Denny's

Hello, my buddy and I haven't had a denny's in a while.So we stopped by this.When it was little oliver away.But well worth it.. Really?The onish issues that we had was when we checked in.There was nobody there, except some young man playing on his phone and taking his time to seat us. And the same was when we got ready to leave and pay, although it was a different person.She tried her best, but she had many people coming in.So I don't blame her. But overall, our waitress was excellent.We had good service and the food was what we expected, so good.

I am a big fan of Denny's. This particular location is hit or miss. The service and food is not consistent. I come here once in a while for that particular reason. Probably in the middle of the week has better service or food but on the weekends, and thereafter hours is a disaster.

On A Positive Note: about three female staff members looked me in my face, however, only Nora? asked if anyone helped me. She was kind enough to take my order and pour me a cup of coffee. I haven’t eaten at a Denny’s since my college days in Atlanta. I don’t recall the taste of a Gram Slam. This was a miss, the pancakes were hot and fluffy, however the bacon was paper thin and the eggs were scary.🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m trying to figure out while the mess from the couple that was sitting next to me is still on the counter. The place was not that busy. Someone could have cleaned off the counter tops. The Verdict: A number of food choices at a reasonable price but the service and cleanliness needs improvement. I’m no longer in college and I am here in the afternoon bs early early in the morning- I have clearer vision.😊🤷‍♀️I do not recommend this place. A Daily Diner

The service was a bit slower than usual. The mash was cold. You could make a snowball with it 🤣. The gravy looked like brown soup. Everything was clean and up to code; the atmosphere was normal. The soda was cold 🥶, and the lemon was fresh 😋. There was a crazy girl who sat next to me, and she wanted eggs, so I bought them for her.

The customer service is really bad, The salon was dirty and that was my second visit and is worse than first time.

Walked into the front and waited about 5 minutes. No one ever came to greet me even though there were people there eating. I could hear staff in the kitchen talking to eachother. Another couple walked in after me and we stood there waiting for another 5 minutes. The couple and I chatted for a bit and both walked out together. I ate at the diner down the road

Mobile order. Got to establishment asked if another order could be added to mines and was told that the wait was going to be much much longer because cook got 4 orders amd I would need to wait for her/him to finish those to then work on my meal. Asked for French fries for my meal and got a baby size. Not greedy by any means but if I'm paying almost $30 for a sandwich and fries would expect a decent portion. Picture below

November 3rd 2025. 9am. This has to be worst experience at any Dennys I have ever been to. Walked in and place was empty. Waited to be greeted and seated and that took 10 min (should have walked out as a sign) Once seated waitress took another 10 min to ask for my order. Then another 10 min to receive order. A breakfast burrito and a soda. Never once did she come back and ask if everything was good or if I needed anything. She didn't even come to give check. My impatience got the best of me after being here for over 1 hr and walked up and waited another 6 min for someone else to come and told them what I ordered and paid w tip. Understaffed? Short staffed? Uneducated or under trained staff? I don't know. The place was empty. 3 customers in restaurant. What is staff doing? Certainly not taking care of guests. Denny's lost a customer. I won't return to this location.

Ordered the Sweet and Creamy Coffee and got basically black coffee with no sugar. When we asked for the sweet cream, they told us they ran out and don't do it anymore but took our order when we ordered it. The food took over 40 mins to come out and the scrambled eggs were ice cold. One of the salmons tasted slightly off and the pancakes with vanilla icing came out with no icing. Was the worse experience I've had so far and we couldn't even leave because they took 10 mins to give us the bill.

I would’ve gave the zero if it was there the girl that was there she was very disgusting disrespectful arguing with me cussing in front of customers is an ultimate disrespect. I’ve been in retail for 15 years and I never experienced what I experienced tonight. The manager that was on staff listen to me, and then she walked away from me and didn’t try to de-escalate the situation but the girl that was there in the morning today y’all need to get rid of her she’s very disrespectful and she works in the back.

0 Stars. Do not eat here ! I ordered out January 5th .. I ordered the lumberjack combo . When I received my food me and my 1 1/2 year old daughter started eating. She went to grab eggs and the eggs were stuck together by hair . I looked and hair was tangles all within the eggs and not just one hair a whole bunch. I called them multiple times different days and I just got the runarounds and they didnt seem to care at all. Very unsanitary and no good customer service.

Me and my husband come here at least twice a week, today we were waiting 20 minutes to be seated, while it was empty inside which we don’t mind but another person came in and he complained about the wait as well and the Hispanic lady came and explained to him why there was a wait and then tried to seat him and even the guy said we we got there first and she said “I don’t care I’d rather seat you first cause you’re only 1 person” … it’s just my husband and I like how hard is that and we waited for 25 minutes while that guy waited less than 5 minutes. We ended up just walking out and going down the street to ihop and they just seated us in less than 30 seconds.

I ordered food from here at night multiple times and im aways missing part of my order or something is wrong once it hits past 11pm the quality of service drops from a 4 star to a 1 star and the workers just dont care about getting anything right -This picture is the loaded zesty nachos that come with beef and all other toppings but because i ordered later in the night/mornimg i was served a box of plain tortia chips for $17

Walked in around 11:00 pm with a party of 5 people, wait about 2 minutes to get seated. We get to our seats. No waitresses give us menus or silverware but proceed to seat the surrounding tables and give their drinks. We had to ask another waitress to get us menus and ours finally come out. We ordered nachos and they came out 30 minutes later, very underwhelming but I guess it’s what you get when going to a Denny’s at 11:30 at night. We finally put our orders in then to wait almost an hour for food that never arrives. We get told the kitchen is backed up and they’re plating our food now so we wait another 15 minutes just for nothing. We decided to go to the front, pay for the nachos and drinks and leave just to be told we have to wait for a manager to cancel our orders. Absolute horrible experience and it would’ve been understandable or okay, but the fact that people were coming after us and were getting served and getting their food before us…. never coming back.

Bathroom was disgusting and we could smell it from our table. We were there for an hour and never got food despite being told it was ready and being plated several times. They told us the kitchen was backed up but we watched other tables seated after us get served.

You already know Denny's is gonna be raggie but this one takes the cake. Took about 2 hours to get the meal to us. Waitress can't stop making excuses, slow as hell, even though its not busy at all. Food is mid but not worth the hassle.

Husband's hashbrowns were nasty drenched in what tasted like bad oil. I took a nibble and couldn't get the flavor out of my mouth. Forgot his avocado. He also said that the quality of his Philly cheese steak was not good it was burnt and had a lot of Grizzle he said that the meat was not chewable that it felt like chewing on knuckles. It was overpriced for bad quality I understand it's a Denny's but never coming back here again

very very bad service and very bad food the waiter spilled coffee on my table and didn’t even bring me napkins up until I ask and totally forgot my toast to the end And it’s supposed to be a new remodeled restaurant and never were coming again

Came to have Veterans Day breakfast and it says open everywhere but is closed. Super disappointing 😞
