Their food has been consistantly good but my favorite thing is how nice the woman on the phone always is. It's a small thing but it's appreciated.

Rumor has it that previous owner Yen of Maylings Kitchen, brother is back cooking. And for us excellent as I remember. Highly recommend

I have tried Chinese food from different restaurants on Staten Island. But Emperor’s House; a family-run business happens to be the best place for Chinese delicacies on Staten island. The staff is nice and they would run an extra mile to help you place the order. They do delivery too but within a limited radius.

We order from here all of the time. The order is always accurate and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is not a sit down restaurant, it is order only but you can sit as wait for your order, but it is worth the wait. Kitchen area is open to see and it is clean. When you feel like having Asian food, I recommend this restaurant 100%!

I haven’t had food there in years. I was a may ling regular. When they changed hands many years ago I tried the food and was dissatisfied. There are a lot of ok Chinese in the area. I happen to like shrimp toast. It is the best I have had in years!! I know it’s the hot dog of Chinese food but i like it. The ribs were great and I am very happy

Recently moved to the neighborhood from Brooklyn, and this is our new go-to Chinese food spot. Consistent, fast, good quality, and reasonable pricing. Knew immediately when I saw the place, met the friendly staff, and read the reviews that it would be the best around and it was 👍

here last night, zucchini and broccoli very good!, nice garlic sauce and fresh thick texture, not watery like other places i've been to. Soup was good and tofu was nice, especially for a non-meat eater like myself. wish they had tables and the place was bigger!

This is by far the best Chinese food place. I am in love with the food here. I am shown love in ways I never experienced in food. This place makes me debate whether I should waste my paycheck on their food. They got me leaving my home at 10:30 just to taste the magnificence of their General Tso's chicken. This has to be by far the best place I've eaten.

Food is great and fresh but the woman who answers the phone is so so rude every time. Has an attitude all the time. Interrupts when talking and is always in a hurry to get off the phone. Then when I ask her to repeat the order she’s huffing and puffing. Not good!!

Absolutely disgusting. Expired nasty food that should be thrown in the garbage. Ribs crusty discolored and old. When you call to complain all of a sudden they don't speak English.

I’ve been going to this establishment for over 10 years. Every time I place an order for delivery-I get the wrong order. Today same thing happened. I call back and asked them to just return my money. They seemed very upset with ME because my order was wrong. I let them k ow this is not the first time-she said she’ll ask the driver to come back with my money BUT I’m not to order from them again. Lol. Ok! NP. Such a shame.

The food was good but the prices are too high. The menu that shows on google is not the correct menu nor pricing.

Below average Chinese food. Boneless ribs were very dry. Chicken and broccoli with white rice was okay. General Tso chicken didn’t taste fresh and the pork fried rice barely had any pork in it. The house special Lo mein was decent.

I called for delivery and I was told that ot will be 45minutes it took over a hour for delivery I wasn't happy about it at all

Food was ok, pretty basic not alot of flavor. Ordered fried dumplings and general tso. The chicken was crispy but not that flavorful. Dumplings were a little dry. Definitely better options out there

Very unprofessional people answering the phone for delivery. Called for a delivery like I always do and the woman that answered the phone refused me service because she said “I live too far” therefore they did not want to deliver to me. Funny thing is they delivered to me for more than a year. So because of her attitude I will refuse to patronize them. Your food is not that good and think for a moment Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen very plenty on Staten Island, so I’ll take my business elsewhere and urge other people to do the same. That's the problem today people in your own community should service our own communities and stop having outside people open restaurants that refuse us service whenever they like. Unprofessional people and they profile their customers when delivering. Very bad idea.

Food tends to be greasy and overpriced. Staff (evening weekdays) shows no common courtesy toward long time customers. Will now be taking my business elsewhere

Food is OK but don't order anything complicated after 9...pm the staff as limited cooking abilities. They have a difficult time with chicken teriyaki... Keep it simple
