It's been a while since I've been to Chili's, but I got to spend some time with my son after a long 2 day car trip across the country. We went with the Southwest egg rolls, chicken quesidillas and salad with chicken tenders. All good choices and good service.

Food was pretty good and decent. My waitress was really nice and friendly. The establishment was clean and nice. So overall it was a good experience. I had their $5 drink specials of the month something mixed with Caption Morgan rum.. it was fruity as hell but after 2 I was starting to feel "good" LOL (I'm a light weight tho). I would definitely return Food: 2 for $10 with buffalo wings. I had the Bacon Burger with Fries 2 of the "month long special" for $5 Boneless Buffalo. Wings Bill total with $5 tip = $40

We needed a quick bite to eat after visiting Mount Vernon that was quick and kid friendly. The wait to be seated was about 10 minutes the waitress who took our order was fast and friendly. The best part was the kid screen pads that are loaded with games at each table which allowed the adults to talk. If you don’t want the kids playing or having screen time give them to your waiter/waitress before your kids notice them. We ordered steak and chicken fajitas, old timer burger, crispy chicken tenders and a full rack of ribs. The fajita meat was moist and perfectly seasoned huge portions - easily could share an order. The ribs ended up being a plate you could share easily. You could probably even split a half rack. The old timer was good - paired with the French Fries.

To start off, want to give recognition to our waitress who was very attentive, missed her name but was wearing glasses and look like had Latino background. But unfortunately the start was not great. A female with read hair was very intrusive with her mean looks the minute we walked in and didn’t even bother to ask us or lead us to a table. It genuinely made my experience bitter but again our waitress was great and pros to her for making it better with a smile on her face. This was 12/7 at 9:10-9:50

The server we had was AMAZING. Super nice. The bartenders were awful. Took 30 mins to make the wicked drinks (they weren’t even full glasses. One came more than half empty)and another 20 mins for a simple margarita. I thought it was from how busy the restaurant was however everytime I looked at the bartenders they were scrolling on their phones, talking to each other and doing basically anything BUT make drinks.

I came here after dropping my sister in law to the airport. My husband and I were hungry and I was craving Chili’s. We drove here and when we got here it was very busy. I understand since it’s 5pm on a Sunday. The wait was 1 hour and a half. So we ended up just ordering to go. We placed the order for 6:20pm and received the order at 7:45pm. I understand when it comes to the restaurant being busy and packed. But having my food sitting there for 45 minutes when the order has been ready since 7pm makes me upset. The guy that was working at the To go area didn’t ask anyone who they’re picking up for. When he asked us what our order was he had mentioned it was “back ordered” took them another 30 minutes. When we got our food, it was so cold. The steak was cold, my burger and mozzarella stick was cold. I was so disappointed and upset. Even if it was “back ordered” our food should’ve came out either fresh hot or slightly hot. Chili’s you disappointed me. I would not go here again.

The customer service, overall was good. The food was not. The burger I ordered was dry, overcooked and tasteless. The chicken soup was different but tolerable. I would not order again. The cheese fries were hot and without salt, as requested. I had my mind set on a big juicy, tasty burger with the trimmings. Epic failure; lettuce was old, tomato was anemic and red onions were fresh but chopped. Sliced onion goes better on a burger. The service introduced himself and went above and beyond. Unfortunately I don't recall his name.

I found a ROACH in my food here, and it completely ruined the experience. My friend and I had just received our food when a baby roach crawled out of the basket before we even started eating. We immediately told the staff. The manager comped the meal, but we left without eating and I have zero confidence in the cleanliness or pest control here. Seeing a baby roach suggests there may be more in the building. I won’t be coming back.

Solid service from the wait staff. The food was horrible we had egg rolls that was soggy and nasty. The sliders that tasted like they used dog food to make them. The chicken strips were nasty and overly salty even the dessert chocolate molten cake was nasty. The only thing that was decent was the drinks. We waited 40 minutes to be seated to eat nasty food. Never going back not ever over priced garbage.

When i requested a specific drink the wait staff literally told me no. There was no customer service behind his thought, before he spoke. I was shocked he didn't offer an alternative option or anything. I order the margaritas chicken dish. I wasn't given the option to alter it. It did come with the tortilla chips on top. And, the chicken chewed like rubber and came apart weird almost like a chicken nuggest. It waa strange. Chili's is pretty predictable with flavors, taste and service but this location is struggling. Not Chili's finest day.
