but god every time she gives the worse attitude ever ! She gets mad if you ask for extra veggies and says the it would be extra ! Since went subway charges for extra veggies!, she rushes you even went there’s no line , she just has the worse attitude ever , I had never have an issue in this subway the workers are always super nice and helpful and it’s sad the now I prefer to no even go just so I don’t have deal with the lady and her horrible attitude.

On May 22nd, when I went to purchase a meal, the restaurant wasn't very crowded, though there was a short line. When it was my turn to order, the Subway employee skipped me and asked the person behind me to order. The woman behind me pointed out that I had been in line first, and I also explained that I was ahead of her. The employee didn't believe me and asked the woman again if she had arrived first. Feeling deeply mistrusted and discriminated against, I asked the Subway employee, "Why?" "Why ask?" She lied, claiming that the woman behind me had raised the issue first, which was not true. The mistake was entirely due to the employee's personal bias. This unpleasant experience ruined my mood, and I left Solvang without buying any souvenirs. Totally forgot!

They argued with me and wanted us to bring the now more stale bread back so they could add to them??? we ultimately threw them out, ate frozen and will never go back. 24 dollars down the drain.
