Wow, this was a great experience. The prices are fair for the big portion you receive and the food is SO delicious. I want to try out their whole menu, lol. They also have great customer service, the girl in the front was so kind and generous. I would definitely come back, inshaAllah!

I have seen this place before & I thought it closed down because doors were closed. Was kinda disappointed but I recently seen a post in insta & realized they are just opening it here & got lucky with that. I always change my bus infront of that area & I got off and seen the line ! So I was like I gotta try this ! And on top of it they were giving away free food, I bought a drink to show support. Very happy because it's a halal place & don't serve alcohol(if I am not mistaken) and also the owner is from Pakistan or India, So extra happy about it. Customer service was great for a hectic busy day, I will definitely be a regular! Will let you know how the food & service is on a daily basis .

I ordered delivery through uber app from this place. It’s pretty good and it’s halal. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken over Mexican rice and added queso and veggies and black beans. My sister ordered something different and I liked hers better. So I’m definitely going to try other options from them in the future. Missing napkins and forks. Good thing we were at home.

I order here from uber eats, but anytime I call to make sure I can get my second sour cream from their buy one get one they always tell me my order had been picked up when uber will tell me it just started being made. I decided to pick up in person, but they really dont want you asking for stuff you payed for. I understand and I can wait to ask for the extra sour cream but the fact that i pay extra for it all the time on the app and dont get it is honestly upsetting since the food is so good but not enough sour cream for the other burrito for a later meal. I guess come at a time when no one is in the cafe maybe they wont try to rush you out.

Food is OK and not hot. Way too much sauce goes in the bowls and the birria is extra greasy. They don't have any healthier wrap/tortilla options. Other than that its a good option for halal food that can be much better if some tweaks are made as mentioned. Stake had a lil too much fat solids in them. Tres Leches was not bad. Staff should know the ingredients better. Update 5/23/25. Not a good experience this time as I was asked about 3 times if I had paid and the amount I paid after I had already paid. Was given the wrong order for someone else that I had to change. Very poor communication between the workers! Steak still had big chunks of fat in them. Not a good look. I hope they get better with these basic things.

Tried out this place for the first time a couple days ago tho skeptical. We ordered online for pick up. I got the Birria Tacos & Chicken Birria Quesadilla. When I arrived home the tortilla on the Quesadilla and Taco wraps on the tacos were beet Red which is not what I ordered however it was not bad at all and surprisingly good. I was unable to finish the Quesadilla and left it in the box it came in on the if the paper lining. Today I go to reheat it and noticed the “GuacTime” lettering/ink from the paper lining is not on the Quesadilla. Don’t think eating paper ink is good for you…

I enjoyed their food many times but found a jagged sharp very hard plastic that almost teared my throat and crack my tooth. Won’t eat out again for sure

This place is so filthy. They talk over the open food and have long beards while serving customers. The counter is filled with old pieces of food. The workers use the same gloves to handle food, money, register, inventory boxes, and mops. They are very nasty here.

Ordered for picked up, one grilled chicken quesadilla and one honey chicken quesadilla both with pico de gallo. Both came with grilled chicken and missing pico de gallo annd BURNT. and consome was just spicy oil and onions.

Food is great here, but I'm highly disappointed when ordering. I placed an order for 2 grilled chicken taco's box. When I recieved by uber delivery I only got one order and was charged for both. When I tried calling the store it kept saying that the mailbox was full. This wasn't the first time that I had an issue where the items were missing/incomplete. They should pay more attention to what's on the order and whether it matches up. It's disappointing when you order food and have items missing and get charged.

We always love the food but this is the last time we are ordering this food from this location. They never pay attention to the instruction and put sauces on that were not requested. How can you put tons of chipotle sauce on something for someone who doesn't eat spicy!!! Called GrubHub and basically the people who had a mistake won't be having lunch today. I personally asked the woman who works there why is it so hard to opt not to have a sauce put on. All the instructions that were given were very clear. no bowl was labeled and we had to open everyone's food to figure what was what. This isn't Guac Time it's Game Over!! This was my bowl I ordered avocado ranch sauce on the side. My boss also had tons of Chipotle in his bowl and he doesn't eat spicy at all for allergy reasons

As a Mexican person who knows how Mexican food should taste like, this wasn't it. First off I didn't see any Mexicans so I was suspicious of it when I entered but gave it a chance. When I got my food (birra tacos) the tortilla was unreasonably red. (It stained my fingers red) The tortilla was stale,and the consume was very oily and didn't have any flavor. (It didn't taste how it's supposed to) Over all the food was very oily and I don't recommend this place at all.

Unprofessional, they let someone skip me for no reason whatsoever. I didn't leave a bad review last time my wife had a stomach ache from eating this food out of sympathy. But now it's well deserved, seeing as they blatantly disrespected my time and let me get skipped. Have basic common sense decency with your customers.

Workers are nice but the food is not worth it. People just eat anything😅. Barbacoa DRY.. felt like i was chewing a sock. My guest and I share that sentiment. Chicken is 90% fat. Flavorful though but not worth the amount of money I spent. All of the meats are spicy. Fair warning for the kiddos. So pissed. This place is robbery and folks out here love throwing their money at anything i guess.

**Review for Guac Time** I always come to Guac Time because the food is amazing, and it’s usually a 10/10 experience. However, this time, the customer service was **terrible**. The server gave me **half a spoonful of rice** for my rice bowl and did the same with every other topping—barely any guac, sour cream, or ingredients. I had to **ask three times** just to get a reasonable portion. On top of that, the girl at the register **rudely tossed my bowl in the bag** without a fork, napkin, or even a simple “have a nice day.” She seemed annoyed, especially since it was 5:50 PM and I was getting food to break my fast.. It’s disappointing to deal with rude and disrespectful staff just to get a meal. I love this place, but this experience was unacceptable. Hopefully, management addresses this because **great food deserves great service.
