This has to be the best dominos I ever had. Super fast. The app is amazing. Recommend it to anybody that’s trying a save a few bucks. Every time I have gone in everybody is super nice. 10/10.

I've ordered several times for delivery and my daughter and I have been very impressed. It comes fast and hot and the delivery drivers have all been very friendly! I'm impressed that a place that has opened so recently is running this smoothly already! Well done everyone!

This. Place. Is. AMAZING!! Their crust is ALWAYS easy to chew, with great seasoning. They have THE BEST cooked-perfectly pizza with it! The 5-cheese Mac n' cheese, magnificent! Their mini breadsticks, magnificent! Literally everything else there, MAGNIFICENT!! I HIGHLY recommend this pizza place.

Everybody makes mistakes that's not the issue when I went in to pick up my order which said it was done only one of the two pizzas that I ordered was ready. Instead of them telling me what the problem was they all walked away from me if it wasn't for Rory . I believe everybody in there will still be walking around scratching their heads wondering what to do that man needs a promotion good experience because of you

Went in to get it and they said it was coming out of the oven. They cut the first one and after a couple other orders realized they somehow missed my other pizza. They quickly informed and said it should take about 7-10 min. They kept me posted the whole time. My pizza was ready right around 10 mins. They employees appologized and offered a discount for next time. They were all totally professional. Mistakes happen and they handle it so amazingly. The pizzas were hot and delicious when we got home. Looking forward to going again.

I've had their Pizza a couple of times, and it exceeded my expectations. (For the price I was expecting something more on the lines of Little Caesars) I have not tried delivery however, and that seems to be where most of the bad reviews are coming from.

We have gone here quite a few times and have never had issues. Ready on time delicious. Last night we placed our usual order over the app. It said it was ready. We are very surprised on how much this location has gone downhill especially since the Sonora dominoes is independently owned. We have ordered from here several times and the pizza always was amazing! We decided to go there for dinner tonight as takeout. We did do curbside we ordered extra cheese and extra toppings which we did not get it. Barely had any cheese on the pizzas. As we were waiting there For them to come out we watched five customers walk in the door and turn right around and leave. The employee behind the counter seem to be on the phone and wailing his arms about the customers left and went next-door to Panda Express. When the employee came out with our pizzas, he circled the tip portion of the receipt and seemed very annoyed that we wrote a zero with the/through it and also seemed to be very annoyed that when we paid on the app, we did not include a tip as well. Little to their knowledge we were paying them cash for said tip. I don’t know what’s going on, but they all seem on the cranky side and their food quality has gone down.

The delivery guy was great! The salad I ordered was expired. When I called they gave me a coupon for my next order which I cannot see when I am logged in! This is the Sonora Ca location

I ordered from here twice before, both times the order was wrong. The second time I called and asked for a refund, and was left on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. We just had a pizza party at my work. A Vegan pizza was ordered. Several of us ate the pizza believing it was vegan cheese... well I was questioning so I went on the website to place an order, and found that this Domino's doesn’t offer vegan cheese. Wow this restaurant is really really bad and I don't even have anything nice to say about the customer service. Since dominos has shown up in Sonora, they continously refuse to answer their phones. Will close the store without closing the online website so it will take your money and hold it for a day. Either the dominos company itself is to blame for this experience or the staff in Sonora need some serious training.
