We did a group event for 30 people at the PF Chang's in Sunnyvale. The service was great and all the guests really enjoyed the food.
We had a good evening and Kristen is a great staff member. I hope you enjoy my favorite pen. 😉 Kidding. As for desert... I have NEVER been a fan of anything banana related. You have to try the Banana Spring Rolls 🤯. Crispy, deep fried, sliced and presented like a sushi roll covered with warm caramel sauce. Add vanilla ice cream 🤯🤯 Get this!
Delicious food and Jakyb is a excelent courteous and know his job.
We had a delicious lunch today. I had the Buddha feast and my husband had the vegetarian lettuce wraps. The service was great and the manager, Neby, was very nice. They made us feel special! Thank you for a lovely time!
Visited this location a couple of times and food was great one time and good the other. But the customer service was Great both times! The entire staff are all extremely polite and courteous. I would come back to this location again and again due to the consistent great service. I even spoke with the manger he was a reflection of his staff good job sir!
Julia was awesome. So energetic and thoughtful! Thanks for the wonderful meal and service
Love this location. My optometrist is in the same parking lot. This location looks like a resort to me,( In comparison to the Palo Alto location ). Alayna was my server/ bartender because I sat alone at the bar. She did a great job and packed the reminder of my food to go. Most places nowadays make you do it yourself. I appreciated this and my tip reflected it. I wanted to tell her she could pass for Drew Barrymore's younger...Much younger sister. Too cute.
Had my daughters graduation party there and everything was amazing we loved it all we had great servers Julia and Efe they were so nice and helpful great service thank you
I recently ordered PF Chang’s catering delivery service for an event, and the experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward and the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that everything was tailored perfectly for our needs. The food arrived promptly, hot, and was beautifully packaged, making it easy to set up. Every dish was delicious and received rave reviews from our guests. I’m impressed with the quality and care that went into every detail. Highly recommend PF Chang’s catering delivery service for any occasion!
The bar is great! Great service from Kristen and Efe! The food was great, and I will definitely will be coming back again for Happy Hour which is Monday-Fridays (3-6pm). They also have lot of deals like half-off wines on Wednesdays. Their drinks are excellent (especially Kristen's). Check them out! Great management too!
Excellent food and service! Julia took great care of us.
Ordered delivery to hotel and it was perfect. I ordered the lunch portion of the beef and hot and sour soup as my side. Entree was yummy and soup was piping hot and fresh. Delivery was fast and communicated to me. Thank you!
Julia was such a great and attentive server! Food was delish!
Efe was a fantastic server. Will ask to be seated in his section moving forward.
P.F. Chang's is always a great experience! They have a great menu with so many gluten-free options. The staff is so helpful with allergies too. We love their food too!
We went here for date night as a married couple on a weekday and were seated right away (no reservation). Our server was great, the food was delicious, and the noise level and music were just right so we could have a nice conversation and have a nice time together. I plan to come back again.
It was great food and service. Plenty of parking spots. I went with my family and we order some drink, appetizers and main dishes all were good. In refreshments you should definitely try strawberry cucumbers lemonade. In appetizers try for hand folded crabs wontons and dynamite shrimp are the best. In main course we order chang’s spicy chicken and guys if you like spicy you should avoid it. And other was good like kung Pao, Singapore street noodles and fried rice. Love the spot, definitely recommend it.
Staffs were very friendly and helped us to keep the phone that was forgotten on the table. Food was good and comparable to a finer version of panda express.
This rest knows what customer service is all about. We order for pick up the other night and did no t get all our order. Ramona the manager took the phone call and made sure we are taken care of and even sent a big chocolate cake. Their chicken wraps is so delicious
Good food, quick service. Julia was a good server, she explained the menu and was full of energy
My wife and doggie stopped for lunch and dined on patio. Service prompt and friendly. Our waitress, Audrey, took our order with a smile and charming demeanor. Cold beer and several dishes we shared. Audrey brought doggie water with ice. We leisurely dined 🍽 and left satisfied. Highly recommend for lunch and ask for Audrey.
Our waiter Francisco was very happy to serve us he is a great server he made our trip to pf changs great food great service
Julia, my waitress was phenomenal. The food is always fresh hot and very tasty. I’ve eaten her many times and will continue.
I never been to P.F. Chang’s in my life I really enjoyed it so much our waiter Francisco was well mannered very attentive at his job with mine and other tables that he also had we will definitely come back and request Francisco
A colorful restaurant with great lighting, statues & artwork. The food was amazing. We were a bit apprehensive when we saw the Google reviews but the food was really good. This is an Asian fusion restaurant. They gave the children lovely play sheets to occupy the time. The sushi was great, the wonton soup was nice. We ordered the broccoli chicken and tofu. Both were good. The Apple Crunch with cinnamon ice-cream was the best item for the night. Highly recommend.
Cisco is so attentive and makes you feel at home. He is warm and energetic and definitely knows the menu and suggested great items like the black pepper filet, lobster dumplings, black pepper chicken, lettuce wraps, and they brought back the hot skillet plates for the pork and shrimp dumplings (yummy!). The butter cake is one of the best things on the dessert menu besides the banana spring rolls. The staff here is so welcoming, and I'll definitely be coming back.
Julia was a terrific server! Friendly, professional, efficient, present and unobtrusive. We were surprised by the birthday dessert and the accompanying firework! And Julia kindly offered to take a picture while the sparks were flying. Thank you for a really special birthday dinner!
Our Julia was TOP OF THE LINE!! She made sure we were taje n care of...We had ALL odmf our questions answered, very knowledgeable. Her bubbly personality made the company shine. She's a good representative of PF CHANG!! Good job Julia
Dinner was great! Amazing staff to provide such a great dinner time. Julia was such a great server! Ask for her if you want impeccable service!
They put us in the dark corner when the room was large with booths next to the windows. The huge bar takes a lot of space. The lunch menu had a great selection of dishes. The hot and sour soup was substantial, hot and perfectly sour. The main was chicken which was delicious. I want to go back and try other things.
Lunch specials are very well priced. Food was hot and delicious and the drinks were excellent with great pricing. I paid what I would pay going through chic fila drive through. My new lunch spot.
Okay, so I checked out this place on West El Camino Real in Sunnyvale – it’s a pretty lively spot! Definitely seemed popular, lots of people. The food was a bit pricier than I expected, almost like a fancy version of panda Chinese. Portions were decent though. The staff were super friendly, especially our waiter, she was really attentive. Parking was a bit of a pain because it’s shared with other businesses. I got the extra spicy sauce – definitely needed it! Would go back with friends for a fun evening.
This is the best PF Chang’s I’ve ever been to…and I used to work for the company years ago so I’ve experienced a lot of locations! The atmosphere and layout is gorgeous, the service was outstanding from the hostess to the food runner to the server and most importantly, the food was exceptional. We had a great selection of dishes (Mongolian Trio, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, Cauliflower, lettuce wraps, potstickers and crab wontons) and every single dish was incredible. They even brought my mama-in-law a birthday dessert and it was delicious (banana spring rolls). The only suggestions to improve: •Do not bring kids meals before the entrees or kids finish and whine/rush us through the main meal. •Adding tax to an automatic gratuity is excessive, but not their issue (it’s lawmakers) so I didn’t deduct stars. We already paid tax on the bill. Now we pay tax on an auto gratuity? Then you tax our server on his gratuity too? Yikes. Other than that, we are very happy with our experience.
Had a late lunch early dinner here and wasn’t disappointed. My daughter suggested I try their Orange Cauliflower that unfortunately wasn’t on the menu. But you know what? They made it for me and it was everything she said it was! Service was better than excellent with the atmosphere to back it up.
Absolutely delicious! We ordered the fried rice 🍚 🌾 , ribs, honey 🍯 shrimp 🍤, orange 🍊 chicken 🍗 , and Mongolian beef 🥩 and every single dish was incredible 🤩The flavors were bold, the ingredients fresh, and everything was served hot and perfectly cooked. Special shout-out to the Mongolian beef 🥩 which was packed with flavor and super tender. Great service, great atmosphere😍
Went here for a friends birthday. Waiter is so awesome! She fed us, helped the allergy boy no nuts, gave birthday boy a surprise with fire cocktail, gave us unlimited free rice with the entrees, gave Aquaman more water than he needed. Food is 50% more expensive version of panda Chinese food. We got extra 3 spicy type sauce 🔥🔥🔥🔥 🫙 Would not come here alone, but would come here for friends for fellowship and good time good 🐕🦺🐕🦺 services sang birthday song, called me no carb boy. The waiter she gave professional photo of our table. Would not come here for food. But would come here to hangout with friends. Food is not bad. The fortune cookies are funny
Kung Pao brussel sprouts were delicious! Tofu lettuce wraps were okay, not too much flavor. Randy, our waiter was excellent and very helpful. The host was the exact opposite... She had a horrible attitude as she welcomed us and sat us at our table, definitely a horrible start to the evening, but Randy quickly turned that around.
The Mongolian Beef had very little spice or flavor. I added some hot sauce but it was bland...the egg drop soup was okay. The service was good!
Asian influenced American dining higher end chain restaurant. Parking in this lot near lunch or dinner may try your patience, or use the valet. Prepare to wait for a table if you arrive at prime times. The line was out the door on our way out. Started it with Cecila's shrimp dumplings. Very nice. The oil and pepper flakes added just the right amount of flavor. Ginger chicken: tender and broccoli steamed to perfection. A bit more garlic would have made this perfect. Buddha's Feast was a healthy serving of broccoli. The beans were super crunchy. We wanted to end it with the Chocolate Dome, but they were out and maybe not carrying it anymore. We settled on a triple chocolate happiness cup, which was awesome. We could have eaten six of these and had a nice choco-sugar buzz. The bar looks to be well stocked. This evening it was mostly unused.
Service: 4/5 Drinks: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Ambience: 4.5/5 Drinks are awesome. Strong, different taste and not even expensive. We tried the whole drinks menu. My personal fav's are Red Sangria, Organic Agave and the obvious Chang's Mai Tai. On a lighter side Asian pear mojito is good. The drink service is bit slow probably because of Friday's crowd. Desserts are very good. Chicken entrées are appropriately fried; delicious taste. Ambience is awesome. Perfect place for date nights. Free valet parking and awesome service.
The service was excellent all around. The atmosphere was nice and spacious. Their signature lettuce wrap was on point and so delicious. The Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken looked correct, but the flavors were way off, too sweet, and unrecognizable as the classic dishes I'm used to.
Great place. You must try the chicken fried rice, dynamite shrimp with extra sauce and chicken lettuce wraps for sure... They have unlimited chicken lettuce wraps on tuesdays and unlimited chicken fried rice on Thursday’s. So that’s a great deal on these both days. Pay for one dish and you can get a refill how many ever times you want. I also downloaded he P.F. Chang’s application so I get 10 points for every dollar spent. For every 2000 points you get an entree for free😍
A good Chinese food option. I like that they're rotating the menu, so there's always new items to try. The kids love to eat here too.
I think this is the second one I've been to. My family and I enjoyed the food there. The service was a bit slow even though it wasn't even crowded. However they made up for it when it came to my son's food allergy. It was mentioned during ordering that he has a sesame allergy. The manager came over with a printout of foods that they serve that would be safe for him to eat. I thought that was awesome and no other restaurant did that before. They were very good in making sure he can eat there safely. The food itself tasted great. I chose the shrimp in lobster sauce because it was one of their lowest calorie meals. I enjoyed it with an order of fried rice split between me and the wife. At the table was also beef fried rice, beef lo mein and ginger chicken with broccoli. All the meals received praises from my family. We will probably return again.
Everything was overall good. Decor is a little dark and dusty. The waitress was amazing! Chicken crispy with honey was tasty but the coating should be slightly thinner. Mongolian beef was good but green onions should be chopped more. Dessert was good and drinks were well made. I will return once or twice a year.
Our male server was awesome. Didn't catch his name but he was a super nice Asian guy about 5'7. Food was pretty good. We got some $20 special dinner that came with an a soup or salad, and an entree. There was 2 of us ... we each got the special with different entrees. The Mongolian beef is awesome. The Teriyaki beef was ok, but not as tasty in our opinion. The portion size was smaller than other times... we felt that at lunch time portion was a lot more...and for $20 at dinner time, We expected more portion. We got like an "egg drop soup" it was really good. We also got a half sized chicken lettuce wrap appetizer separate from the "dinner special" for an addition $10. It was good too. We also splurged and got a "peach / ginger hot tea ... it came in a tea kettle with 2 tiny cups. Really cute. The tea was good, tasty and maybe best hot tea ever. It was about $5. Our waiter even refilled it (only with more hot water) so we drank lots of tea. Over all, it was a little pricey, but it was a nice nite out.
We had the crab wontons and egg drop soup. Both were decent-ish. Then we had the fried rice and firecracker shrimp which was good. The vibe of the place was good and service was quick. Not super crowded but we went on a weeknight.
Good food with small portions, but the atmosphere brings everything together.
Thien was an excellent server and was very attentive without being obsequious. Our salads and entree were served promptly and had a nice presentation. The Mongolian beef was too salty but the lo mein were right on. Their mango tea was very good but I could have used some sugar substitute, not a complaint just my liking. Their chocolate cake is decadent and the slice can serve 2 or 3 guests, delicious! The coffee can be more bold and strong. Over all, a worthy lunch out!
The only reason I didn't give P.F. Chang's 5 stars across the board is because their prices are very high. My family has been going to P.F. Chang's for years and years, and we've seen prices go up and up while portions have gotten smaller. The servers are consistently great, especially Randy and Kristin, and the food is delicious. But paying more for less has decreased the frequency of our visits, which is a shame.
Our servers were great. It's sad there are only 1 PFC in South bay area, and 1 in Palo Alto. The menu is pared down like fast food, but the food is decent. We had the special lobster dumplings in miso sauce that was not that great. Everything else was fine. I like the boboa drinks. My favorite is the chicken lettuce wrap. We'll be returning for sure!
Have not eaten here in years. Service was good and friendly. Came on Monday around 5pm Ordered: Chicken lettuce wrap (good, crisp and fresh lettuce Singapore noodles (chicken was dry amd rubber like) Edamame (served cold, with little salt) ☹️ Wong ton soup (ok) Parking was difficult, busy shopping center. Parked at Cherry Apartment and walked in. Not sure I will return
We went on a Sunday night. Pretty close to their closing hrs. The service was quick and the food good. We ordered Chang Coconut Refresher drink and a Peach boba drink. Both were nice. For the appetizers, Chicken Lettuce wrap and the mixed platter were okay. The entrees: Spicy Chang Chicken wasn't enough spicy for me. Sushi was nice.
Hadn’t been to a PF Changs in a long time so decided to give it a whirl. Had the honey shrimp, orange chicken and egg fried rice. None of the food was great. Especially living in the Bay Area there’s so many great authentic or Americanised spots. The service was great. That was the only good part of our experience.
Sunday, 6 July 2025 I have never eaten in a P.F Chang restaurant. Approximately 10 years ago my oldest son told me he liked it and for him the food great. My lifelong best female friend told me earlier today that the food each time for her was average, not bad, not great. I finally decided to eat there with my wife for the first time. Excellent service by hostess, Patricia. Excellent service by assistant waiter, Boris and great service from waiter, Noah. Each deserves 5 stars. However for me the Chinese food was average, fair. I have eaten better in more authentic Chinese restaurants where everyone working in the restaurant from the waiter/waiter to cooks and dishwashers are all Chinese or if in a Japanese restaurant, everyone is Japanese.
Average experience. Did came out a little cold, we waited for drinks. I think it server may have been newer, he did a good job but seemed confused and a little frustrated.
We went to P.F. Chang’s for Valentine’s dinner and had a lovely experience overall. Parking was easy since it’s located in a complex, which made things convenient even on a busy evening. It was quite crowded (as expected on Valentine’s Day), but we had a reservation and were seated quickly without any hassle. Big plus for that! I’m a vegetarian, and while the options weren’t extensive, there were still a few good choices. The fried tofu was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Black Pepper Chicken was good too, though slightly on the sweeter side than expected. Our server was very kind and even offered us a complimentary drink, which was such a sweet gesture and made the evening feel extra special. Overall, a great Valentine’s dinner experience with good food and warm service. Would definitely visit again! 💕
After almost 6 years, we decided to visit this PF Chang's location. To our surprise, everything remained the same - the ambience, setup, and menu. Intrigued by the Chef's Special menu, which included a Soup/Salad, Appetizer, and Entree, we decided to give it a try. Since we were a group of 4 we each got to choose a Soup or Salad, two appetizers for the table, and one entree each, all for $23.95 per person. It seemed like a great deal. For the Soup/Salad, we opted for the Egg Drop Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, and a salad. The Egg Drop Soup and salad were delicious, but the Hot & Sour Soup was too sour for our liking. We asked the server to take it back, but unfortunately, we weren't offered a replacement or any other options. Moving on to the appetizers, there were only three choices available. We decided on the Crispy Green Beans and Lettuce Wraps, which were decent. However, the Crispy Green Beans turned out to be excessively greasy and undercooked on the inside. It would have been better if there were more appetizer options to choose from. For the entrees, we selected Chang's Spicy Chicken with rice, Ma Po Tofu, Signature Lo Mein, and Fried Rice. The Lo Mein stood out as the clear winner, while the Spicy Chicken leaned more towards a sweet flavor. The Ma Po Tofu was average, and we were hoping for a vegetarian gravy option in the entrees. The Fried Rice was disappointing as it contained raw broccoli, and it seemed like half of the dish consisted of broccoli in both the Fried Rice and Ma Po Tofu. Also, white and brown rice that come along were too dry, may be as it was end of the day. To quench our thirst, we ordered Pomogrenate Lemonade and Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade. Among the two, the Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade was the better choice. Finally, my wife ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate for dessert, which was indeed massive and delicious. Overall, we felt that the Chef's Special menu for $23.95 per person was not worth it due to the limited options and our dissatisfaction with some of the dishes. In hindsight, it would have been wiser to order from the regular menu. We could have shared three entrees among the four of us, which would have been sufficient, and the overall price would have been the same. So, it's important to choose wisely when deciding on the menu. Next Visit: There was no change in our overall experience. Lunar Elixir was enjoyable, and the appetizers we tried were all good, starting with the Lettuce Wraps, Dumplings, Crab Wontons, and Dynamite Shrimp. However, the Popcorn Chicken with Taiwanese Rub was just average. Unfortunately, most of the entrees were disappointing. The Singapore Street Noodles were undercooked and had an odd taste. The Pad Thai was burnt, leaving a strong charred flavor. The Sweet & Sour Chicken leaned heavily towards sweetness, while the Teriyaki Chicken was excessively sweet as well. The new Black Pepper Chicken was bland and lacked any pepper flavor. Additionally, all the chicken dishes were heavily battered. Both the white and brown rice were dry, undercooked and not fresh, which explains why they are offered for free with the entrees - such a waste. Overall, while we had a decent experience with the appetizers, the long wait for the entrees left us feeling let down. After the entree experience, we found ourselves questioning whether we genuinely enjoyed the appetizers or if we were simply hungry at that point.
Heard about this place randomly so tried it out. Heard it was a bit bougie Chinese food and it is just that mostly. Lunch specials are decently priced and the atmosphere is nice yes but at the end of the day it was just mid Chinese food. Overall it's not a bad place, nice to visit on some occasions.
Mongolian beef was dry and overcooked, rice was old/dry, and king pao shrimp really salty. Lo mein noodles and honey chicken saved an otherwise miserable experience. Oh, and the service was non-existent. Empty Wednesday and three servers and I swear they're hiding or only care about their section. Ours was too busy chatting up two ladies next to us while we were staring at him.
I recently purchased a P.F. Chang’s gift card from Costco, but when I presented it to our waitress, a few minutes later someone came to our table and, in a condescending manner, informed us that they do not accept gift cards in future. If that is the case, the gift cards should not be sold at Costco in the first place. What made the situation worse was that this person spoke so loudly that it drew unnecessary attention, making our party of six extremely uncomfortable. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome, and we even considered leaving immediately. This was very disappointing—not just because of the gift card issue, but because of the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown in handling it.
The food took forever, forgot items, staff were rude and got treated like less when I spent double what anyone else normally does. Not a great look. Will take my business somewhere else.
Very Americanized Chinese food which means, yes... Bad. Very bad. My boyfriend ordered wontons and I ordered Sichuan beef which was not even Sichuan style, not even spicy at all and the beef was very dry, not even chewable. I think they might have soaked jerky in the hot water and recooked it or something. Fortune cookies were the best in this place.
I’m sorry but it’s not the old PF Chang’s that I used to love. Their sweet and sour chicken came out like it’s been sitting in the kitchen for all day. Worse than Panda Express! (Panda express food seems fresher than this… Mongolian beef was dry and again tasted old. Lo mein noodles were old and dry again. Personally Chef Chu and Hong’s gourmet are the best in town for Chinese American cuisine.
Can’t rate the food coz nobody came to took our order for 15 minutes, Incompetent and lazy staff. Good enough atmosphere to take a picture and leave immediately.
TL;DR PF Chang’s has been on a constant decline for the last decade but it seems that it has finally hit rock bottom. We are an Indian vegetarian + no eggs family. We had a reservation, which comes with the expectation of not having to wait at the front to get seated. More than half the place was empty, yet we still had to wait 10 minutes at the front for the waiter to come seat us. Finally seated, apparently we’re invisible now because not a single server comes by for another 10 minutes to even offer us water. After we ask for someone to take our order, the server was extremely unprepared when we asked for a list of the vegan dishes / vegetarian dishes that could be made vegan. I had to explain what the difference was between vegan and vegetarian. To my own server. At a restaurant that is in the Bay Area. The context speaks for itself. He was receptive and friendly though, so that was one nice moment out of the rest of the mess. Following this learning session, I requested that he (1) go to the kitchen and (2) ask the chef if the (a) Lettuce Wraps, (b) Mongolian Tofu, (c) Buddha’s Feast, and (d) Mapo Tofu could be made vegan. He returns — less than 2 minutes later — with a smile on his face and tells us that nothing can be made vegan, so I ask: “does everything have eggs or something?” He replied “yes” without missing a beat. I know for a fact that the lettuce wraps must’ve been vegan because we had those 1 year ago at the Palo Alto PF Chang’s location. There are 2 possibilities here: the tried and true classic recipe has been changed in the past year or our server didn’t go to the chef to ask about our request. I’m hoping it’s the first one. I still asked him to check with the chef because when you’ve got strict dietary restrictions, it’s better to check than it is to eat your meal with a side of paranoia. We decided to leave since we couldn’t eat anything there, but knowing that we had to waste 40 minutes for something that should’ve taken 15 minutes tops, was disappointing. We will not be returning to any PF Chang’s locations from here on out.
If you are looking for Vegetarian/Vegan food - continue reading. We had fond memories of eating at PF Changs. Decline over the past 3-5 years is apparent. Last night we went there as a family to celebrate a special birthday. After being seated (which was much slower than what we had experienced before) - we were just sitting at the table for about 15mins without even water on the table. Once the waiter came over - we asked to double check if the vegetarian dishes were actually vegan. Waiter didn't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. And when we asked to check with the chef - they came back within a min to tell us ALL vegetarian dishes were not vegan - which we know was not true. We felt unwelcome and left with a decision never ever to go back to PF Chang's. At the very least, do yourself a favor - don't go to Sunnyvale.
It was a terrible experience. We arrived with hungry kids, placed our order first, and somehow ended up being the very last group to receive our food. When I politely asked the waiter why our order was delayed, he acted frustrated—as if the issue was our fault. Other tables finished eating and waited a long time while we still had nothing. We’re definitely not coming back to this place.
I have never in my life tasted food this bad. I bought 4 different items assuming I will have food for the next few days, however I have never been this disappointed. The food tasted very bad. All the rice was stale like days old rice. The fired rice tasted like it was left overnight and then reheated. The shrimp was disgusting and it had a sliminess to it. I ended up throwing all the food out and having to go out and buy food to eat at another place. I was disgusted and disappointed being that I remembered eating at a P.F Chang in Chicago quite often when I lived there. $100 wasted on bad food!!!
PF Chang’s (Palo Alto / Stanford Shopping Center) reservation system is misleading. We had a 7:15pm reservation for my family. We arrived at 7:00pm and were told that even with a reservation we were “now on the waitlist,” with an estimated 20–25 minute wait. We were at Stanford Shopping Center so we took a quick walk and came back at 7:30pm, expecting we’d be close. Instead, we were told there were 16 more reservations ahead of us. At that point it was getting late, so we left. A reservation that doesn’t hold a place isn’t really a reservation, it's just joining a line with extra steps. Posting this so others can plan accordingly.
I have gluten and dairy allergies. Manager told me that the only thing I can have on the whole menu is egg drop soup (granted he brought a cup of it for free). I purchased a cup of this soup just because I felt weird sipping water only while my friends were eating. Soup was bad. No other restaurants before were so unaccommodating. Also everything takes forever at this place. Never coming back
i was about to enter as the restaurant opened yesterday, bald manager said bathroom is for customers only, he didnt know if i was going to buy anything or not which I have been buying the wonton soups lately. but bc i am homeless he discriminated me. not going in here again. this place is too much. go across the street to ginger cafe for an exceptionally better dining experience b/c pf changs has turned so awful and is going downhill
Very Poor Experience – Repeated Issues This is not the first time this has happened, and it is extremely frustrating. We ordered our food, and the kitchen prepared and packed it on time, but the front desk team kept the order and did not hand it over. I was made to wait indefinitely with no explanation. This has happened multiple times, and every time we are forced to raise our voice just to get our own order. The lack of coordination and accountability at the front desk is unacceptable. On top of this, the dessert we ordered was completely melted and ruined by the time it was finally handed to us. This was clearly due to the unnecessary delay caused by the front desk. Customers should not have to argue, wait endlessly, or receive ruined food for an order that was already prepared and packed. Very disappointed with the service. Management seriously needs to address this ongoing issue.
