One time I get 16 nuggets foe $3.69, then another time get 24 nuggets for $9.71. What's happening here? I asked the young man at the window, and he told me, "He didn't know why, and to have a nice day". Can Management explain? Please!

I got their 2 for $6. The Whopper and Big Fish sandwich. The real shocker was the medium soft drink that cost me $2.49 plus tax. The same size at McDonalds can be gotten A-la- cart for $1.00 (I got the drink at Burger King A-la-cart). The counter clerk was so busy visiting with two female customers who were waiting on their order that I waited a minute before she acknowledged me then she got my order wrong.

Food usually tastes mid. I'm not sure, I like burger king and tend to eat here relatively often. A few times the food has strangely tasted like soap? Like, cleaning soap. We called and told them and the lady over the phone was very nice and offered a free meal which I can say I'm very pleased about her service and offer to make it right. We spent about $30, so I was understandably very upset. The service is usually okay, the female employees being especially kind and upbeat when I'm there. I wouldn't recommend to never eat here although I would say it's a bit expensive. Edit: I'm absolutely disgusted. The past few times I've eaten here the food has been served cold and it tastes old, as if it's been sitting on a counter for hours. We went through the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes for service until someone took our order. When served our food, it was cold and stale. Fries tasted unsalted and old. Maybe they were from someone else's order? I don't know but I am repulsed. I'm usually very lenient but I just got off work and wanted a quick hot meal and instead waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to be served nasty food. And I cannot emphasize how old the food tastes. It tastes as if it's been sitting out for hours, not fresh or freshly heated at all. Was handed to us COLD. burger was poorly made. Almost every time I order a plain burger they put sauces on it and I need to have it remade. They used to be mid and overpriced but now they just suck and they're overpriced. I'm extremely disappointed....the burger I had was sad and cold, the patty with cheese fell right off of the bun when I took my burger out of the wrapper. Usually it's HOT so it melts to the bun...I'm very disappointed. I will no longer be supporting them. As well as the employees were short with us and very rude.

Rude as hell. Owner should be disappointed in the employee. If I could leave a lower star i would. Not happy never coming here again.

Shut service they mess up my order every time I come in this time asked for jalapenos no pickles and they mix the two. People have allergies, unprofessional to not read the ticket and make it how it says not that hard to take off pickles and put jalapenos then I tell her they messed up she glares at me and takes the bag tells me to pull around and wait. I finally get my true order and she glares at me hands the bag turns around before I could ask for ketchup or anything very rude will not be back. Failures.learn respect and get real customer service that knows how to handle their own mess ups. They mess up every time. Downhill they roll with the other things that roll down hill.

The woman in the drive thru this morning was a bit rude and had crappy customer service, as a fast food employee she was unprofessional. I changed my order at the window and she was visibly upset and over charged me. She charged me for 2 for 6 croissants that I never received. My hashbrowns were cold and very oily.

At about 10:30 tonight (5/17). I had a horrible experience with the woman running the drive thru. I am aware they are short-staffed and she how to run both the drive thru and front counter at the same time. However, she completely ignored drive thru I sat at the order speaker for five minutes with nothing from her. I pulled to the window and continued to wait when she did come to the window she was mad that I told her she need to communicate with drive thru l she then gave me attitude, thinking I was a doordasher picking up my own mobile order. In hindsight, this might be the second time this women has had attitude with me for using the mobile order service.

Awful and only getting worse. Have consistently been out of food, even things the app and drive thru board says are available, for months. When something is gone, they always offer a cheaper substitute(cheating customers out of money). Food for the last few months has been burned or otherwise at least part of my order has been inedible in some way. It’s taken a sharp turn downward and it’s just been so consistently bad and regularly taking money for things I don’t receive that I must comment. Plus, the one time I ate inside it was so dirty. Like beyond reasonable the trash and fresh stained tables raised flags.

Came in to get a pretzel king and clearly not what they gave me. The lobby was dirty and the crew cared more out joking around than taking orders. Also ordered 1 Oreo shake and ended up with 2 which I ended up being thankful for because the soda was awful tasted flat. And out of ice maybe because it kept spilling out onto the floor clearly not a good burger king.
