Incredible service! I came in on NYE, they were SO busy but everyone was hustling, everyone had a sense of urgency and everyone was so kind to each other and customers! Not a single staff member looked grumpy or pissy even though it was a holiday. They were so helpful and shockingly, I only waited 10 minutes for 2 large pizzas!! Definitely will be coming back!!

I placed a super last minute carry out order literally just a cookie five minutes before closing, and I have NEVER experienced customer service like what I got from Trey and was completely blown away! He was kind, courteous, patient, and genuine. I’ve had a rough week and Trey made me feel like my small order mattered. This level of customer service reminded me that small kindnesses truly goes a long way. Most places would’ve rushed or brushed it off, or even canceled my order but Trey handled it with genuine kindness and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond, and it absolutely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Trey, for ending my night on such a sweet note. You have no idea how much your good energy meant to me!

Order some pizza for a corporate event and the pizza was amazing! I was greeted by the general manager, Kelly who was so sweet and helpful. This was my best Papa John’s experience ever. The place was so clean and fresh. Great job to Kelly and team, I was forever visit this location!

Ordered two pizzas and two drinks along with six cookies. I was not aware the cookies are almost the size of a pizza. The one who took the order didn't explain that to me. Shortly after I placed the order someone called me and explained the size and wanted to make sure. Of course I only needed one. I really appreciate her calling and explaining this to me. I just wish I knew who she is so I could tell everyone her name. Once again thank you so much.

My favorite pizza place in the area. They always make the pizza with the highest quality ingredients and its fresh and piping hot. The delivery time is super fast and they never forget the extras that i order. The No Contact order option is great and the driver and instore people are always wearing masks and super friendly! Ask for their daily special to get a great deal.

Pizza was good and ready fast. Sauced wings were a total disappointment, as they barely had any sauce. Place is kind of run down but the staff is nice.

Usually a fan but tried their NY style pizza - Big Failure. NY style pizza is more than just a Large foldable slice (which failed as well). 4 of 8 slices could do a full fold. Sauce not even close to the Sweet/Tangy & cheese ratio poor Even as i ordered extra cheese which i didn't get. Im a New Yorker and this was an insult. This was nothing more than an expensive super thin crust, vague generic pizza.

Instead, they bring the wrong drink and when I tell the delivery driver thats not my drink i ordered, he said, "oh yeah, they are out of that one"... like thanks for the heads up guys... lazy or careless restaurant.

Not sure what happened a month ago, but suddenly everything is a complete mess. The chocolate chip cookie comes out overcooked or burned every freaking time. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

I made an order 2 hours ago. I called the first hour, and they said they had one driver and that my order was next. I called 40 minutes later, and they said that my order was on the way. I asked for some complimentary items since it takes 2 hours to get a pizza to my house, and the guy on the phone said, "I am not the only one waiting." I said, "Please cancel my order as that response is so rude and unprofessional." I got hung up on, so I didn't know if my order was canceled. I called back to talk to the manager, and a guy answered and said he was the manager. He hesitated to say his name and even asked why I asked for his name. At the end, he said his name was Mike. What kind of customer service is this? The customer is always right! I would have been happy with, "I am sorry we are having difficulties since I only have one driver. Can I give you a free pizza the next time you order?" Instead, I had to call Domino's to get a new order started. This is so disappointing. I really like Papa John's pizza, but they have lost a customer for life.

We were on the phone trying to call the store being repeatedly hung up on when our order arrived however it was wrong. We ran out to the street to discuss it with the delivery driver. He read the order and realized he did infact give us the wrong pizza. He opened the back door to his car and asked for the pizza back ( we have opened the pizza box at this point and I wouldn't have put it passed the driver to redeliver pizza that had been in someone else's house). I explained how I am being hung up on and I need to speak with a manager and he told me to go up to the store and make sure and take the pizza back. He said they probably aren't answering because I am upset and argued why I even ordered online. Never again.
