Pho from Pho Ben has exceeded my expectations on fresh ingredients, excellent flavor and great value. I have frequent many Pho establishments, but none compare to Pho Ben. This was the best Vietnamese food we’ve had since we moved here over a year ago! We live an hour away and tried it since we were in town shopping and will definitely be making the drive back just to have the yummy goodness. Grilled Pork & rice, Pho Tai & Grilled Pork Spring Rolls.

5/5 EVERY TIME! My husband and I've been here countless times and their food and service is consistent - you'll never have that one-off experience that disappoints you. My go-to menu is #20 pho and his is #10 pork bahn mi. We always get the lemongrass pork spring rolls too. Their rewards system is amazing as well. Perfect when the weather starts getting chilly!

I came here recently and the service was quick, but they were only present at the beginning when ordering and at the end at payment. Nothing during the meal. I had to physically go to the front and get a refill on my drink. The payment method makes no sense. You pay up front but you have to bring your ticket they initially used to order your food. Then they expect a tip. It’s 2026, you should bring your credit card reader and conduct payment at the table for the customer. Overall the food is good. The service is NOT the best. This is from comparing quality restaurants that understand the fundamentals of service and hospitality. Overall a good location.

Ok. So let’s start with what irritated me about here. I went on my lunch break & got my Pho to Gho (sorry i had to do it!) anyways… The nice Asian gentleman who helped me out gave me my to-go box & was about to send me on my way.. but.. how was a supposed to eat my pho out of a styrofoam plate? Huh? wheeet? He looks and was like you know what.. you right? I asked if i could buy a bowl.. he said sure but Miss Rude Noodles (Manager) was like nah fam.. eat it out the styrofoam. Luckily it was a Chinese restaurant down the sidewalk.. I was able to buy a bowl from them FOR $1, PHO BEN! Invest in bowls.. the place was packed, yall can afford it! All Tupperware aside.. I enjoyed my pho. I couldve used a little more seasoning but overall it was nice and filling. The brisket was cooked well, the broth was—okay & the veggies are fresh. I don’t think I’ll go to that specific location again but I do recommend Pho Ben—DINE IN ONLY cause they don’t have bowls!

Pho was okay, a bit bland for my taste but overall up to standards. Definitely one of the better pho places in Sugar Land area. Grilled pork for the com tam, however, was a bit of a disaster. Flavors were there but texture was horrid. Overcooked and so chewy, almost jerky. Com tam not recommended at all! Super spacious and well-decorated. The vibes were amazing, cozy and modern. A wonderful check-in spot. Service was a bit slow during rush hour but that's okay overall. It'd be a lot more convenient though if NFC payment is accepted.

I’ve been to Pho Ben Vietnamese Noodle Shop several times, and compared to many other mom-and-pop spots, this newly established place definitely stands out for its trendy, modern, and clean ambiance. The lighting and atmosphere make it feel fresh and inviting. Their service is impressively fast—almost too fast, as it feels like they bring your order out within seconds of placing it! For the price, the portions and variety of dishes they offer are definitely worth it, or even beyond what you’d expect for the value. However, I have noticed that the flavor of their beef soup isn’t as good as it used to be—the richness just isn’t quite there anymore. It’s also a pretty large and busy restaurant, so it tends to get noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet meal, I’d recommend going to a smaller Vietnamese noodle shop. Recently, they’ve added some new tea and frozen drinks, which looked really tempting when I saw someone at a nearby table enjoying one. I didn’t order it myself since we had already ordered a lot, but it’s definitely something I’ll try next time. Overall, while I appreciate the large portions and fast service, if you’re after a more authentic, richly flavored pho, this might not be your top choice. However, if you’re looking for a trendy spot with generous portions, Pho Ben could be the place for you!

Nice spot, that's close to home. We started eating here to avoid the drive into China Town, we've been dining here ever since. You don't have to drive into China Town for "good, Vietnamese food" and Pho Ben continuously proves that. The food is always on point, very tasty and fresh. The dishes are the right size to fill you up but not make you feel bloated or that you ate too much. The Watermelon Drink that my daughter always gets is very refreshing and tasty as well. I've yet to try the Ice Coffee but I will. It's been Sold Out the last couple of times I tried to order. The Staff here is always nice and very attentive. It's pretty easy to flag someone down quickly if you need something. This spot is in a Strip Center so parking is more than plentiful as well. My only minor gripe is that they don't pre-bus. If you want your empty plates taken away, you need to grab someone or they'll just leave it on your table. That's not a deal breaker though. The food is good, the staff is attentive and helpful and it's close to home. Winner, Winner!!!

It's been awhile since I've dined at Pho Ben. So needed a quick snack. I ordered the Pork Bahn Mi . Of course prices went up. It's now at $7. I was quite disappointed with the Bahn Mi. It was really bland. Unlike before when I can taste the lemon grass..it used to be well seasoned. The pork was tender but bland. The carrot and relish was also bland. The hollandaise/ butter was soupy. It taste like watered down ranch dressing. It's supposed to be yellowish in color. Just like the common dressing at other Vietnamese sandwich shops. Pho Ben's is whitish. I'm not sure if they changed mgmt or cook staff.

service was terrible. they were seating more customers than they can handle. server took our order and never seen again. banh mi was forgettable. pork chop was very dry. the egg rolls were pretty good. theres better pho anywhere.
