Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, but we’ve been there three times now and really enjoyed our smoothie, açai bowl and waffle bowls. Whenever we go in the afternoon/evening, we’ve had quick service.

nice employees who try their best and that's all we can ask in this capitalist, consumer-driven hellhole we call america
My younger cousin and I were there and I only had $5 and got the same smoothie but different size. 2nd year and Stanford (2012) and love it.
Order ahead on the app to wait less. Hits the spot for smoothie cravings -- orange dream machine is good
Jamba Juice is awesome! Everyone's super friendly and the smoothies are awesome

Great place like all the Jamba Juices, but crowded during peak hours, and the wait can be as long at 20 minutes!!! The peach smoothies and berry blast are my favorite ones. The bowl is great too.

Good place, but give a little less juice than other jamba locations.
Long wait times, but where else are you going to go? Came on a warm Saturday afternoon and the place was jam packed. There was one cashier and one person making the smoothies. I don't know why the cashier never helped out the person making the smoothies - it would have made the wait time a whole lot faster, but somehow she would conveniently disappear after she took everyone's orders. Smoothie was fine, no big mess up there. I wouldn't recommend the new watermelon flavor though - it had no watermelon taste to it whatsoever.
Pretty standard set of drinks for JJ, service is good. Line can be long, but Standard is visited by a lot of people every day, so long lines are expected.
The price was Ouch!!

I come here quite frequently because it's so convenient for me as a Stanford student, and mostly it's just like any other jamba juice. The staff is very friendly, but two things bring my star rating down: 1) It's always really crowded, and it often takes 15 minutes to order and get your smoothie. 2) This location seems to mess up my order far more frequently than any other location I've been to frequently. It seems that at least 25%-30% of the time, my smoothie is messed up somehow; either the wrong drink, not blended enough, far too sweet, or just tasting really weird. One time I actually got a Strawberry Surf Rider that tasted like sweetened mayonnaise. So while I'll go here just because it's so close and easy, I would recommend going to the Stanford Shopping Center or Town and Country locations if you're driving in the area.
Friendly staff and great smoothies, but it tends to get very crowded.

Pretty expensive for a common drink and definitely should not in SCHOOL where people can't afford much
They're always out of a bunch of things. This place is like a mystery box. One time they were out of literally all milks. I'm not totally sure what's going on if this is a broader supply chain issue but it's a little egregious
I love Jamba, but this one charges significantly more than other Jamba Juices, which is wrong considering most of the customers are college students
Used to come here years ago when I worked in area. What remains is horribly slow service and mediocre juices. Save yourself the bother.
Slow, juice is good but the staff isn't very bright or fast.

My very first interaction with the staff made me want to walk straight out and thankfully it was a takeaway, i don't think i could bear to stay in there much longer. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich which was nothing great. Many people post bad reviews about staff behavior and to all reading it - expect it, its real.
The staff were almost comatose and shuffled around like they were auditioning for the walking dead. I ordered the oatmeal and the sausage and egg wrap. The oatmeal was a solid glob in the bowl with milk swelling around the top of it. The wrap... was a cold tortilla, wrapped around some cold grated cheese with some warmer up egg and barely warm, very small lumps of tasteless "sausage". I won't be going back. I don't typically leave negative reviews because I know people try, and you can't make everyone happy, but Jeez.
I grow my own wheat grass and the juice should be med-to dark green with a little froth, the wheat grass I returned was very clear like it was half water it seemed. It was also the 5$ double shot and was filled almost up to 3/4. The girl was nice, but when I returned the grass, she gave me a small instead of a large, forgot a substitution (pineapple for mango) and then when i showed the recept, she just filled the rest with juice making it watery consistency. It was on a college campus and hard to find, maybe this is why quality here suffers.
If you want to pay a ridiculous amount for a spoiled smoothie to throw in trash bin then this place is exact match.
