Though I’ve never actually been to this exact location, I can vouch that the food is PHENOMENAL. I’ve ordered from this location about 3/4 times already off of DoorDash. We tried the new pretzel cheese pizza. It was DELICIOUS. The workers nailed it. All of our past orders haven’t disappointed either. 5 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! Keep it up guys!!

risked another venture, as t-mobile had a promotion on their new Detroit-style deep dish pizza. ordered online this time as a guest, using the promo code without issue, and the pizza tracker and "portal" contactless pickup process worked flawlessly. apparently the key here is zero human interaction, and everything will be just right and on time. as an update, their corporate support contacted the store directly, which never reached back out to me to resolve the prior issues from my first visit, below. very poor customer service experience, so don't expect any help from corporate, or from this franchisee. previous review: visited on a weekday evening to get the pretzel pizza (after seeing ads on social media) around 6:30PM, was not available hot and ready. cashier appeared to be on a personal call via airpod in one ear, but she was immediately attentive and took my order. waited 10+ minutes with a few customers coming in to pick up at the portal, but no other in-store orders before or after mine. received within about fifteen minutes, got home in ten, opened the first one up and it was hot and fresh, but the crust looked nothing like the photos, not brown at all, salt scattered everywhere, and barely tasted like pretzel. used to love little Caesars but hadn't had it years, and this was an underwhelming return.

Great staff but not a big fan of the food. Convenient if you can't get what you really want
Ordered a Veggie Pizza for delivery. Not much to say. Little Caesar's made a nice large veggie pizza at a very reasonable cost and Grubhub delivered it on time. Got to me still warm and in one piece. Tasted pretty good. Not the kind of pizza you would get for a Birthday party - unless it was one of those monthly birthday parties you have at the office for everybody who had a birthday that month - but good nonetheless. Updated ordered from Little Caersars website and they decided to use Doordash. Took more than an hour to get to me and was missing an item. Can't blame the driver because the information came from Little Caesars so she didn't know they had failed to give her ALL the items - she showed me the info on her phone. How they missed giving her a 2-litter bottle of soda I have no idea. I did call for a refund but have to take away two stars. 1. They didn't give the driver the correct items and 2. she couldn't check the order because they also gave her the wrong information. Updarete - failed again in last order. Both drinks that I ordered failed to arrive. Driver said they never gave him the drinks but this time all items were listed on the copy of the order attached to the pizza box. He said ge would get them for me. Hint - He never returned. So not sure how both the folks at Little Caesars and Door Dash driver failed to check to make sure the order was correct but no ordering from Little Caesars again and renewing my promise not to order from anybody using Door Dash. Called and I am getting refund but took almost 15 minutes to get somebody live. Update - they were doing okay for awhile and I thought maybe I could add some stars then they sent me a 20 oz bottle instead of a 2 liter bottle and I had to call to get a refund. So still at three stars.

Same standard fare, for $5 bucks for a hot and ready you cant go wrong, the store is clean and the service is fast.

Compared to other locations I've been to across the U.S. while traveling and moving from the West Coast, this one is probably one of the saddest. This review has more effort than the employees had put into customer service. Walk in, an employee sees us and makes contact and visual recognition when we enter, but no greeting, no assistance, just walks to the back. Another comes up to load an order into the warmer, still no assistance. Another customer comes in and yells to try and get their attention and zero response. They get helped first a few minutes later when a girl comes up to the front irritated. She starts to turn to walk off to the back, but stops and help me. Told me to use the code on the warmer even though I told her it isn't working for my pickup order, repeated my name and order number 4 times each, had to spell it out even though I'd like to think it's fairly simple to understand what my name is with or without using my accent changes I normally have to do to adjust to others in my day to day life. I know its fast food, it's cheap, dirty, and quick, I've literally eaten food from questionable street cart vendors after concerts or at swap meets, but I question this locations sanitation more than those street vendors. No gloves on final product as I could see going on, no sounds of running water at hand wash stations when they go from foh to boh, the girl literally rubbing her eyes and nose with her hand and arm as she's helping us, just overall unpleasant experience.
I ordered online so I can use the little portal to pick up my pizza. I get an alert push a button, i live that convenience. I can Get my pizza and leave ans there’s no interaction with Anyone because it’s a simple process . At this location OnColumbia Pike there was an Employee with her children behind the counter, not paying attention which didn’t bother me because i had no need for interaction. But As I’m entering my personal private code, She comes around asking me my name For my pick up order, even though I had to have a code in order to get in. She the stops me, sticks Her hand in my slot, and pulls out my pizza to hand it to me. If they’re gonna do all that then what’s the point of these slot? And it’s not “customer service” because you didn’t acknowledge when i walked in. I’ve never visited this location before, and I won’t ever visit it again. I felt very uncomfortable. Richmond Highway is so far the best location.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer service and people skills are terrible and so unprofessional staff here. What makes it even worst is that I was with my 5 year old daughter that asked for some Caesar’s Pizza on this Friday… She wanted pizza wings and soda but the female in the front made it feel so uncomfortable to ask about the menu because she was so stuck on her phone and air pods etc etc.. April 07 2023 at 1:43pm order# 5021680 Even the pizza was done in a rush and was so soggy like if the dough was still raw. I will be contacting BBB and any other sources available because this is so unacceptable in business and a beautiful community! WE SETTLED FOR A PEPPERONI PIZZA

They lie about their prices, clearly stated on their signs in store but then up charged on your receipt. Check before you pay. Update- prices are advertised right, the young Spanish girl working there selected the wrong item, when I asked about that instead of correcting it she lied and said the sign price was online only. When I checked the website and proved on the receipt she entered the wrong item she walked in the back and talked shit about me when I’m just trying to pay the correct price for what I asked for. Jokes on her, I’m white but speak 3 languages and fluent in Spanish as I happily explained to the manager in Spanish and he then corrected her mistake and refunded my money. Poor customer service and to the you d Spanish girl- learn some respect if you want to work a customer service based job. Maybe you’d get more tips if you weren’t so rude.

There is a little 7 year old girl in the back in the kitchen. I'm guessing a child of one of the kitchen workers. A safety hazard and a liability to the store owner. Customer service not friendly. Slow service, 4 people waiting in the lobby. The cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. I feel bad for the little 7 yr old girl who has to do her homework on the sink and wait for her mom to get off because she can't afford a babysitter or appropriate child care. Management needs to do better.

Found a live large ROACH crawling on pizza after arriving home. Took pizza back with now dead roach on top and told/showed them they have a roach problem. Young girl argued and said that didn’t come from the store. I told her, I promise I don’t have a roach problem. I have never and will never eat from them again
