Typical Little Cesar's. Decent quality pizza at an incredibly appealing price. Hot N' Ready pepperoni for $5.50 out the door, including tax. Both times I've visited, the staff have been pleasant, though there was a small (less than 5 minute wait) for the ready-made-in-theory pizza the second time. risked another venture, as t-mobile had a promotion on their new Detroit-style deep dish pizza. ordered online this time as a guest, using the promo code without issue, and the pizza tracker and "portal" contactless pickup process worked flawlessly. apparently the key here is zero human interaction, and everything will be just right and on time. as an update, their corporate support contacted the store directly, which never reached back out to me to resolve the prior issues from my first visit, below. very poor customer service experience, so don't expect any help from corporate, or from this franchisee. previous review: visited on a weekday evening to get the pretzel pizza (after seeing ads on social media) around 6:30PM, was not available hot and ready. cashier appeared to be on a personal call via airpod in one ear, but she was immediately attentive and took my order. waited 10+ minutes with a few customers coming in to pick up at the portal, but no other in-store orders before or after mine. received within about fifteen minutes, got home in ten, opened the first one up and it was hot and fresh, but the crust looked nothing like the photos, not brown at all, salt scattered everywhere, and barely tasted like pretzel. used to love little Caesars but hadn't had it years, and this was an underwhelming return.

They get helped first a few minutes later when a girl comes up to the front irritated. She starts to turn to walk off to the back, but stops and help me. Told me to use the code on the warmer even though I told her it isn't working for my pickup order, repeated my name and order number 4 times each, had to spell it out even though I'd like to think it's fairly simple to understand what my name is with or without using my accent changes I normally have to do to adjust to others in my day to day life. I know its fast food, it's cheap, dirty, and quick, I've literally eaten food from questionable street cart vendors after concerts or at swap meets, but I question this locations sanitation more than those street vendors. No gloves on final product as I could see going on, no sounds of running water at hand wash stations when they go from foh to boh, the girl literally rubbing her eyes and nose with her hand and arm as she's helping us, just overall unpleasant experience.

I moved to the area at the beginning of the month. The day I moved in I could not use my kitchen yet so I decided to order a pizza. I opened up my Little Caesars app, and ordered a pizza. I got to the location, and my pizza was not made, and I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be made. After I received it I had not gotten all the toppings that I paid for as well. I thought this would be a fluke, so a few weeks later I ordered another pizza online. I go to the store to pick it up, and I am told that it has not been made yet, and that the people in the back do not look at online orders. I have spent too much money at this location, and was never comped, or given so much as an apology.

After working very long hours and having to get something quick for dinner, I instantly get an headache when i think of this place! This is by far the WORST Little Caesars I have visited. The pizza is NEVER EVER ready and the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! After reading previous reviews I wonder do they even care how their establishment is ran. This Little Caesars is TERRIBLE! We recently moved to the area. At our previous location, we enjoyed Little Caesars on a regular basis so we are quite familiar with their food. Drove a little out of my way to go to this location because we were craving L.C.'s The pizza tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer the entire day. . . and one of them was freshly made. It was so bad that it makes me wonder if Little Caesars has cut down on ingredients or if it is just this location. A little cheese on my "cheese" pizza would be nice. Next time we'll just munch on some cardboard. Would be just as good.

I've only been at this location four times they tell you the pizzas fresh it's amazing twice includes today I have gotten an old hard pizza I would not recommend this location.

"I generally visit the store once a week, and although there are very friendly girls, this time a man who is always there attended me, but he is very rude. When I went to place my order, I was consulting with my daughters about what they wanted, and I explained to the man what I needed. I walked in today and attempted to order a small cheese pizza. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier, or if the employee just didn’t care enough to help me. The cashier acted like she didn’t know what a cheese pizza was, and said “we don’t have that.” She started speaking to another customer like I wasn’t even standing there. I said thank you and walked out. Very rude and poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be returning.

We order from here most Fridays. Recently, we ordered crazy bread with our pizza but didn't get it so called DoorDash who apparently partners with Little Caesars for delivery. They directed us to the location who directed us to DoorDash and said they "Don't care if [we] order different pizza from now on. "

The worst service, they treat the customers very miserable. I ordered online for I didn’t have time to pick up. The driver called me an hour later that they refuse to give him my order. I got sick of calling and none of my calls was answered. We wait more than two hours for the food. I received the pizza so cold like if it was from the day before. I ordered a regular pessi soda. Received a diet soda.

Everything about this place sucks from the employers they answer the phone. They can’t speak English. You call 20 minutes ahead of time and they still got your order wrong because they don’t speak English or understand they need some people here to answer the phone and talk to customers on top of that they don’t cook your food all the way through and they don’t wear gloves. They lie about their prices, clearly stated on their signs in store but then up charged on your receipt. Check before you pay. Update- prices are advertised right, the young Spanish girl working there selected the wrong item, when I asked about that instead of correcting it she lied and said the sign price was online only. When I checked the website and proved on the receipt she entered the wrong item she walked in the back and talked shit about me when I’m just trying to pay the correct price for what I asked for. They messed my order up 3 times and I had go to back and forth on my lunch break to wind up not getting food terrible service... no kind of compensation for my time and money. There is a little 7 year old girl in the back in the kitchen. I'm guessing a child of one of the kitchen workers. A safety hazard and a liability to the store owner. Customer service not friendly. Slow service, 4 people waiting in the lobby. The cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. I feel bad for the little 7 yr old girl who has to do her homework on the sink and wait for her mom to get off because she can't afford a babysitter or appropriate child care. Management needs to do better.

They lie about their prices, clearly stated on their signs in store but then up charged on your receipt. Check before you pay. Update- prices are advertised right, the young Spanish girl working there selected the wrong item, when I asked about that instead of correcting it she lied and said the sign price was online only. When I checked the website and proved on the receipt she entered the wrong item she walked in the back and talked shit about me when I’m just trying to pay the correct price for what I asked for. Found a live large ROACH crawling on pizza after arriving home. Took pizza back with now dead roach on top and told/showed them they have a roach problem. Young girl argued and said that didn’t come from the store. I told her, I promise I don’t have a roach problem. I have never and will never eat from them again
