We chose this place because of a review I saw online and I’m so glad we did!! The pizza was delicious 😋 We got the all meats and it was truly loaded with meat! The employees were very friendly and helpful. If you want a good fire oven pizza, you may want to give them a try!

The food was great, and the service was amazing. Looks like a home in the wall but highly recommend it. We passed it on the way to a high school football game and glad we came in. Prices were pretty fair as well. Got 10 wings and 2 extra large pizzas for $85.00 and it fed all 6 of us and we are taking a lot of it home.

Stayed for a training and decided to try this pizza place! Omg! The pizza was delicious! Had a great crunch from the brick oven! Still soft and not over filling. The staff was amazing!

I had many wonderful meals here. I love the pizza crust and the combinations I choose. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a great meal. Thank you to the owner for having such a pleasant atmosphere while i enjoy my meal! 5 stars for sure!

Went in with the family for a dine in. Pizza was amazing as always. Mitch was super kind even gave my kiddos some ice cream on the way out!

My friends and I came into town and wanted pizza. We stopped into Red Hut and were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner and seated, order taken, and promptly served a beautifully cooked pizza. The atmosphere was very friendly, and professional. Will DEFINITELY be dining at Red Hut again! Thank you, Mitch!

So after reading the reviews on here I don't understand why people dump on this place. As a out of Towner I thought it was really good for small town pizza especially when you have limited options for pizza. I love the lunch special deals great price for a big slice and a drink. Also the inside is really nicely done not sure if they got renovations done but if they did they did a fantastic job of picking the right stuff. Great job guys I'll remember this place when passing through again.... Also I'm so glad you guys have SLICES!! Thank you

The guy making the "pies" was super friendly as well as the lady at the register. The deep fried mushrooms were done to absolute perfection and the "pie" I ordered, chicken and mushroom with a white sauce, was out of this world delicious! I'll never go to another pizza place again.

Hands down best pizza in susanville ca. Love the thin crust option. You can tell the owners truly care about putting out quality.

I've mostly ordered delivery, and never had a bad experience. The one time I did order in the store, they were a little bit rude, but nothing I couldn't laugh off while enjoying the food I took to go. Tonight's delivery was exceptional. Far faster than anticipated, and as a special request, I asked for a joke. The delivery driver DID NOT disappoint :), And I even told her one of my own. The pizza was, as always, fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of pizza, but I (and my oh-so-picky daughter) will always be a fan of their tangy BBQ pizza *chef's kiss* Thanks, guys!

Pizza is really good, they get their pepperoni perfectly juicy and crispy at the same time... amazing. Staff is great, very helpful and courteous.

One of the BEST pizzas I've ever had! I was craving a pepperoni pizza in a bad way! Lol A local told me about this place. so instead of doing round table, I decided to try it. I got the Delux Pepperoni pizza and omg! It was completely loaded with pepperoni and just one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Will be stopping here everytime I'm in town! And the staff here is just super awesome and friendly! Thanks for the awesome service and pizza Red Hut Pizza!

I have seen the owner working in there every time I went in. He is passionate about his food, cares about your experience and appreciates your feedback. The quality of ingredients for topings is extremely high and they load the pizza with them. Susanville is near the edge of California and far from logistical hubs. To have a locally owned pizza place with such amazing flavor at competitive prices is something the locals hopefully appreciate. It's my birthday week and I've been saving my calories to celebrate with a pizza from here. The holy cheese is amazing and unique. Why not start there?

The good: the food here is amazing. The burgers are amazing, the fries are probably the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm a self-proclaimed fry snob), the poppers and mushrooms are great. Everything is great except, ironically, for the pizza. They typically have a quick turnaround even if it's busy. The meh: they upcharge you for stuff without telling you and change their prices throughout the day. Taking an order over the phone is a chore - they want your phone number, prepayment, address, and three forms of government ID (I'm exaggerating here but you get the idea). Although I will say they provide good time estimates for when your food will be ready, which I appreciate. If you don't come in quick enough though, they'll call you, which is annoying. They do cheap out on some stuff - for example, they don't get rid of snow in front of their only door. If you slip and fall, oh well. Their parking lot is just a mess in general. The bad: their pizza is just absolute trash. Obviously that's a matter of opinion, but it's one of the few pizzas out there that I just think is not good, like at all. The management is not very accepting of criticism and responds to negative feedback very unprofessionally. Overall, I'd say they have the best food in town and it's definitely worth coming to. Just don't order the pizza. Everything else is amazing.

The flavor of the pepperoni and cheese was great. The sauce was clumpy, and the dough was pretty dry. I also ordered a side of wings, which I wasn’t too fond of. The young gentleman that took my order was very polite. Personally, I wouldn’t come back here again, but maybe the pizza would have been better if I didn’t order it as a lunch special.

The flavor of the pepperoni and cheese was great. The sauce was clumpy, and the dough was pretty dry. I also ordered a side of wings, which I wasn’t too fond of. The young gentleman that took my order was very polite. Personally, I wouldn’t come back here again, but maybe the pizza would have been better if I didn’t order it as a lunch special.

Traveling through a few days ago and decided to stop and eat. Pizza was good. Staff/maybe owner extremely rude to my wife because our toddler dropped a slice of pizza on the ground. I feel sorry for the people that live in this town if this is the few spots to eat.
