Good food for a reasonable price. The cod fish was tasty and my daughter loved the clam chowder. She also had a Philly cheese steak that she said she would recommend. It's a small restaurant with excellent service.

Yummy food with huge portions! The butterfly shrimp were buttery and big in size, with a nice crunch, but not overly-breaded. Fries were good too. Service was good - especially great about refilling my drink. Only complaint was that it took a little while for the food to get to the table, but the place was packed and the food was hot and fresh when I did get it, so it didn't bother me too much. Great visit overall!

Quality home cooked food. Wife loved the burger. Fresh salad full of avocado and bacon. I didn't order one but it was the biggest sticky bun I have ever seen! Enjoy the time waiting on the food.

The staff and the owner are all absolutely amazing. They are friendly and have great customer service. They also have wonderful food with very large portions. At a decent price. You should go try it you will love it too.

Friendly and helpful staff, very extensive food selection. I had a very large Patty melt (with cheese and fries) and a banana milkshake,. Paul had the spaghetti and meatballs, with a Prep milkshake. Food portions were large. My patty melt was a half pound of quality beef.

We ate here a couple of days ago and the food was amazing and the waitress was so nice my daughter and her daughter met each other and it was so cute I will definitely be coming back every time I’m in susanville 😊

Delicious food!!! We stumbled upon Micks driving to Seattle, it was a perfect spot for dinner. Friendly waitress, nice outdoor seating and delicious food! Get the garlic fries!!!

I chose this place at random while traveling through northern California and it did not disappoint! This is the first American style breakfast I've had in 3 years since I just arrived back from being overseas. The portions are very large and absolutely delicious. My 5-year-old described the french toast as tasting like love (she's a pancake kid and ate all her french toast). The biscuits and gravy tasted amazing! The biscuit was soft on the inside with that lightly buttered crisp outside. Also, they have espresso drinks available which made one less stop through town on my way out.

The patty was think and juicy and perfectly cooked. Extra toppings were on the side which I really liked because I wanted to try it plain first anyway. The portion was excellent for me, fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy within. I wish I would have caught the servers name. She was fantastic and very welcoming! I cant wait to try more things on the menu here!

Fish tacos were amazing and the Philly cheese steak was great as well!

The lovely server brought out food over when it was ready, and everything was delicious! The chili fries were easily enough for two, and the poppers were perfect, would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

I will say that this is the best Chicken Fried Steak I have ever had, and I have been back multiple times for it! Everything is made from scratch and the gravy is so flavorful. I do wish they opened up a little earlier. The wait times are a bit long, but I will take that knowing the food is fresh and good.

The brown gravy and mashed potatoes tasted “off”. The asparagus was bland and flavorless. Like it had been thrown in a steamer with a bit of black pepper and nothing else. Our water was never refilled. My salad was fair, but the croutons were chewy..that’s a new one for me. The garlic bread was good, but come on...that’s a low bar. Aside from taking our order and dropping it off at the table, the only other time I saw a waitress was when she brought the check. I prefer to write positive reviews, but I won’t be back. Edit: If only you spent as much time on your cooking as you did on your camera watching and rebuttals to negative reviews you would probably get better feedback. Had my food been delicious I would have waited all night for it. I ate 2/3 of it, 2 bites of potatoes, a couple bites of asparagus, a couple bites of bread and left the rest. I did notify your waitress when she asked, but it didn’t really matter at that point anyway. As an aside, I’m the mechanic. The pilot had a burger and the wine. Better food, better review. It’s that simple.
