OMG! Their pastrami melts in your mouth! Like butter! And they don't hold back on the meat. I really appreciate how they give back to firefighters, too. The service is great and the place is clean and well lit.

The sandwiches here today were really good. There's something about a quality, toasted sandwich at Firehouse that just leaves most competitors in the dust. This time I had the BBQ Cuban with a Peach Coke. The sandwich was a little messy and seemed to be kind of thrown together, but other than that, the flavor was spot on!

Spicy Cajun chicken sandwich is my favorite always order it here! Could be warmed up a bit more because the chicken was a little cold. But the flavor is really good. 11.49 for a medium sandwich that isn’t even a foot long but pretty tasty. I come here every 2-3 months since the prices are a bit high. But overall 7/10

Was it worth 14 bucks? 🤔 The answer is no, but it was still a good sandwich so it could have been worse. I could have spent 14 bucks and gotten a bad sandwich. 💸 The sandwich is actually pretty good. So if you go there, just be mindful that their food is expensive. It's like a glorified Subway. 💲 I didn't bother to take pictures of the sandwich because I ate it faster than you can say "cheese." 📸 But it actually looked good. It was well presented. It was in a nice carton, but you are going to pay for it. 📸 So in conclusion, is it worth it? In my book, the answer is no, it's not because it's just too expensive. But if you're looking for a sandwich where price is not an option, go here, you'll have a good time. #foodie #sandwichlover #expensiveeats

There is a sandwich i really like from firehouse subs but i edit it a little; reg mustard instead of dijon, no onion, no tomato. It just doesn't seem that hard to me, however they messed it up a few times. Finally the last time i went (before they closed) i did return with the sandwich & explain to them that this happens often & i just fix it myself, could they fix it this time, just make it how i ordered it please. They did. It is frustrating because i do order through drive thru and discover the mistakes once im home. I went back for the first time yesterday (since they reopened) and not only did they NOT make it like i ordered but when i opened the sandwich to take the tomatoes & onions off & add the mustard I noticed the slices of ham were cut straight across on one end, the other end was "ripped", just wondering (hoping) thats normal procedure. Also the turkey was not slices it was shreds and little pieces. Is that how its suppose to be? I probably wont be returning anytime soon. When or if i do i will go inside and watch them make my sandwich. (Neither of us got our pickle either)

Update: Monday, August 4, 2025 PM Firehouse subs is going to be a NO for me. They were out of soups. They were out of garlic bread. The bread they use is nondescript. After 20 minutes it gets soggy as hell. Nothing special about the meats they use. The employees seemed to have a negative attitude. I can’t think of a reason to go back. So maybe Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s, Togo’s or even Subway next time‼️ Sorry Firehouse… gave you a couple of chances but it just did not work out. ————— The Hook & Ladder sandwich was good. The bread is better than Subway I took advantage of the buy a medium sandwich get a medium sandwich free. This was through DoorDash. You can’t beat that deal. I love Firehouse subs, the food is always great and we have spoken with the owner before and he was very kind and that's also another reason to come back. This time on 7/25 around 4pm we went in and spent over $100 , there were two young Hispanic girls that were very snooty and didn't want to be bothered. Customer Service was poor other than the cashier that wrung us up because she was great. The food was sloppy when served and the drink machine was disgusting. My mom got a dr pepper strawberry but it tasted funky and old. When we left one of the young girls gave my 75 year old grandma a dirty look because she didn't close the door ! My grandma could hardly walk and had her arms around her granddaughters to help her out the door. Poor service with these girls.

I visited the West Lane restaurant in Stockton, CA. The place is clean, the employees not too friendly, and my 4" sandwich was between 2-2.5 inches in length. Dang.

Me and my mom went there and as soon as we enter the door everyone that worked there went quite and started staring at us up and down like they never seen hijabis which was really uncomfortable and when I was ordering they were really rude. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it didn’t taste good so we had it throw it away. After that we never went there. Y’all need to do better fr.

She kept knocking on the bathroom door demanding us to get out then once we did she was calling us gross and then proceeded to not let us order anything for no reason at all, would not recommend this location.

Never have I ever had such rude service. I thought I'd try something I've never tried before. I was trying to "build my own sub". I said I wanted turkey. And then she says "anything else"? I started telling her what I wanted on it and she said it comes with it like this. What do you want to take off. She was obviously very irritated. Wouldn't want to inconvenience her anymore so I said never mind and left.

Sandwich was soggy, didn't have bacon on it after requesting and paying for it. Service was extremely slow, was the only one inside. Would not go there again. Subway is better, priced better & you get to actually see what they are doing to your sandwiches. If a zero star was an option, that's what I would have given.

Store will close more than 15 minutes early. They’ll cover the drive thru with paper and shut everything off even if you walk in before official closing hours. Requested names of employee working line and shift lead/stand in shift manager and she immediately responded with attitude and extremely rude service. As an army vet and emergency room nurse I’ve been coming here for years and even had this location cater and NEVER had the experience I had after my 16 hour shift, while arriving within adequate time yet couldn’t even get a properly made menu item. When ordering any sandwich with inflation of prices I’d assume the bare minimum service will be respectful like any other time of day I’ve been service at this same exact restaurant. I have never felt more disrespected at any fast food franchise more than I ever had compared to the experience here. Even arriving at 840 and waiting in the drive thru for any response only to be completely ignored for at least 10 minutes ,proceeded to walk in then get treated rudely when walking in, I am posting this past midnight cause I just wanted something hot and quick to eat before my hours of drive back home; yet this restaurants employees has the gull to act like I was the inconvenience.

If I could give them a zero star most definitely would. Spend over $30 for a large and small sandwich for my daughter to take a bite out of bread that was full of mold. I ordered a Jamaican jerk sandwich, and got really bad food poisoning 6 hours later I was in the hospital for 12 hours having uncontrolled vomiting, uncontrolled diarrhea and my Stomach was burning. They said that I have an infection in colon and now I’m taking 5 different types of antibiotics. I will never come back to this store.
