It's important to appreciate when things don't go wrong. Ordered via app. The store opens early enough. The app was easy to navigate and ordering was uncomplicated. The parking was convenient and available. The exterior and interior have a sleek, modern design. Everything is clean. The line moved quickly and efficiently. All staff was professional and courteous. The coffee was perfect (bold without being bitter) and absolutely met expectations. We ordered our lattes at half sweet and that came perfect as well. Everything was labeled correctly! We ordered several sandwiches. The eggs WERE REAL and fried to perfection. The bacon was crisp, not soggy (it was only one slice though). The sausage was cooked through without being over done. The bagels were toasted crispy yet maintained chewiness. BONUS: the sandwiches came with a soft, loaded, flavorful cream cheese spread. The patio is gorgeous! Perfect spot to sit and drink a latte and watch the morning brighten. If I lived in town, this would be a regular spot for me to frequent.

Hands down one of the best coffee shops in Dallas with ample space and outlets indoor and outdoor on the patio. One of my personal favorites is their lavender white mocha. They also have seasonal drinks during the holidays, the gingerbread latte here is so good. Overall love this shop and everything it stands for, it’s a 10/10. UPDATE: Their toasted butterscotch latte might be a new fav.

Best local coffee shop! Great for enjoying a cup of coffee with friends/clients, studying, or working remotely! A mom-favorite with room for kids to play outside & it's just a short stroll from Town Center Park & playground! Indoor seating with comfy chairs, booths, & tables. A window bar has a great view & plenty of outlets if you've got work to do. Covered outdoor patio seating with outdoor heaters & fireplace! Outdoor space has plenty of room for kids to play. Short walk to the park/ponds/playground! Great hot & iced drinks! They offer delicious breakfast tacos in addition to variety of quick grab food options (muffins, brownies, cookies, ice cream, etc). Everyone is certain to find something to love at HOPE!

I loved HOPE Caffee! I went today to get Iced Mocha Latte. It was my first visit. It is beautiful place and has an outdoor place to sit. The lady who made my Latte was amazing. She welcomed me the moment I entered the place. My order was very fast and delicious. The place is very clean. The decoration is also beautiful. The place is very calm and good for students to study or for just relaxing. The outdoor place is open and well-built. I think you can lease it for a small gathering or for a party. It is located beside the park, so you can get your drink and go for a walk. I will definitely go back! It is my new place to be at definitely. They also have drive through. I will be definitely back! 💙

My review isn't for food or drinks. Its for the service i received for renting the space. I reserved the Hope room to host a vision board party for a group I'm apart of Geeky Girls Dallas (if you're a nerdy girlie of any kind follow us on fb and IG). The whole process was flawless. From the manager Lindsey. To the booking lady Alyssa. To our Barista Holley (forgive me if I spelled it wrong). Our party was a success. The seating areas inside and out are very nice. The price isn't bad at all. Very clean. The gentleman inside and Holley helped us move a few tables and chairs around to accommodate our small group. Overall it was a success and I would definitely use spaces here again for other event. Thank you.

I absolutely love this spot. I comes here to this cozy nook to read my Bible for hours, study or to simply sit outside. It’s never noisy, always calm atmosphere! Please check this place out if you’re in a surrounding area. I live 20 minutes away in the Dallas outskirts area. There are cafes where I’m located, but I prefer to come here because I know the experience is always top tier! They are also conveniently located by a nice quiet park for the outdoor lovers! You’ve got to check out HOPE COFFEE if you haven’t!

My favorite coffee spot. Great coffee that truly makes a difference in other's lives. If you are a decaf drinker, their decaf is the best you'll probably ever have. They offer a quiet room to work in, outdoor seating, indoor seating & delicious breakfast tacos! This morning, I was putting some salsa on my taco and didn't realize I was talking to myself and said "this isnt very hot" and the barista went out of way to offer to remake it for me. I didn't take her up on it since I already drank a significant amount but she was still willing to help me out to make it perfect. So sweet - they always have the best service here! In fact, I think it was her who helped me the last time I was here and she went above and beyond! I do wish they had more GF options for treats during the day, but cannot beat a hearty brisket breakfast taco!!! yum! I do love that they have real maple syrup available.... I did a maple pumpkin latte with cinnamon powder and it was amazing!

Lovely local coffee shop on an internal quad green with a focus on study/reservable spaces. Pleasant atmosphere, adequate space dedicated to casual drop-in customers, and a fun selection of specialized beverages. Hidden gem and a great place to settle in for a nice chat or a lot of typing!

I looked up a coffee shop near me just to do my college assignments and this place was the closest to me so I went there and I’m glad I went here like fr! I’m not a huge coffee guy tbh like at all, but bro I got their iced white chocolate mocha and it smacked. Food wise it is a little pricey but it won’t disappoint it’s tastes pretty good. Came in for a mid-afternoon coffee fix. Had a 12oz nitro coffee, which was delicious. Great place to spend your hard earned cash because they support local schools and peoples in several South American countries.

There weren’t many hot food option items. The atmosphere and customer friendliness was amazing. They have it set up in a way that is warm and inviting. Easily can spend an hour with friends, work, bring your Children with you. I love what they have done here.

Ordered a London Fog, but got Milk. Not worth $5 and some change. A London fog is earl grey tea with some steamed milk and a couple pumps of vanilla. There was no tea to be found in this drink, only what appears to be grains of something in the bottom. Learn to make tea please.

Today I placed an order that I usually order a few times a week and the sandwich was brought out in an open box by Holli and I was charged a different price from the previous dates ordered. To make matters worse I bit into the sandwich and it was overly salty. Very disappointed with the service and food!
