Avis sur Pacific Catch Sunnyvale
Another Google search reveals an excellent restaurant that sustainable options that are different from the norm. This location being downtown gets busy but don’t let that stop you from trying it out. I was seated quickly and before long water and beer were at my table to quench my thirst. I enjoyed their steamed edamame while I made my final choices for lunch. The Seabass tacos ended up being very tasty and I would recommend them to anybody. Pricing is very reasonable for being downtown Sunnyvale and the atmosphere was wonderful and very family friendly. I look forward to visiting again in the future to try something else on their menu.
Superb seafood restaurant that delivers on all metrics. The food is incredibly delicious, well portioned, healthy, and beautifully presented. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the interior is very clean and aesthetic. The fish was perfectly cooked and super satisfying.
This a 5 star for a chain restaurant. The food is light and tasty and service is great. This location can be noisey depending on where you sit. It was a nice evening so we sat outside (not all locations have this option). I had the cod in miso which is very similar to a Japanese dish called "gindara misoyaki" The fish part was perfect but green beens had a little to much miso, note to self ask for light sause on the green beens next time. Wife had the shrimp tacos which she like, ask for light on the toppings.
Feels Like We Got Sea Breeze! Frankly, this place delivers a pleasant, airy vibe. The staff is genuinely nice, and the cleanliness is adequate. What impressed me was the authentic Japanese menu. They don't cut corners – using proper sumeshi is a clear sign of quality. The food, drinks, and overall atmosphere were enjoyable. No frills, just a solid experience. Recommended.
Lots of options to choose from. Delicious food and awesome drinks. But the best part, the staff!. They are very friendly and amazing. We were like 16 of them and they remembered every single order from everyone of us and served them personally with all the interest, passion, explaining the food with a great smile 😊 If you got a craving for sea food or something delicious, this could be one of your best choices.
Fish was ok. You could tell it's been frozen and recorded or rather reheated in Grease. The grease saturated my great and tasty French Friench Fries! However, the batter was very greasy. I didn't finish my portion as the cod and batter were too separated to taste. Meaning, from frozen to the deep fryer. I had to seriously consider eating it. However, the service was amazing. Fast. Courteous. And my drinks were great. Tasty. Mixed well. Prices were average for a plate of fish, that serves 2 btw, and 2 tall drinks was just under $75 with tip, not bad for Bay Area restaurants in a high sadity city. 2 plates here would have been very costly. A great stop after the movies. There is plenty of shopping in the vicinity. Presentation was a wow, that's for sure.
Had such a wonderful time at Pacific Catch. Serving warm lemon water with teapot is such a classy way to nourish souls... My steelhead fish plate with salad and sweet potato fries was scrumptious. Creative and healthy in fusion Asian style, the salad had mushroom (my favorite), edamame, and bean sprouts in it. The pineapple and tomato salsa was a unique combination that exuded exotic exuberance in an understated subtlety. The delicious coconut ice cream cake for a B-day celebration was graciously appreciated! Looked after by Alfredo very well. Loved everything, food, decor, ambience and service, all top-notch. Definitely a second time visit.
Food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. High quality seafood. They have unique dishes like salmon shower soup with bacon and shallots. Yum. And I love their guacamole tuna & chips. I've also had a few of their sushis. The fish all are so fresh, and quality, you can tell. But another thing I love about this place is that they say the fish are sourced from environmentally responsible sources. They also have recognition from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. A great honor I think as that is an aquarium that's known for their marine research. It's a place that I would love to visit often. And actually they give you a good reason to because they change out some of the items on the menu throughout the year. Definitely will be back.
Korean bbq and ahi guacamole poke were good with generous portions
We love coming to Pacific Catch for their fresh fish options. We love the Sunnyvale downtown location for their service and friendly staff compared to other locations. Their drinks are great and food is fresh!
Amazing time that we had here: service was excellent, food was delicious, the ambience was lovely, breezy and well designed. We ordered fresh catch (Norwegian salmon), Japanese Wasabi Poke Bowl, Ceviche and delicious cheesecake dulce leche… We will certainly be back. Thank you for the delicious enjoyable meal ⭐️

We love coming to Pacific Catch for their fresh fish options. We love the Sunnyvale downtown location for their service and friendly staff compared to other locations. Their drinks are great and food is fresh!
We attended a wedding lunch right when they opened on New Year’s Eve day, so we were able to street park without a miracle. Food was good, staff attentive. My first time at this location.
I've known Pacific Catch for as long as I can remember, so we were happy when they opened in the newly renovated Sunnyvale downtown area. We've been here a couple of times and both visits were consistent with what we expected. Good ambience, good service, and good food. The ingredients tasted fresh and the service was prompt. If you are looking for more authentic flavors and less Americanized food, there are plenty of other solid options, but it's convenient to have Mexican, Asian, and other flavors under one roof. On our recent visit, we tried the Firecracker Salmon sushi, the Mexican bowl with shrimp, and a Modelo Negra to go with it. The flavors were mild, but the meal was enjoyable overall. We ended with a nice Hawaiian Sundae to complete the meal and it was quite good. Shout out to Marvin for the good service. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for a family friendly spot that can satisfy different tastes and preferences.
We've eaten at the Mountain View and Palo Alto restaurant several times, and this was my first time at this location and we sat at the bar during their Aloha Hour, which runs 3-6 during the weekdays. During this time, they have good deals on limited food items, cocktails, wine, and beer. The service was good and what we had to eat was good too! We had the Baja Shrimp Ceviche, Guaca-poke and the Glazed Chilean Seabass Skewers.
Good selection of food options - portions are adequate and seafood tasted fresh. The ceviche appetizer was not great but the Pupu platter, edamame, crudely sprout and corn sides were great, double rainbow roll, miso blackened cod, ceviche bowls, were nicely put together (a little more sashimi would have been better balanced)
Portion size for “build your own” was way too small - kids plate was bigger. But black cod fish plate is delicious and with good portion size.
Overall pretty good! Got the fish & chips mixed platter. Love how crispy the fish and calamari were! And dipping sauces were tasty. Even the coleslaw was nice The coconut shrimp was over fried though, tasted kinda burnt and just not great. Prices are decent. The platter plus dessert came to $40 (before tip). Was enough for two (but I ate it all myself lol) I recommend it!
I have heard about this place for a long time. Ingredients are very fresh and service is great! Taste is above average i will say, but not superb by any means. Portions are very large. Entrees and platters are around $30 before tax and fees. (But why are there so many fees?) Recommend the taco trio.
Delicious sea food! Fresh catch on the menu - Salmon with Asian chimichurri style is a must try. Crab mashed potato as a side was interesting. Hot fish taco was tasty, the salmon taco was good but the chicken teriyaki taco was dry and hard. Ambience was lively, welcoming, and gave a pretty good fine dining experience. Price is on the higher end $$$.

I have been to several of this chain over the years and this was the most disappointing. It was a Tuesday night but service was very slow, possibly because there was a table with about 15 next to me. It might be hard to get great fish right now. I'm not sure. But the selection wasn't great and the portions were small for the price. I do admit it was tasty. Brussels sprouts and Mexican corn were strong sides.

Service was outstanding; server was very polite, timely and thorough. The food i ordered was the Korean ribs I felt were not warm enough and were quite bitter. Not sure why but if I go again that dish won't be on my list. The sushi was good and next time I'll order more. It would be nice if the sushi menu was bigger, not much choice.
