A large group of my friends visited this Chili’s for a birthday. We were lucky enough to have Bri as our waitress. She, along with the other staff, took such good care of us and had the best attitude! Thank you Bri for being the best! #GiveBriARaise

Came here for lunch and enjoyed every bite! I didn’t get our server’s name (my fault) but she was outstanding and very attentive making sure we were taken care of. Hubby had the Smash burger and I had the Old Timer. Food came out hot, fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back to this location.

We visited this place last Saturday. It was very good. We first was told the wait will be 30 minutes so we decided to order take out. As we were ordering we noticed seats at the bar so we finished our order and sat at the bar. Our food was ready rather quickly which they brought to the bar. Everything was good. We ordered a few drinks at the bar. The frozen margaritas 🍹 are so bomb. We will be returning very soon as we enjoyed our service and especially our food/drinks 😊

When I came yesterday night it was pretty cool, there was a 45 minute wait but i didn’t mind. When it was time for me to be sat down the servers were nice. Xavier was great! with the short amount of time I was there he always checked in. I ordered the triple dipper and was immediately stuffed lol. I will most definitely be back again soon and I hope to see all the wonderful staff I had again :)

Available just after 11:15 a.m. I was greeted at the door by a hostess and lead directly to my seat. The waitress had a pleasant and polite attitude. I placed an order for the Dip Trio. Chips were hot and crispy. Main meal I ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger (cooked medium). OMG, the first bite was AMAZING! I had a brisket burger before from another food chain and you could feel the texture change as you bit the sandwich. HOWEVER, on this one.....the meat was SO tender, my teeth melted through the brisket and beef combo effortless. Whomever the CHEF/food specialist was on 14 Jul 2024, they really put their best effort into that sandwich. My my experience was exceptional and I would recommend friends and family for future business. I want to Thank the Chili's Staff for their professionalism and making experience worth sharing!!!

I had lunch here last week on Thursday. I had excellent service. My sever named Amanda was attentive. My food order was ready quickly and served hot .

Back in May of 2005. I was at this restaurant for lunch. The server asked me if I wanted dessert. I then let her know that I wasn't a dessert person. She then told me that she could change my mind forever. She served me the "molten lava cake. I highly recommend ecommend 👌🏽I came back to the same spot.

Love Chili's! This was our first time at this location. The parking was good, our drinks were tasty, and the food was great. The $5 Lucky Jamjson margarita hit the spot! We enjoyed the bartender while waiting for our table. We will certainly be back.

We go here pretty regularly and always have a great experience. This particular Chili's is very popular but you can almost always get a seat instantly or within a couple of minutes. He servers here have been nothing but excellent. Extensive menu with lots of great deals. We always feel like we have a killer experience here without overpaying. Thanks Chili's! Highly recommend the appetizers (like the tripper dipper), the classic baby back ribs, or the 3 for me deal. Great place to eat with a family or watch a sports game. Large parking lot - parking has never been an issue here.

This establishment was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. I would rate it an outstanding 10 out of 10. The portions were generous, and the beverages were delectable. I particularly enjoyed the strong Straw Eddy margarita, priced at $6, accompanied by the chicken quesadilla and avocado ranch dip. The dip was exceptional. My son’s burger was customized to his preferences, and our server was exceptionally courteous. I would eagerly make this a regular weekend or biweekly destination for future visits.

Food was great service was lack luster.

Generally I have good experiences here but there's been a few times where I wasn't been greeted at the door for over 5 minutes. Most recently, a waitress grabbed menus right in front of us, looked at us and walked off without greeting us. At that point I leave and take my business elsewhere. When the service is good which is most of the time I genuinely enjoy this place. The food is always good but their service could use some work. Prices are extremely competitive for the food quantity and taste.

My daughter saw the Triple Dipper app on TikTok today and asked to try it so we went to Chili’s Alexandria today. The food was good, our server was good and the atmosphere was very family oriented. My only issue was that they have the Ziosk game on the table as if it is just “available”. When I got my bill, I noticed a $2.99 charge for the game which is fine but at least warn people when they are seated. I had my 7 year old with me who was immediately drawn to it. It seemed to be a little predatory for me. Nevertheless the $2.99 was paid.

My boyfriend had the three fajita combo and I had the smokehouse combos with ribs and the brisket quesadilla. His food wasn't that great. The black beans were cold and the shrimp "tasted like they were freezer burned and stored next to old catfish" (his words, not mine). The only complaint I had about my smokehouse combo was that the fries were cold. Other than that, I enjoyed everything about my dinner. The surprise was the jalepenos in the brisket quesadilla as it wasn't mentioned on the menu so I wasn't expecting them. My favorite thing about my dinner was the street corn. It was perfection! An awesome mix of savory with the mayo, cheese, and spices, and the sweetness of the corn. Our server, Sam, was great. Very attentive and his customer service was on point. When we go back, I just hope we have the opportunity to be served by Sam.

We were seated right away on a Saturday evening, but it took a bit for our waitress to take our order. Food and drinks came out quickly even though the restaurant was pretty full. I like when the chips and salsa are warm, but they were cold when we got them. My chicken quesadilla was great! We also waited a bit for our waitress to ask for a box for leftovers. Overall it was pretty good.

We all had the hamburger special and it was excellent and it was a great deal probably less than we would've paid at some other hamburger joint and the hamburger was prepared perfectly and we had a side of nachos, they have the best nachos anywhere the chips are excellentand I would definitely return.

Honestly, the positive gap between expectation and reality for Chili’s is unmatched. I went for the first time ever with some true veterans and proceeded to be utterly delighted for two hours. First, Shakur is an incredible server. A+. We started with chips and salsa + skillet beef queso (~$12). It tastes like the best midwestern Mexican restaurant salsa and straight from a Super Bowl party cheese dip. I ordered the arctic drift marg. It could have been more frozen but who cares? It was also roughly $12. We had some mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and then I went HARD on the triple dipper. 2 mini burgers (Big Mouth Bites), 2 Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, and 3 honey chipotle chicken crispers . Finished it off with a skillet cookie. I meannnn. Everything hit. I only ate half of everything so I had a full lunch the next day, too. I expected the menu to be more Mexican? Maybe more like the Applebees of my youth? It was beautifully its own unique self. I get it, Pam. I, too, saw God in a Chili’s. Cost to quality ? Incredible. With tax and tip it was ~ $40 pp.

It's been a while since I've been to Chili's, but I got to spend some time with my son after a long 2 day car trip across the country. We went with the Southwest egg rolls, chicken quesidillas and salad with chicken tenders. All good choices and good service.

We needed a quick bite to eat after visiting Mount Vernon that was quick and kid friendly. The wait to be seated was about 10 minutes the waitress who took our order was fast and friendly. The best part was the kid screen pads that are loaded with games at each table which allowed the adults to talk. If you don’t want the kids playing or having screen time give them to your waiter/waitress before your kids notice them. We ordered steak and chicken fajitas, old timer burger, crispy chicken tenders and a full rack of ribs. The fajita meat was moist and perfectly seasoned huge portions - easily could share an order. I usually love going to Chili's, but the service at this location was disappointing. I sat at the bar and wasn’t acknowledged for over 10 minutes. Drink refills were slow, and the bartender didn’t seem interested in providing attentive service. Thankfully, I came alone—definitely not the experience I’d want to share with friends. It may have just been an off night, but I’ll be checking out a different location next time. The food as usual was tasty.

My girlfriend had never been to Chilis before so we went. I enjoy the service there and the food was good. We got the Full course me but our server ended up ringing my order in wrong. Not sure what the mix up was but I didn’t release till after I left. All in all my experience was descent.

I enjoy going to Chili’s with my family because the food is consistently good, and the wait staff is always friendly. However, the service tends to be slow—both when getting seated initially and throughout the meal—and attentiveness could be improved. On my most recent visit with my family and parents, our bill had multiple errors, including overcharges (items charged separately instead of as a combination). The visit before that, we were mistakenly charged for items another table had ordered. While the staff has always resolved these issues, it still requires us to wait around for corrections, which can be frustrating.

To start off, want to give recognition to our waitress who was very attentive, missed her name but was wearing glasses and look like had Latino background. But unfortunately the start was not great. A female with read hair was very intrusive with her mean looks the minute we walked in and didn’t even bother to ask us or lead us to a table. They have roaches!! Good customer service, but I went with some friends and we found roaches crawling on our seats. The staff seemed aware of it too.

I had a really disappointing experience with our server, Ayana. From the moment we were seated, it was clear she had little interest in our table. She was incredibly slow to acknowledge us and barely checked in the entire time. It honestly felt like we were invisible. What made it worse was that she spent the majority of our visit chatting with the table right in front of us, giving them all her attention while completely ignoring us. We waited far too long for everything drinks, food, even just to place our order. There was no effort to make us feel welcome or cared for. I understand that restaurants get busy, but basic courtesy and attention shouldn’t be optional. Ayana’s lack of professionalism really impacted our experience, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend sitting in her section based on this visit.

Not to friendly for Postmates. We had a pre-order meal that took another 30 minutes when we arrived and there wasn't any helping at the specifically designated area for pick up service. I can only imagine the inside service. I did witness a table talking with their server about how their order was wrong. I won't be stopping their anytime soon so beware Postmates customers! I also wanted a take out menu that wasn't available.

The quality of the food was subpar at best. I have noticed a change in this particular restaurant over the last year. The food seems old. The salmon was overcooked and had a strange smell the burger was overcooked. This is the second time I have had food from this particular place and it has been disappointing. The Manchester restaurant has better quality control.

The food and service was good. I ordered and received the "Three for Me" special but was over charged. I paid via the POS terminal at the table and did not receive a receipt. Manager I spoke to via phone two days later kept talking in circles and was no very helpful. It was just a couple of dollars and no big thing. I should have reduced my tip for them to adjust. Will request a physical check when/if go back.

Update to review. After the service today. Get seated waited for about 15 minutes before the waiter came. The chicken pasta came out with no alfredo sauce. The person that dropped it off said the waiter will be back in a few with the sauce. That took another 5 minutes. The check was brought quick. The digital thing on the table didn't work. Trying to get his attention as he walked by. Even asked another waitress to ask him to come back. Might be a wile before we go back. Old review. Food is decent. This location is never really busy. Normally the service is really good. There are a few times we had slow service.

We love Chili's!! But will not visit this particular one again. Service was horrible. Our server way always rushing around his tables but then we'd see him talking in the back. He'd ask us if we needed anything but was walking by so fast he didn't even wait for an answer!! We were never offered refills, we literally got crumbs for chips with our salsa. Thankfully there were several food runners that we could get the attention of and they helped us. Listen, it's expensive to go out to eat with your family. The service you get really matters!!

I came here after dropping my sister in law to the airport. My husband and I were hungry and I was craving Chili’s. We drove here and when we got here it was very busy. I understand since it’s 5pm on a Sunday. The wait was 1 hour and a half. So we ended up just ordering to go. We placed the order for 6:20pm and received the order at 7:45pm. I understand when it comes to the restaurant being busy and packed. But having my food sitting there for 45 minutes when the order has been ready since 7pm makes me upset. The guy that was working at the To go area didn’t ask anyone who they’re picking up for. When he asked us what our order was he had mentioned it was “back ordered” took them another 30 minutes. When we got our food, it was so cold. The steak was cold, my burger and mozzarella stick was cold. I was so disappointed and upset. Even if it was “back ordered” our food should’ve came out either fresh hot or slightly hot. Chili’s you disappointed me. I would not go here again.

The server we had was AMAZING. Super nice. The bartenders were awful. Took 30 mins to make the wicked drinks (they weren’t even full glasses. One came more than half empty)and another 20 mins for a simple margarita. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chili's today, primarily due to the poor service from our server, Preston. From the moment we sat down, he seemed disinterested and unengaged, almost as if he didn’t want to be at work. I ordered a classic margarita, which turned out to be watered down. While Preston did remove it from our tab when I mentioned it, his response when a member of my party requested an alternative drink was unprofessional. He dismissed the request, saying, "it's a $6 drink and it would only have a lot of alcohol." The worst part came when we tried to pay. We waited over 20 minutes for Preston to return, but he never came back. We eventually had to ask the host for assistance, who was much more attentive and customer-focused. We didn’t see Preston again until we were leaving, and he had the nerve to ask, "Are y’all good?" By then, we were already frustrated with the poor service. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chili's, and I won't be returning to this location. It's a shame, because the food was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience.

My recent experience at Chili’s Alexandria was marred by appalling service and blatant discrimination against myself. It saddens me to recount the distressing events of the evening, which tarnished what should have been a simple dining experience. From the moment I sat down, I did not feel welcomed. As a matter of fact the waitress didn’t even speak to me until I had to get her attention to let her know I was eating also. The waitress's demeanor towards me and my partner was noticeably hostile, as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. Despite being polite and respectful, we were met with dismissive attitudes from our waitress. Our waitress blatantly ignored my existence and did not take my order after taking my partner’s, as if she was trying to be funny; she walked away as soon as she took my partners order I had to get her attention to let her know what I wanted to order. I have never felt so unseen and disrespected. Throughout the evening, it became increasingly clear that we were being treated differently from other patrons. Our server seemed reluctant to assist us, often ignoring our requests and displaying open disdain towards us. It was disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination in a supposedly inclusive establishment. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while.

I’m just going to start off with saying our waiter didn’t even state his name and he had a snarky/ smart attitude that was unnecessary. The people at my table claimed that their margaritas tasted like straight water/ juice and he proceeded to say “well they are six dollar margaritas”, first of all nobody asked, and second why offer liquor if you’re not going to give? ALSO the drinks were watered down and the food was mid. After we received our food, or waiter didn’t even bother to come back to check on us if we needed boxes or anything in that need. There was no reason at all that we should have proceeded to walk to the front to receive a box from the hosts when it’s our waiters job. Eventually we found out that our waiters name was Preston because the host told us. Do better.

I came in at 10:20pm. And the host asked if I wanted to booth or high top. I said a "booth please"...there was one open in the section. Then she said..."I only have High tops available." I said " I just came from work and my body is extremely exhausted after work, from lifting, can you please accommodate." SHE said "No" ...I said wow. As she watched me struggle up on the high chair. Then she ran to the other host to gossip and laugh about what she did. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY GOING HERE. I DIDN'T GET HER NAME BUT DAM. THIS HAPPENED ON 02/17/2023. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE SHE SEATED ANOTHER GUEST AT THE TABLE.

They used soggy expired onions to make the burger bites I had. Never eating at Chilis again. They just ruined my appetite for their food.

SERVICE was awful. Waited at the bar to place my order for about 15 minutes only to be told to be told I couldn't place a to-go order there, which is not what she said when I first asked her. Then, I placed the order at the to-go area. I waited approximately 40 minutes from the time I arrived till I left. FOOD Complaint: Mashed potatoes were brown & the broccoli tips were brown& rib eye was edible, after a few bites it was distasteful. This was my 2nd visit to this location. The first time things went well, but last Friday! Awful. Won't go back.

The food was trash and the customer service was terrible. Our server was very sweet and we had to issues with her but the manager needs more training when it comes to dealing with unsatisfied customers. Me and my partner got the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and hated it. I ate one because I really tried to like it and my partner ate half of one. I asked the lovely server if we could just switch the remaining four for the normal ones and she went to ask her manager, she then returned stating her manager said no they wouldn’t be able to do that. We didn’t want to cause any issues so we said that it was fine but then the manager came out and reiterated that they wouldn’t be able to that and started to explain that she’d be losing out of money by doing that which honestly she should’ve just not said anything because that didn’t help the situation at all. Me and my partner just kept telling her it was fine because we weren’t trying to cause a scene or be disruptive but she just kept trying to explain that. All in all it was a terrible experience and we won’t be returning. If you want great service and better food do yourself a favor and just go to the Kingstown location.

We came to this establishment for a few refreshing drinks which they were, and service was decent but to have to sit through an employee male with a wig singing and cussing and talking about being drunk and doing drugs, blatantly saying cuss word with kids in the place is totally wrong. Ok where do I start it took forever to get the order right it took 3 ppl...to do that ..then I ask for no chicken on my explosion salad i also wanted a corn too .. and i didnt want any meat .on the salad and recieve ckin....July 13... . I got my food Togo and it sucks cause I don't live here i was visiting from another state ...smh spoiled my meal ... cause I didn't want chicken and I leave on the 14th

There was hair in my food. The service horrible . The waiter had a funky attitude. The manager didn’t even apologize. Won’t be dining here again !

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! We have gone to this location previously and gave them business during lockdown but since we had gotten busy with life. When we went last night, we ordered apps and food. We had to remind the servers for some of our apps when they were delivered, after about half an hour later (over an hour since we had ordered) we ask about where our entries were. We were told that the kitchen had closed for the night. When I ask why and why the waiter (Shakur) gave an excuse and then began with attitude about how he did not know, though isn’t it his job to check on his tables and their orders? He then stormed off and we could hear him yelling in the back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never did a manager come!!! AVOID THIS SCAM OF A “RESTAURANT”

I will not be visiting this particular Chill’s again. Coming from the restroom, I seen the cook or whoever he was, handling food with his bare hands. No one had on gloves and a waitress eating over someone’s food she was getting ready to bring out.

Service was very bad. I was waiting at least 20 minutes to give order. After giving orders, they got main course first then Appetizers and drink.

Memorial Day. I went with my family today and received the worst service. I never seen so poor service in all the years that I have been a client. The server did not get the order right and has to be reminded several times about the items that were missing. The appetizers arrived with the food and 2 extra items arrived when we were done eating. The server never clean the table during our visit and the last 5 sodas that we requested did not arrived. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she only had one server. She did not show any intentions of making our experience a better one. I don’t recommended this place and definitely management and employees needs a better training.

my server was very rude and nasty , didn’t even give me his name , but had a #1 server shirt on. tried to argue with about what i ordered, lied to me saying my fries was cooking and they never came out. this my second time here , food and drinks always good. But my server just had a bad nasty attitude.

This place is terrible. If you don’t eat pork, BEWARE!! I ordered a triple dipper with specifically no bacon on my sliders. I finished eating one until I noticed there were bacon bits inside. I felt absolutely disgusted, especially considering I reiterated with the waitress multiple times not to put bacon. My fiancées order was also completely wrong and got nothing we asked for. After bringing this to our waitress attention, she still tried charging us $21 dollars, we had to complain further for the manager to void any payment. We declined any re-serving of a plate because we felt so disgusted and did not want to continue eating. The way they handled this was so unprofessional and disgusting, do not go here.

The food was ok but my main issue was how rude my server was, he started out a bit nice then all of a sudden started getting very frustrated with my order and progressively got more attitude. I tried to remember his name but I could not remember as it was not an easy name to remember at all but it seemed to sound African. It’s was a tall man with long hair

When i requested a specific drink the wait staff literally told me no. There was no customer service behind his thought, before he spoke. I was shocked he didn't offer an alternative option or anything. I order the margaritas chicken dish. I wasn't given the option to alter it. It did come with the tortilla chips on top. And, the chicken chewed like rubber and came apart weird almost like a chicken nuggest. It waa strange. Chili's is pretty predictable with flavors, taste and service but this location is struggling. Not Chili's finest day.

I found a ROACH in my food here, and it completely ruined the experience. My friend and I had just received our food when a baby roach crawled out of the basket before we even started eating. We immediately told the staff. The manager comped the meal, but we left without eating and I have zero confidence in the cleanliness or pest control here. Seeing a baby roach suggests there may be more in the building. I won’t be coming back.

Solid service from the wait staff. The food was horrible we had egg rolls that was soggy and nasty. The sliders that tasted like they used dog food to make them. The chicken strips were nasty and overly salty even the dessert chocolate molten cake was nasty. The only thing that was decent was the drinks. We waited 40 minutes to be seated to eat nasty food. Never going back not ever over priced garbage.
