I ordered the breaded chicken with potatoes and veggies . Delicious . Delivery was fast and the food felt very healthy . Non greasy not over seasoned. Just perfect. Now this will be my favorite place to order lunch while at work.

Great homemade style food available to get ala carte or as a meal or hear me out order to go reheat and plate to impress a date with "your" home cooking. They have great staff IMO it's worth every penny spent don't forget to tip cuz they work hard to keep serving great food in a super clean environment. Definitely a hidden gem.

We ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving from here and loved it. It had that perfect homemade taste. Perfectly seasoned and cooked, you could tell there was effort put into it. We plan on ordering it again.

I regularly eat at Roberto’s, the food is always great, the staff are always welcoming and helpful, and it is always clean and well kept. The menu changes daily with specials which are always great, but it has many great staples.the food is always filling, I often have to take leftovers home. There is always a line, and they have so many regular customers its almost like family. I am on a first name basis with most of the staff. It’s a true “neighborhood place”. I can’t recommend it enough

Roberto’s Gourmet is a hidden gem! We had a wonderful family dinner there and enjoyed every bite. The chicken francaise was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the penne vodka was creamy and flavorful, and the homemade soups were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

My job just started ordering from here and I must say it has been great. Firstly, the service is great. They are very enthusiastic on the phone and they come really quickly. The daily lunch specials are great in terms of pricing. Also, I recently got their cod fish and it was honestly excellent. The fish tasted perfect and almost melted in your mouth. The rice has a lot of flavor. I appreciate Roberto’s a lot.

Went to Roberto’s for the first time today. Ordered the Italian Wedding soup and potato soup the boneless chicken wings homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Joseph helped me he was so helpful and patient since I was a newby and couldn’t decide what to get, everything looked amazing. Will definitely be returning.

I haven’t been here for a while because life had become busy. I use to eat there regularly and followed them from Marie’s Kitchen. I was very enthusiastically greeted by Paul, “Mr George!” as if I had never missed a day! Roberto introduced me to the entire staff and we caught up a bit. I ordered their famous Fish Tacos which were as usual delicious! Friendly, respectful and kind which combined with their menu makes Roberto’s one of the best places on Staten Island for food any time of the day!

Best customer service on the Island..the owners, managers, and workers work in perfect concert to make sure your food is ready when and how you ask for it. I couldn't preorder before Thanksgiving day due to a family matter for a turkey dinner. Worried,.I knew my choices would be wait an hour for Boston Market or come to one or my favorite lunch spots. Despite ordering on Thanksgiving day itself when ordering was closed, they were both able to accommodate the time I asked for and the 2 dinner plates hot and fresh. Roberto's is already a top tier lunch spot in the neighborhood especially for large groups (Anyone can get what they want as they have a huge variety of food.) Their Italian style is superb from their former roots in a nearby restaurant. The soups are what they are known for and they're not even the best thing. Their parmigiana sandwiches are cheaper and better than local pizzerias. These guys are constantly supporting our local police and fire department, regardless of your politics you know they're a hard working neighborhood institution. Order lunch for yourself, or your coworkers, but definitely keep this spot on your list.

Roberto's Gourmet Kitchen was a pretty solid spot! The food was good, but honestly, the service really shined – super attentive and friendly. And the atmosphere? Absolutely lovely, made for a really nice evening out. Definitely worth checking out!

It sounds and looks way better than it is. When you get your food even if opened immediately, it is soggy and dripping with too much meat. Meat that was cold in the center, which means it didnt touch the grill. I ordered a Cuban panini and what I got was a cold cut sandwich on pita with fancy, tri-color chips which were flavorless. Disappointed, this is just a fancy named deli that's all. Only things I liked were the dressing if it didnt make the sandwich so drippy and the little side salad it came with, that was also good. Would I visit again? Meh, no.

As educators with strict lunch schedules, my colleagues and I turned to Roberto's for a quick and convenient meal, only to be sorely disappointed and inconvenienced. Firstly, the estimated delivery time provided on the app was egregiously inaccurate, extending over an hour longer than initially anticipated. This delay caused us to miss our lunch completely. Upon calling the restaurant to inquire about the whereabouts of our order, we were blatantly lied to, being assured that our food was on its way when it clearly was not. Subsequent calls yielded further deception and zero accountability from the staff, who dismissed our concerns and refused to rectify or offer a solution. To add insult to injury, the food was irresponsibly delivered after we agreed on a refund for if we refused the food In an attempt to address the issue further, my husband reached out to Roberto's, only to be met with even more disrespect and hostility. The staff's unprofessional behavior ended with the closest thing to a manager suggesting to resolve the matter through physical confrontation, a proposition that is not only absurd but deeply troubling. In a time where every penny counts, and there are countless other establishments dying for our patronage, Roberto's Restaurant has proven itself unworthy of our hard-earned money. The subpar food quality coupled with abysmal customer service make it abundantly clear that this establishment does not deserve to thrive in a competitive market. I strongly advise against ordering from Roberto's Restaurant. Save yourself the headache and support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.
