Friendly, personable, efficient and always reminds me of the stuff I grew up on with my grandma and parents! They do get busy, but even when busy they do try their best and if you really get upset at them, remember--disney lines are 45 minutes normally!

The little girl working was awesome. Was great to be helped by someone with a smile and a bubbly personality. Also helped when she said the morning manager is a Packer fan. Go Pack Go!!!! Will definitely go back to this Dunkin Donuts when I'm in or around Southlake

The took so long to serve me, I went inside because the drive through was lining up expecting to be served faster but it might have been quicker just to go through the drive through. The coffee was good but service was another story

Been coming here for years and realized that I’ve never taken the time to write a review but I just wanted to say that Jen is amazing, she’s been so consistent and I can always count on my coffee being made perfectly every time she is working. She goes the extra mile to provide me with excellent customer service, and she’s overall such an amazing employee!! She makes this Dunkin the best Dunkin around. <3

Excellent coffee, I always go to this location. The mobile order feature on the app makes it a breeze too. I just order from the app as a walk-in and when I get there I just walk in a grab it. The customer service is great as well, the staff is always friendly and make sure I get taken care of.

Haven't had one in so long. Went inside late afternoon. The doughnuts wife got tasted fresh, not like made at 5am, but like 30 minutes ago. Our reason to stop was for the Blueberry flavored coffee which we both loved. Not too hot. Everything was good here. Friendly cashier girl, nice smile welcoming people as they walk in.

I went through the drive thru, it was a good experience! Customer service was fast and friendly, and no line at 1pm on a Friday. Also, my strawberry refresher tasted great. Convenient location, for sure since my class is less than a mile away. Definitely recommend!

Kudos to the gentleman behind the counter today I should have gotten his name! I was there for a delivery order in which the items were unavailable unfortunately but he deserves a shout out for his kindness and professional demeanor. I really appreciate good service, thank you sir :)

I absolutely love Dunkin's coffees. The Southlake location is by far my favorite. My iced coffee and hot coffee were perfect. The donuts were the freshest I've ever had from any DD location here or NY. Thumbs up to this location!

I'm blown away this morning. My husband I and I were off to a rough start today with our little family. This included ordering coffee from this location and then realizing neither of us had our cards. The lady at the window didn't even flinch and said they had it covered today! We will travel the extra 20 minutes to get here because of their excellent coffee and customer service. Thank you again for showing us we picked the right coffee place. :)

Sometimes they are out of items but that just makes them all the sweeter (pun intended) when they're still available even at the end of the day. I always receive excellent customer service going through the drive-thru! My only complaint would be the credit card system not allowing for adding tips. This is my go to place when I am in the neighborhood. It has not been a disappointment at all each time.

Today was my 1st visit to this location. I was greeted very warm and the gentleman took my order. My order took no more than 7 minutes to complete. I was able to get my food and jug of coffee. I was even offered help by the management, to bring my order to my car. It was clean and service was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone, to bring your business here! Thank you kindly 🙏

Easy to find and park. Fast service and great environment to relax. Floors and couch was a little dirty which caused the 4 rating on atmosphere. Ordered a small coffee in my own mug. Coffee tasted fresh and was piping hot.

Love Dunkin Donuts! My favorite treat - the glazed chocolate munchkins! They must be popular though because half the time I try to get them they're sold out. I appreciate the many options and customizations they offer on the coffee drinks. My usual is an iced sugar-free vanilla latte with oat milk, sweetened with stevia. ☕🍩

For the most part this place is great. I can take my son here and no he can have a doughnut without getting a reaction to dyes. (They are dye free and clean ingredients) service lacks enthusiasm which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This Dunkin is usually part of my weekend routine in Southlake. Their weekend morning workers are friendly. However, if you order food &NEED napkins then be sure to ask. They rarely provide any napkins. Their cold brew is nice but not as strong as some local offerings.

I visited this location early morning so there was a line at the drive thru, however the line went very fast. I ordered 2 pumpkin hot coffees and 1 dozen assorted donuts for the office, the donuts were fresh and festively decorated for Halloween the coffee was hot and very good. The customer service was okay, I felt a little rushed but I can understand because there was a line. I would return to this location.

The food was fresh, coffee delicious, and the staff was great. The location is a little bit tricky to get into with the intersection. The location also makes the drive-through line backup frequently, so be careful which side of the building you park on for dining in.

I have been coming here for years and 8 of 10 times it's pretty great. Food is tasty, staff is nice, donuts are fresh in the morning (they aren't a fresh baked location unfortunately). This location gets 4 stars because as much as I love Dunkin, for some reason about 1/4 of the times I come to this location they make my drink wrong. I order the exact same drink every time, so idk how they can get it so wrong. Sometimes, they get it REALLY wrong, like add 6 cream cups and 3 spoonfuls of sugar to make it bearable. If they could have consistent training on portions (ice, coffee, cream, sugar, milk, etc) and consistently hit it, they'd easily earn 5 stars.

Service was a little off. One order at a time one drink at a time and no napkins. Not the service im use to that I get at other dunkin doughnuts when I go inside for service. Not crowded at all. Got the Ghost pepper doughnut and it was good.

Coffee is much better than Starbucks... if you enjoy it black. When drinking coffee black, you actually get to taste it, and DD is very good black. Once you start adding cream/sugar/milk/whip/etc. You miss out on the actual coffee flavors. I really like the recent revival that DD has gone through in recent years. A very quality breakfast fast food place that's much more than a donut shop. The breakfast here is good, and the drink options are great. Even have a "Beyond" option for those interested. DD is a dead on SB competitor and may not have the posh of SB... But it's just as good. Really the only reason for 4 stars is cause it's still Fast Food. And come on, 4* for fast food is fantastic!

Been years since stopped by a DD. Sandwiches could use some more flavor. Tasted like right out of a microwave. Donuts are not as good as they used to be. With so many other options not sure we will stop in again.

I have been coming here for years and love Dunkin’! The staff is very friendly and I love their kolaches. Until recently I LOVED their iced coffee but the last 4 or so times I’ve been it has been near undrinkable it’s so acidic and bitter. Please look into fixing it as I really love coming here!

Staff was really nice, welcoming and friendly, but the quality of me and my wifes drinks were subpar. They made both of our drinks incorrectly, but corrected it after we said something. Not a bad experience, but I recommend more training to make better quality drinks for the customers.

I normally have a mediocre experience when coming here. I always order on the mobile app and notify them when coming in. But too many times my cups are overfilled or the wrong milk is used or a staff member is rude and unwelcoming. My favorite thing about Dunkin’ is the food menu, and how there are several breakfast protein and pastry options.

Had difficulty communicating with the voice on the speaker. I wanted a coffee to be sweet but no sugar. They said I could use Unsweetened Hazelnut but it wouldn't be sweet. Apparently they've never heard of splenda, etc. I finally got an Unsweetened Hazelnut latte with splenda. Just be forewarned that if you don't order it just right, they may not understand.

Been visiting this location regularly for over 4 years now and have had generally great experiences. However, the new staff ares honestly not up to the standards I'm used to. Pro tip: it really defeats the purpose of wearing food handling gloves if you wear them constantly and touch everything else with them.

Was busy and only one person on front counter. Waited for 12 minutes on 1 order and had to leave. There were 3 additional people in front of us and 3 more behind us. They had 3 people handling drive through. So ....priorities?

They used to be pretty good. As of late, they can never seem to get orders right or quickly enough. Waited 20 min in line for coffee that they made incorrectly... 2 times back to back. Doesn't appear the staff listens to the order despite confirming with them at the window. Just be weary it's a 50/50 you will get what you ordered.

I’ve been to this location and tried multiple food options at this location. What is that weird plastic-ish chemical taste on most of the food? Idk why I keep trying food expecting a different taste. It’s not on the cold food, the lemon cake was good, but all of the hot food tastes like it’s been sprayed with bleach. I have not had a bad customer service experience, but they do need to turn up the volume on their drive-in ordering box. The last two times I’ve gone you can hardly hear the person speaking through it.

I come to Dukin almost everyday for the past few months. The closest Dukins to the southlake one are like 30 minutes. I would love a new one because the one that is in southlake does not listen to my orders. I always order a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher w extra Strawberry Dragonfruit, and my drink is literally a light brown.... not the vibrant pink the drink is supposed to be. They fail on my drink EVERYTIME I go through. Crazy because my drink always turns out perfect at different locations. Maybe teach your staff to LISTEN to their drive through orders and make sure the customer doesn’t drive off dissatisfied.... Like I have been.

Horrible service plus average donuts plus high prices = shop for donuts elsewhere. I remember when Dunkin' Donuts was all about making great donuts. Now they hardly ever have what you want in the little variety they make. The store now looks like an overpriced trinket shop instead of a place where you go for some coffee and sweets. And no matter which Dunkin' shop you go, do not expect any treatment other than bad and nasty.

First time going to dunkin donuts and was not impressed. My son and I went inside but the donuts you could not see as you have a small space for 2 registers and you are in the way to see the donuts. Get rid of the 2 huge walls around you and separate the registers. I need more room to see and breathe. My son said the donuts were good but not going back. I ordered him what I get him at the regular donut shop because that is all I can see. I even asked the lady is there a way we can see the donuts here. She said this is all we have still in my way. Guess she did not get the hint. Bad setup!!!

I normally don’t post reviews. I was craving coffee and donuts. I ordered for Colombian roast they didn’t have that so then I ordered for their famous regular roast they didn’t have that so the only coffee they had was dark roast. The munchkin donuts were delicious. But the coffee was lukewarm, I don’t know if it was sitting for too long? I know dunkin’s donut is known for their famous coffee but honestly I am really disappointed. All I wanted was hot fresh coffee and donuts not lukewarm sitting for too long burned coffee. :( service was good but you guys can do better with coffee.

Sadly the donuts were very dry and I was Given the wrong order at the window. When I tried to tell the girl the order was wrong I was given a look like I was crazy. I tried to show her the correct ticket she didn't really look at it. I didn't even get an apology but was handed my correct order finally after being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I didn't even get instruction as to what to do with the incorrect order. When I asked I was told "Oh we can't take that back." Someone needs to speak with this girl about how to look at customers and speak to customers. Incredibly disappointed with this visit.

Terrible breakfast. I ordered the new beyond meat sandwich through the drive through. Every advertisement, including the picture on their menu board has it on an English muffin, yet they made it on a croissant. I live 6 minutes from this Dunkin and I had to warm the sandwich in my microwave before I could eat it. To make matters worse, the bottom piece of croissant was raw. I ended up throwing the whole sandwich away. Their coffee is also sickeningly sweet. Maybe some people like that about them, but I ordered a latte and asked for half the normal amount of pumps of sweetener and it was still too sweet to drink. I understand that it’s fast food, but just go to Starbucks down the street and get a much better everything for close to the same price.

We have gone here many times and the drinks are never hot but today was the last straw. My hot chocolate was not even warm enough to melt the mix and it was all lumped on the side and bottom of the cup. I think Dunkin Donuts has the best tasting hot chocolate but it never seems to be prepared correctly.

I went to Dunkin on a very early morning before work and tell me why a girl told me they weren’t open. When I respectfully asked why she said and I quote “It’s just me working here” Now why I the world would someone schedule you if you weren’t supposed to be WORKING! Last time I checked you get paid by the hour that pay, is the money I am paying you to Assist ME. Never will I ever give my business to this location again.

Service is always slow and they get my order wrong half the time. Coffee isn't anything special, nothing is consistent, and the food is totally overpriced, pretty much only the donuts are good. The location is weird too - if you need to get back on Davis, you're very inconvenienced

While we were ordering our drinks we accidentally forgot to ask for a milk option on one of the previous items. Then some chad employee took over the mic and rudely said “we already made it…” to which we replied “I’m sorry?” He then pipped up again and said “we already made it… do you want us to RE-make it??” Like we had the audacity to change our order while we were still ordering??? We got to the window where they not only DIDN’T give us the corrected drink, but were also horribly made in comparison to other Dunkin locations. 0/10 wouldn’t go again.

I just visited this location with friends and family. It was raining and they had no floor mats available. My friend slipped and almost fell. She alerted the staff that it was wet and slippery at the door entry and asked if they had any mats. The lady at the counter, Cassandra, answered disdainfully, "No we don't have mats." My friend explained that she slipped and almost fell. "That's what the signs are for." Cassandra unapologetically responded. My friend explained that you cannot see the signs from the outside and Cassandra, not saying a word, just walked away. Two of my friends and I decided not to order anything. One of my friends and daughter did place an order. After 20 minutes my daughter asked about her order and they unapologetically said they forgot her order. This was a horrible experience and I will never visit that establishment again. We always have friends and family visiting us. If any them ask about Dunkin Donuts this is the experience I will relate to them.

A donut shop without donuts.... went to this DD shop twice on different weeks to get donuts around 1 pm. Both times, they only have a couple of boring flavors left and 4 pieces of donut holes. They should just close the store and pack up.

The lady who took my order was very rude. I ordered sprinkled donuts and she asked “with sprinkles” to which I replied “yes..?” then she gave me donuts without sprinkles. She also didn’t give me my drink that I ordered. She hardly said a word the whole time then got my entire order wrong

The donuts I received looked like they were a day old and the bread on the kolaches I ordered were piping hot but the meat was literally ice cold. I was in a hurry and didn't have time for them to fix it. This was my first time att this location, but I will not be going back. I'll stick with driving out of my way to Shipleys.

Waited in long lines with no one at the register for huge stretches of time. Ordered “Cosmic Grape Coolatta” for my son. Took forever and sat on the counter because they never told me it was ready or called out that is was ready. On poster, coolatta has layers with different colors. All I got was a purple drink. After waiting forever, my son was disappointed because his drink was nothing like the picture.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and possibly the worst experience I've ahd getting coffee ANYWHERE! I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the employees stared at me and went back to just doing whatever it is they were doing. After standing there for TEN MINUTES an older man asked me if I was "finally ready to order" when no one had tried to assist me in the first place and said "she's been waiting on you" referring to a younger woman who had not once spoken to me and was busy spraying the counter and wiping it down with something. I told the gentleman I had already ordered and demanded "What are you trying to say!?" very agressively and I repeated that I had already ordered, furthering that I had placed a mobile order for walk-in at 7:15. He grabbed my drink from behind the counter and shoved it at me and told me to get a straw, not once apologizing or explaining why I'd been standing there for ten minutes without anyone speaking to me. I don't recommend anyone ever going to this Dunkin unless you enjoy paying to be treated poorly.

Wow, how in the world do people love this chain so much. I've been to this location, and locations in NYC. Both have been awful. The donuts are stale, and are not fresh. The latte I ordered a couple of months ago, also was awful with a horrible after taste. It's crazy, go support local donut shops that need the money for their great food instead of dunkin...

Well, my experience wasn't a great one. I went in a couple days ago and as I walked in, I was not greeted, the store wasn't busy. My mom and I were the only ones there, plus the 2+ employees...then as I was ordering, I wanted my drink half caf (half caffeine) which I was told couldn't be done. And unfortunately the girl was less than friendly or understanding as I told her I had just ordered the same drink a few days before at the precinct line store. She was not a happy camper nor was she accommodating at all. So, we ended up going elsewhere. Disappointing experience.

The drive thru had terrible service. They were out of majority of donuts we wanted and pressured us to get others that we didn’t want. After all that they messed up our drink order multiple times and slammed the drive thru doors mid sentence. She told us she couldn’t here us then slammed the doors again and started yelling at the girls who also worked there. Plus the iced lemonade tastes like cleaning products. This was absolutely appalling.

Rude, rude people, why are these people allowed to behave this way? The worst part is that the restaurant is absolutely filthy. And staff is on their cell phones. Completely oblivious. Can’t believe Dunkin’ allows this. Will never step inside this place again.

When ordering today they asked me if I wanted hash browns and I said no thank you. Well in my order there was hash browns and they charged me for them. Also asked for extra cinnamon in my drink and there is only a tiny sprinkle in it. Not a good look

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve stopped at this location multiple times and every single time they are out of EVERYTHING, ovens are down, and they make the drinks either too sweet or really strong (no consistency whatsoever). I worked as a barista in college and know that there’s recipes to follow when it comes to making drinks. I don’t know how this place is still open. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to turn this place around.

Be careful using a debit card here. Used a Visa gift card at this location, first time using it. Few days later tried to use it again, it had a zero balance. Got skimmed. Someone used it to buy shoes online.

So surprised! I was going to go through the drive thru, but I decided to go inside so I could see their selection better. It was about 5:30am. I was going to get coffee and donuts for myself and my boyfriend before he went to work. I walked up to the counter and the lady seemed really friendly. She asked me what I would like. So I ordered 2 large coffees, and asked about donut availability since there weren't many out yet. She said they had everything, but the lady was behind on making the donuts. So I started to tell her which ones I wanted, and the lady obviously got someone coming through the drive thru right then. Without saying anything, she just walked away and started making the drive thru order. This seemed super rude to me, so I just decided to take my business elsewhere. Didn't realize that the drive thru customers were so much more important that the walk-in customers at Dunkin Donuts. Guess I shouldn't have gone in. lol

I received two sour milks in the past two weeks there. I am done. One was past the due date by like 9 days and the other was actually 4 days before but it was sour. Are you letting the milk get hot??? Anyhow that is probably some of the coffee complaints too due to the spoiled milk. I will not be coming back.

Not impressed there was a lack of donuts at 8 clock in the morning. Guy at the counter was slow and rude and staff took forever to get the order ready and I had to ask for my food after waiting 20 minuets. Some lady in the back complaining that she need to have a smoke because of the rush they had also the dining area is nasty there is food all over the tables and a lack of chairs I am glad that I had a gift card but I will never come back here again

the staff is constantly rude and unhelpful. they always get our order wrong and never do anything about it. i understand working in customer service but every single person there seems like they don’t want to be there and does not care about the quality of their service. food is always cold and they never make drink orders right. would rather go to the dunkin 30 mins away for quality service instead of this one.

I ordered vanilla latte through the drive through but the associate kept hearing chai latte instead three times. When I spelled it out loud for him (three times) he said that he could not understand my accent. I have been ordering from this location since last year but this is the first time that something like this happened. We will not go to the location again although the girl associate was nice.

If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. Drive through staff on Saturday morning's is incredibly rude. The inability to get an order right of... coffee... blows my mind. Not even anything crazy, just... coffee...black...hot...in a cup. There is a younger blonde girl that continually swears over the intercom. Luckily karma was on our side and she spilled coffee on her white pants, so I got a chuckle out of that. Take the extra 15 minutes/6.6 miles (yea... I checked) and go to the Dunkin' straight down Precinct Line. I don't know if this location is franchised or not, but if need be, just go to Starbucks next door!

Not sure if I went during the wrong time of day but they had pretty much no selection of donuts available so I was stuck with just getting two kinds and that's it even though I wanted to get an assortment of a dozen. I will give him a try again later but not sure I should have be anytime soon. Dunkin Donuts used to be my favorite place to go

As much as I love Dunkin Donut it was very busy inside and through the drive-thru which is to be expected. My wife wanted a particular iced coffee and it did not come the way she wanted it to come so she said that we will never get to go there again.

I usually do not write reviews, but their customer service here is terrible. Their manager Who wasn’t even in uniform just a gray sweat shirt is extremely rude and apparently their corporate store so they’re not beholding to anyone. I will never come here again.

I stopped by the shop about 30 minutes before closing to order 3 dozen donuts for the next morning and the person working the drive thru window was rude. There was no one else in the drive thru lane, no other customers. However, he didn't want to take my order for tomorrow. Consequently, I left and will not go back to Dunkin' because of the rudeness. You have not only lost me as a customer, but I will now tell my friends about the rude worker and tell them to not go to this location.

I ordered a simple plain breakfast sandwich. No cheese. Recieved a disgusting amount of cheese on my bread I couldn't take off & no meat. Funny thing is the order sticker was right Please get competent workers that can read a order sticker. Wasted money that won't be refunded to me per their supervisor on staff. Thank you I will not be coming here again.

rude staff, especially the middle-aged woman who often sits at the window weekday mornings. I’ve been through the drive through multiple times and every time she seems incredibly annoyed and impatient with both her employees and customers. I’m assuming she is a manager by the way she barks commands at her staff in front of me. there have been times where my order may have gotten switched around in order in the kitchen, and every time she asks if a certain drink is mine, and often it’s not, she rolls her eyes and scoffs… as if it’s my fault. Dunkin’ needs to have someone come and evaluate this location along with their leadership, bad representation of the company.

I just went inside and stood there for more than 5 minutes. There were 2 persons working in there. No customers in the lobby, maybe one car in the drive thru but the employees didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Just ignored me. I just walked out. Exceptionally poor service. Corporate should look into this.

Staff is friendly and store is clean, drive thru is usually quick. But I come here often when I do not have time in the mornings to fix coffee at home. There has only been 2 times that my coffee has been made correctly. I order a medium or large iced coffee with sugar and French vanilla. I receive iced coffee with sugar that is just sitting at the bottom undissolved. And my first sip is usually pure sugar. I will not be returning to this location.

Where are the holes? I ordered a strawberry frosted and chocolate frosted and I got two donuts with no holes and no filling (which the filling I didn’t want so that’s fine) but the strawberry had no sprinkles. And I also had 2 Boston cream donuts. They all just thrown in a bad so the chocolate got mixed with the strawberry. They need to package it differently take time and pride on your work.

The customer service here is always atrocious. They hire inexperienced people that are there to horse around. The employee's constantly have issues staying on task, and have issues with assisting the customers. People have to tap on the drive thru window to get service, and even then the employee's seem outraged that a customer would do that, even though they have been left sitting there for over eight minutes. Unfortunate, because the donuts are delicious.

It's usually a pleasure to come to this place but today I felt uneasy on top of driving up to the window with the young girl having an attitude and she barely wanted to hold the reader out there for me to even pay after me asking her to reach out a little bit more she caught an attitude and I told her since she didn't want to pull it out she will have to hold get it to pay the look of disgust like she did want to touch me or my phone. I did not feel great leaving here I will not visiting EVER!

The older Gentleman that took care of me was awesome. The two women working there were absolutely useless. After not hearing anyone in the drive through for 5 minutes I went to the window. One of the women (the manager I assume), looked over at me, then continued to ignore me. She looked back over at me waiting multiple times. The women working there do not care, terrible customer service from them. The older gentleman working the kitchen was phenomenal.

They never have ingredients to make anything. Went today 3/9/2022 and got a sandwich full of raw bacon! Had to take it home and put it in the air fryer to make sure I wouldn’t die if I ate it. Someone needs to help this restaurant badly

Wow. The service at this location is unacceptable. I came in during a non busy time, was not greeted by anyone and waited several minutes for an employee to take my order. I ordered snackin’ bacon and when I got to my car it was ice cold and soggy. I have ordered this many times before and gotten hot crispy bacon. I went back in the store. There were no employees in sight. I called out and one employee stuck her head around the corner where she was sitting. I told her my bacon was cold and asked if I could get some fresh or at least heated. She told me it was supposed to be served room temperature (which mine was not even room temp). No offer to heat it. So I politely asked for a refund and left with my money back, but an unsatisfied customer.

This location was trash I waited 10 plus minutes to get my order and it wasnt no customers inside the location..Ordered a bacon sandwich bread was hanging off..Manager high fiving workers because they handled a small rush but you have a customer inside waiting longer then they should.. She forgot my order I handed the worker the receipt telling her the manager forgot something on my order she gets on the headset and questions like im lying.. I don't care if its 13$ its principles..

This is the third time o had a bad experience at this location , not sure if it’s only the morning shift but the drive thru has a really bad customer service, super rude! If you say hello when you get to the speaker they’ll say to wait with an attitude and other times I’ve showed up and waited to be greeted and never happened, the girl didn’t say nothing for 3 minutes ! No way around it !!! I wonder who hires this people !! Manager probably hiring family members.

We used to receive great service at this location, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over the past few months, the customer service has noticeably declined. The staff behind the counter don’t acknowledge customers when they walk in and continue doing other tasks that, in my opinion, could wait. A simple greeting goes a long way. I asked the manager if something had changed recently, and instead of addressing the concern, she became offended and rude. That interaction confirmed that something isn’t right. Unfortunately, we left and will be recommending customers visit the other location near Kroger instead.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I went through the drive-thru and sat at the order machine with no greeting at all. After waiting, I pulled up to the window where three employees were standing, clearly saw me, and didn’t acknowledge me in any way. Eventually, one employee walked over — and instead of helping me, they started taking the order of the car behind me as if I wasn’t even there. When I waved to get their attention, I was told very rudely that “there are only three of us working” and that I would “just have to wait.” To make it worse, they refused to take my order at the window and told me I needed to go back around and get in line again, saying they’d get to me “when they could.” That’s not how a drive-thru works, and it’s definitely not how you treat customers. I understand being short-staffed happens, but basic acknowledgment and courtesy cost nothing. Being ignored, spoken to rudely, and then pushed to the back of the line is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before stopping here.

The old lady on the morning shift from the minute I walked in having an attitude. None of the food is fresh all microwave type food reheated. The lady today didn’t even acknowledge me till about 7 mins after I got there. Then had one of the young girls ask me why I was there. I was doing delivery and made me wait roughly 20 mins all together for the order to hand me the order that a customer paid for and is waiting for just as much as your drive through. But your management is just going to piss iff customers who paid already and drivers who will ignore your store. She needs retraining “here you go !” Like she wanted to to cuss with it. Funny put the order together and hand it to me when you hear me say I’m about to get real mad.20 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE

Everyone there was mean, and acted like it was a burden for me to be there. They made my drink wrong and when I asked for the half and half on the side because they failed to put it in they drink, they sighed as they dropped 2 sides of creamer in my hand. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went and ordered two sausage wraps, was given wraps without the sausage. When I went into to get my correct order, they gave me back only one sausage wrap, and when I asked for the other, they said they had only charged for one, and so charged me for the other. So unprofessional when a)they made a mistake on my order and b)them charging me for only one wrap was their mistake to begin with. I understand that this is a fast food joint, but is making me swipe my card for $3 more when they had already inconvenienced me and wasted my time really worth more than customer loyalty? Guess who will be going to Starbucks instead every time! Better drinks for similar price and the employees understand the value of upholding the brand through good customer service.

Got to this location around 6:30 this morning. For not being busy, took pretty long to get a coffee and muffin. The real problem came when I got to work and pull my muffin from the bag and the wrapper is half torn off and the muffin top literally fell right off. Not sure what happened, but it doesn’t take much effort to realize the muffin you’re stuffing in the bag is sub par and maybe you should grab a different one.
