I had the ⅓lb bacon double cheese burger and it was excellent. It looked like it was prepared to photographed. It was the most aesthetic burger I've ever been served. My companion enjoyed her mini corn dog bite thingamajigs. I thought they were perfectly bite sized with a subtle honey sweetness. I subtracted 1 star because the fries were soggy and not hot and that's frankly unacceptable. I should zonk another star but that burger was just so dang good. Overall it's a solid 5 out of 7. Like Ahnold, I'll be back.

The food was good. Not spectacular, but good. Staff was friendly, and made sure to tell me that they had 2 different glass mugs for sale, new ones and older ones from last year. Biggest disappointment was the root beer was not on tap like other locations, it was dispensed through the regular soda machine. Still good though.

We ordered 3 papa burgers and 2 large root beers. Well they got the burgers right but gave us 2 medium sodas and charged us for 2 large. Was in a hurry so didn't say anything.

Oof, this was a bad one. I went through the drive-thru just to get a root beer. I've never been to an A&W restaurant and wanted to see if the root beer was the same as at the store (it actually is not). They said I'd have to wait a few minutes because they were changing the soda thing (I only kind of know what that means). They asked me to park in the curbside spot. They forgot about me. I sat in that spot for about 25 minutes before I went back through the drive-thru to get my root beer. There were also 2 cars who were waiting longer than me. I'll go back another day and hopefully edit this review to a higher rating.

What a waste of money. Don't go. Their cheese curds taste old, and most were EMPTY. No cheese inside. Such a disappointment. Their root beer floats always barely have any ice cream in it as well, and I asked for extra ice cream in mine. They charged me extra for that. Ridiculous

Went just right now and this guy named Kevin did a poor job at taking my order and they really just threw my food into the bag. The fries were everywhere in the bag and the burger wrappers literally ripped through and poorly wrapped. It’s upsetting. No need to be rude and rushing when we’re literally the only customers in line.

We came to order 9pm with 5cars ahead of us i order family meal 8 pxs chicken, the lady told us that they cannot cook mix only thigh and were okay with it. Then when i am about to pay the lady told me it will be additional 20 minutes waiting for the chicken.OMG! We ended up waiting for an hour just for this order.i mean from the time we place the orer they should drop off our order to make it faste. Very poor service.

Terrible service, we ask the person taking our order to please add the two water cups to our order, she didn’t add the cups to the order as we seen on the Receipt. We ask ask the lady at the pickup order station for the water cups she said go to the filling station but she never gave us the water cups to get water. The tenders were room temperature didn’t taste fresh and we had to ask for sauce since they didn’t put It In our bag(we paid for the sauces.

Family was hungry and we decided to give A&W a try. If it weren't for the incredible impatience and poor attitude given im sure the experience could have been decent. Unfortunately our food was not correct and again we were given attitude when we had reported they messed our order up. Also thanks to "us spilling the oil" our credit card has been coated in the cooking oil, which was spilled by them all in our to go bag. Yikes. Never again. Absolutely inept at the simplest of things! Ignorant and rude! Wish I could give 0 stars. Food didn't even taste good after all the trouble..

Horrible place.. rude workers basically yelling at you with attitude in drive thru and let me tell you I never leave reviews I go on about my day but this interaction was horrible. I said nothing but please and thank you and on top of all of that I ordered a paper burger and only got 1 patty not 2 and my gf ordered 4 piece tender and they didn’t add everything that was supposed to be in it, it felt like it was on purpose for each meal to be missing something, Your getting paid do your job correctly or find something else

I used to like coming here a lot because they were really good, fast and courteous. I just waited in line for 30 minutes to order a Papa Burger and a root beer float and then when I got to order my food the person on the other end was really rude to me. It's been about 45 minutes now and I'm still waiting to get my food. I can't leave cuz I can't back up. There's four cars behind me and of course the car is in front of me aren't leaving. The owners to really need to reconsider the management they put in place here. It's hella dirty inside. It's nasty on the outside and the people are rude. I'll be taking my business to another a&w from now on

Two employees talking in the kitchen while one lady ran around doing everything. One male took my order. When I got to the window the lady had said that it wasn't inputed correctly and had to retake my order. The same male was chatting with another male while she ran around cooking and taking orders. I had to pull out front and the 2nd male began eating after 5 minutes of me sitting. A 2nd female walked out and gave me my food. Those poor lady's had to do all the work. I get one was about to go on break but that doesn't mean you distract the other employee working. It goes with out saying what people were working and those who weren't.

The drinks were also warm. The sandwiches somewhat cold. They had forgot to give us a fry, but the runner returned a third time to give us that. They also got rid of the papa burger special. Big Oof so I go thru the drive thru and they tell me there’s a wait so I’m like lemme change my order so I don’t gotta wait end up waiting 20 minutes anyway which is weird cuz I’m the only one there I get my order and its missing some stuff so I bring it in and let ‘em know like can I get my stuff and am met with attitude like it’s my fault they messed up kinda odd they had hella people working there and it still took so long 1/10 would not recommend.

This place is terrible. The employees are rude!!!!! No customer service at all!! And as long as the food takes it isn’t even fresh or correct! This is not my first terrible expert this location but it is definitely my last! They did even put gravy in my famous bowl! Wish I could give no stars!
