Overall me and my guests and I had a great time. The food was wonderful, as expected. I gave 4 stars on service because the location of the valet parking is in a bad spot. They are located on a busy side street that doesn't allow any parking, so I had to keep circling the block until there was a valet attendant at his post, so I wasn't backing up traffic. The food was great, but the beer selection definitely needs an upgrade. Most,if not all, the restaurants I have 5 at carry hienekin, but this one doesn't. They only have hienekin 0.0 (non alcoholic). I had to settle for a corona in a small "girly" looking glass that tasted like a Budwieser that i only had one sip of cause it nasty.

I made reservations at Bottles & Bones to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. We were immediately seated upon our arrival. The service was extremely prompt. The cocktails were well prepared. I highly recommend the Blood Orange Margarita. The hubs was equally pleased by the Smoked Old Fashioned. We started our meal with the jumbo crab cake appetizer. For dinner we selected the porterhouse special with lobster tails, au gratin potatoes and brussel sprouts. The food and service were amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which we received our food and drinks without any compromise on taste/quality. The live music was an added bonus. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

The food was spectacular, I could taste the quality of every item. I ordered the Risotto al frutti di mare and it was quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The servers were amazing, kind, and helpful the entire time.

Our experience at Bottles and Bones establishment was worth the wait!!! The steaks were seasoned to perfection!!! We ordered a Cow Girl steak & the Delmonico Ribeye, very nice cuts for sure!!! The Crispy Brussel sprouts were cooked and seasoned to perfection, the flavor in each bite was too delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. The mac & cheese and baked oysters for our appetizer was very good as well. For drinks we started off with smoked old fashion, I was expecting more of a infused smoked taste but it was still a delicious drink, had me feeling nice lol. We did try the margarita and Malibu Princess for the second round of drinks and that was very good as well with the right amount of liquor. The staff were amazing!!! We had two waiters who were very attentive and made sure to check in on us more than often which we appreciated. The ambience was beautiful, live band was playing Friday night, we made reservations for (8:00pm). We will definitely be back.

This was our first time at Bottles and Bones, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The food, the ambiance, the service - it was all ideal. The steaks were amazing, I especially enjoyed the prime rib. Our server was Faraz, and I have to say he was one of the best ever. I so enjoyed the whole dining experience, that I forgot to take any pictures after the cocktails.

Fun atmosphere. Nice lounge with great love music. We were seated at a nice comfy table in the back which was perfect. Music would be pretty loud at the front. Very lively place! Food was very good. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. Sides were delicious. Great selection of wines and craft cocktails. Nice place for celebrating a special occasion.

Excellent food and service! We love trying new Steakhouses and this one did not disappoint! I had the 16 oz. Delmonico Ribeye & my husband had the 10 oz. Filet, both medium rare, with Gatlic & Herb Butter & bleu cheese encrusted. His Filet came out medium well, but they corrected that with a new Filet, perfectly cooked, within literally 3 minutes! We had an appetizer of the Beu Cheese Chips and they were amazing! The Bleu Cheese itself wasn't overpowering though because they had a sweet glaze on them. We shared a Creamed Spinach side and it was the best Creamed Spinach I've had anywhere! The only "miss" was that my husband asked 3 people for a Coke Zero to go but after 10 mins, we didn't get it, so we just left. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. They also have complimentary Valet parking, just male sure you tip. You can tip using cash app, venmo & zelle if needed. Valet attendant was awesome as well!!!

We enjoyed our dinner and experience at Bottles and Bones. Our server Samantha was excellent. She was very attentive and recommended us delicious drinks and plates. We love that this restaurant is only 2 minutes from our home. We want to try the whole menu!

Let me tell you what... This is probably one of the best meals I've had In many years. We had a reservation and got seated quickly without any wait. Got our drinks and looked at menu. We ordered out starter's wife had salad and I had lobster bisque. Wow is all I can say about the lobster bisque it is absolutely the best I've ever ever ever had. Very impressed! The magyu meat balls and bread came out and they was so so good. We then ordered our main dish wife got samon and I got Australian wagyu steak with garlic butter. Again very impressed with my steak and the samon that the wife had. After our main dish we got a chef special desert that was great as well. Food presentation was top notch food taste was excellent and service was excellent and the live music was excellent as well. If you haven't tried this place then do but make sure you are prepared for the bill. For the wife and I without any drinks only water we spent 380 with gratuity. Well worth the price in my eyes!

We had such a great experience here! We came for our anniversary, and everything from the food to the service was perfect. I ordered the short rib pasta and it was absolutely amazing — one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress, Allie, took great care of us the entire night. She was so attentive and kind. They even surprised us with a cheesecake to celebrate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole experience made our night special. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Went to celebrate our Anniversary today and I got to say it was the best experience ever! Our beautiful waitress was amazing! The food was delicious! And Stephen Lee was absolutely spot on in his entertainment! Amazing songs, amazing atmosphere, Amazing food! Love this restaurant! Can’t wait for the August 22 end of summer party! Thank you all for making our Anniversary so memorable and special!

It was my 1st time visiting Bottles & Bones but the food and service was amazing from the appetizer to the desert. Steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Chicken parmagana was delicious Salmon dish was so flavorful. I really can't say anything bad about this restaurant, but to only prepare you for the service charge that they charge if you use a credit card.

I tried this restaurant out on Mother's Day and was pleasantly surprised. The spinalis tender and cooked medium rare to perfection! I order the B&B hot platter appetizer (baked oysters, fried lobster, lump crab cake, lamb chops), salad, side of mushrooms. Alison was my server and she was phenomenal. The service was so great I'm headed back today for Wed happy hour and to experience the full menu. Price for 2 people was fair, we are foodies and most steakhouse spots we try are way more expensive. The decor is lovely and modern, the bar area is very nice with comfortable bar stools and high tops. Give it a try! It's hard to impress me, I grew up eating well and I'm from a family of cooks and bakers, this is now crowned a new favorite for entire Atlanta and Greater Atlanta area in my eyes.

Bottles and Bones helped me create the most magical moment for my girlfriend who is now my fiancé. Their MOD called me before my reservation to help me plan the proposal. Every little detail mattered to them. Thank you to everyone at Bottles and Bones who helped make it an unforgettable, magical, romantic night for us.

We visited for my husband’s birthday and we had a great time. It was so easy to make reservations online. As soon as we walked in the staff was so helpful! Our server Michael M was very attentive and gave us great service. We ordered wine and cocktails for starters. The drinks were amazing and refreshing. For our entree we ordered the Ashley farm roasted chicken with crispy potatoes, green beans, and rosemary garlic sauce. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy. I liked the slight crispiness of the skin. The potatoes and green beans were cooked perfectly. The rosemary garlic sauce was delicious as well. The ambience was nice. I liked the design and overall vibe of the restaurant.

My friend took me on a date here on a Saturday evening. There was plenty of parking and so much to walk and see/do in this area. Franz was our waiter and he and the lady that was assisting him were both amazing. The food was really good. The drink was deliciously delicious. They also had a live band that we didn’t get a chance to go listen to but we will on our next visit. 10/10 recommend and will be back’

Even after missing my reservation on a busy Friday night, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate—something you don’t see often at steakhouses. The atmosphere was upscale yet welcoming, every team member was incredibly kind, and the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Easily a 10/10 experience. I’ll be back—no question. Than you Michael, Amy and everyone else. See you soon.

We came here for our Valentine's dinner, and it was fabulous! We came early before our reservation which was at 6:30, we grabbed a cocktail while listening to the band, Stephen Lee Trio, amazing band btw...nice mix of mood, light jazz, alternative & light rock music to set the ambiance. The restaurant had great decorations, loved the red lights & paraphernalia around the bar, perfect for Valentine's Day. Jan was the nice hostess who sat us where we wanted by the window. If another name could be applied, she's the "Martha Stewart" of hostesses 😉 Jason the assistant to Adam was attentive, came & filled our glasses without us even asking. Adam our sever was very knowledgeable, and entertained us with good conversation. He was easy going, attentive and not overbearing, and he gave us distance when we wanted to enjoy the evening. Even when he was extremely busy, he was aware of us & checked in on us as needed. All in all, I couldn't have picked a better night for our Valentine's Date night. The price was well worth it, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Bottles & Bones. Thank you for all you do! We will be back for 80s, 90s & today's music by the band 😉

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The service was outstanding (thank you, Matt!), and the manager (I think his name was Edwin, my apologies if I got that wrong!) was very nice. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were all very well crafted. My husband and I have had steakhouse experiences in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, and we were both delighted that we can get a similar experience here near home. We will absolutely be visiting again!

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Suwanee with fantastic service and delicious food! We started with the Seafood Platter for 2 and it was plenty for the 3 of us! My mom and I shared the Tomahawk for 2 and it was very good and we have enough leftovers for a whole other meal. My Dad had the Crab Stuffed Flounder and really enjoyed it. We will be back! Thank you Perry for a great evening!

Very nice and classy restaurant. The food was tasty even though my steak was a little overcooked but that’s minor for me. The steak sauces were excellent and the Spanish Octopus was amazing. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. There is plenty of parking.

Wow experience for Valentine's Day! Every morsel from the appetizers to the main course, was fabulous. Our waitress was fun, funny and did just the right amount of checking in. Food came out at the right pace. Great duo singing Valentine's day acoustic. It was $$$$$. With tip, for a couple was over $500 with prefix menu.

I can't say enough good things about Bottles and Bones! Whether it's for a corporate event or a family get-together, this place never disappoints. We've hosted work events there recently, with one group of 70 people, and it was flawless from start to finish. Rob, the owner, and his entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is truly impeccable. Every time we visit, the staff makes us feel like VIPs, and they know how to deliver a top-notch experience without skipping a beat. If you're looking for a place that can handle both large groups and intimate family dinners with style and ease, Bottles and Bones is the spot. Highly recommend!

Great menu. Great gluten free options for those who medically need it (celiac here). Decent whiskey selection. This is a great place to host an office function, fancy date night, or just really enjoy some great food! If anyone from this restaurant is reading this I'd really appreciate knowing where you bought your steak knives bc they but really well and had an amazing grip.

Everything was exceptional for our Christmas Eve dinner. We enjoyed live music, decadent garlic bread, divine beef wellington, oscar salmon, cheesy potatoes and great wine and martinis. Our servers were professional, courteous and attentive. A perfect evening!

What an amazing restaurant. The ambiance, the bar, the drinks, the live music, the FOOD all of it is just outstanding. We had the pleasure of being seated with Alison and she was super attentive and on point. Honestly im pretty sure there were things I didn't notice but she did and was on top of it. Any questions we had about the menu she had the perfect recommendation. Its definitely our favorite dining experience and we will 100% return. The staff is all very welcoming and greets you with a smile. Great place to eat.

Plenty of parking near the restaurant. It is located by Suwanee Town Center, where the apartments are. It was fairly busy for Sunday lunch time, luckily we had a reservation. It seems that there is also live music sometimes (there was a piano in the corner of the dining area). The inside was nice and felt upscale, yet still welcoming. Raw oysters: again, disclaimer I am not a huge oyster person but now I feel like I have eaten my fair share lately. It didn’t taste as fresh and felt like there was less oyster. Mimosa flight: really like it! Only wished that the waitress had let us pour our own, because we could only sample two juices/mixtures before we ran out of the champagne. There is a full bar and wine available too. Pork chop: it wasn’t on the brunch menu, but luckily the kitchen was able to accommodate it. Tasted really good, not fry and well seasoned. Crab cake Benedict: has a strong taste of lime, nice amount of crab meat. Really liked the potatoes, nicely seasoned. Overall enjoyed our experience! Nice date spot, it is more on the pricey side.

Family went on the wife's birthday. We made a reservation on a Tuesday and it really wasn't needed as they weren't busy at all. Started off with the lamb lollipops and everyone said it was delicious. Our youngest daughter has an ongoing theme where she has salmon at any good restaurant that offers it and today was no different. She devoured her meal which shows how she felt about it. Oldest daughter relished her 10 oz medium barrel cut filet. Wife and I split the 28 oz medium porterhouse and while it was good, we wouldn't get it again. A good portion was charred well beyond well done and fatty. We all shared mashed potatoes, baby broccoli, and Mac and cheese. All were decent but nothing outstanding. Service was attentive and made sure our cups were filled. I'm not a big fan of having multiple servers come to the table as it can cause confusion but it is what it is. Overall good experience and good was okay.

This steakhouse had been on our date night list for a while, and we were finally able to check it off. We enjoyed the food and the overall experience. The hostess was welcoming and even complimented me on my outfit. Once seated, our server greeted us promptly and was incredibly helpful, explaining the specials and guiding us through the menu when we had questions about our entree choices. We started with the Baked Rockefeller Oysters, which were delicious, but I was a little surprised by the portion size. Typically, oysters at a steakhouse are offered in half or full dozen options, but our appetizer came with only four oysters. While the presentation was lovely, I wished there were more to enjoy. For entrees, I opted for the Crab-Stuffed Flounder with sautéed spinach, finished with a lemon beurre blanc. The dish was good, and I appreciated the presentation, but I found the fish to be a bit dry and had to ask for more of the lemon beurre blanc. I also wished there was more spinach to balance out the dish. However, the Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese was fantastic -- it had a generous amount of lobster, and our server recommended stirring it up to mix the cheese, which made it even more flavorful. My husband had the Chophouse Smash Burger, which he said was good but not extraordinary. He prefers when restaurants ask how he'd like his burger cooked, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option here. To finish, we shared the Crème Brûlée for dessert, which was sweet and satisfying. Overall, this place offers a good dining experience, but it may not quite rank as the top steakhouse in Gwinnett. While it delivers a solid meal, it might feel a bit overpriced for what is a very enjoyable, though not truly standout, experience.

This is our first experience here and Samuel our waiter was great. The avocado toast was yummy and the crab cakes were delicious. I didn't care for the crab bisque. It didn't taste very creamy but had more of a tomato base taste to it. Maybe this is just a particular version I'm not used to. All in all it was good. We came during Valentine's Day and they gave us complimentary strawberries as dessert. We look forward to our next visit.

I came in with my bestie to celebrate my birthday. Initially, my experience was very positive and the service was exceptional. Everyone was kind and incredibly accommodating. The food tasted good but unfortunately we waited a very long time for it, and when it arrived it was nearly cold. Luke warm is a generous description. When I asked about it, the server was so kind and I was impressed with how it was handled. I do wish the food came out hot, no one likes cool fish or steak. But, I have to say if it were not for that it would have been a 5 star experience.

H
Henry Golovkinson

Our visit here was pleasant and the food was great, especially the calamari. Would definitely come back again. The only reason for it not being a complete 5 star is that we were repeatedly asked if we wanted a desert to go several times by what I’m assuming was a new waiter and someone training him. We enjoyed our meals and ordered a chocolate cake to share but then were asked at least 3x if we wanted to have something else to go. Somewhat felt like we were being rushed out when the restaurant wasn’t even busy to begin with and there was plenty of empty tables. Either way like I said I’d give the place another shot, the complimentary valet parking was nice and clean restrooms are small details that add that cherry on top.

The service was great we sat at the bar while waiting for our table. We got to our table and was a little disappointed to find out about the drink specials when we got to our table instead of at the bar. Our server Samantha took great care of us and recommended some dishes that we enjoyed. The appetizers came out quickly, but it took a long time for the entrees to come. I had to ask our server where our food was a couple times. Once it did arrive everything was tasty. My boyfriend had the cowgirl steak and I had the crab stuffed trout. Once I tasted his steak I immediately wish I had ordered but it was that good and I am not a big beef eater. We may go back for happy hour during the week.

Edit: After this situation there was very swift action and contact made by the owners to discuss what occurred. I was very grateful for the contact and discussion as well as the thought the owners put into next steps. I do appreciate the many facets that go into running a business coupled with people management and customer’s expectations. There is a significant amount of pride in this restaurant and it showed in their follow up. I’m hopeful this situation will never occur again. Made a reservation for 10 people a month ago, received a call today advising the restaurant was overbooked on the reservation date. After speaking with the sweet hostess who was tagged to advise me our reservation was cancelled, I asked to speak with a manager to see if we could still make it work. Cue the Ops Manager, Edwin. Edwin dressed me down quickly, raising his voice and being very aggressive in his tone. I acknowledged this and he went on to tell me he is a rude individual and continued to tell me he “knew what type of woman I was”. Edwin advised he was the owner of the restaurant and I should call the city of Suwanee to complain about him. He asked me what I wanted him to do, my thought is restaurants of this caliber will typically attempt to relocate the reservation (to another restaurant) because of the inconvenience. He advised he “wasn’t my personal secretary”. Edwin commented he was on the phone with me for 20 minutes, it had been 5 minutes for the call in total. I was simply surprised by the way he approached the conversation with me and how incredibly rude he was. He then hung up on me. I really love this restaurant it’s a shame they have Edwin interacting with their customer base.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. We sat in the lounge, which was comfy. Halfway through our meal, the piano man showed up to play and sing. He had an amazing set list and just made everyone so happy. Our waitress was awesome. She joked around with us and provided wonderful service. We will definitely be back.

Visited for NYE. On the positive they sat us right away but that was probably the end of the good part. Here's the thing, I won't say this place is horrible, that's not the point. However, for the price on the menu I certainly had higher expectations. Quality of the food was good, not great. Both our steaks were cooked to the proper temp, however I felt the food is on the salty side. Just my preference and I know others have raved about the food so take it for what it's worth. Where I think they truly fell short was on the service. Granted, it was NYE but after being seated, the waiter took a good 10 mins before she even showed up. Multiple times walking by the table and not even an acknowledgment. Eventually she took our order, then the wait continued. 1.5 hours later the food finally arrived. Waitress never passed by to mention the status of our order or even revealing the kitchen was behind. Passed by once asking if we want more drinks, of course helps the check but customer service certainly wasn't on the menu. As others have mentioned the menu is pricey which means the accompanying tip would also be high. At a minimum, regular check in letting us know what's happening or even saying something early to manage our expectations would have been nice. Then came an even bigger surprise. $300+ check later, I get the bill. Everything as expected so I place my credit card. When she finally returns, I noticed the bill doesn't match the original receipt I was given. I come to realize, they are charging me a credit card fee of 2.5-3%. I get it if you're a small mom and pop with small tickets. Those fees add up. A well known steak house where the average ticket will be several hundred dollars. Shame on you Bottles and Bones taking complete advantage of your customers. Clearly this is a restaurant where patrons are not prioritized. I'm just a wallet to them to siphon what they can. They did enough to not get in trouble but not enough to show they care. I'll take my wallet somewhere else next time. Sorry, not good enough.

M
Martin Naylor

Bottles and Bones is advertised and promoted as upmarket dining with fine dining prices. So let’s unpack this as it’s promoted. For 2 people, you will expect to pay anywhere between $200 – $350 with the tip. The price point here is important as this sets what you should expect. Ambiance – A welcoming front of house with polite staff. Warm lighting with a clean and tidy setting. Nightclub music with a bass that vibrates through any calming feeling you were hoping for. Not a welcoming or relaxing sound to be partnering your dining experience. Service – The employees were all warm and attentive. Dressed in the right attire for service. There is a lack of training apparent. If I’m having a soup for starter, provide a soup spoon and remove any unnecessary cutlery. If I’m not having a starter, then remove any unnecessary cutlery. Serve the chosen drink in the appropriate glass. Sparkling water should not be served in a Pinot Noir glass but instead in a water Delmonico/Highball glass with a slice of lemon or cucumber. Serve the food from the left of the diner and retrieve from the right. This should be fine dining 101. There are exceptions to this depending on the table positioning, but try not to serve across the table and expect the diner to take the incoming meal. Food and Drink – The menu is slightly over complicated with room for simplifying. The wine selections need overhauling. Also use your local area resources and support local business. The wines are simplistic supermarket wines and it’s clear this is not a sommelier selection. Don’t expect refined pairing with your food. It would appear the food is provided by a Cook and not a Chef. It seems presentation and taste is not quality assured by the kitchen staff. If it had been, over citrussed seafood linguine would have been noticed, portion sizes would have been reduced, and a lack of presentation would have been corrected. How about changing the delivery of a fillet steak slapped in the middle of a plate with random slapped steak juices on the side, to, a steak circled with an accompanied Au Jus, or even maybe micro greens and a soft cooked quail egg. Each dish should not be permitted from leaving the kitchen without an assurance check from the Chef. If you are charging these kind of prices, then give the customer what they are paying for. If you want to charge these kind of prices, and you want customers to return, then take a step back and understand what is expected for this price point. If you get it right, diners will happily pay these prices. The area is affluent and people have the money, but you’ve got to deliver what is expected.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I had last night January 30. I had a reservation for a party of three for a special night out. I was greeted by my service assisted Jonathan and he was amazing right I saw my server Emily all of twice I had to beg her for water. I didn’t even realize she was my server I intended for my tip to go to Jonathan. The appetizer came out slow the drinks I had to send back multiple times they were very bitter and at the end of the night no manager came by the table to even apologize mind you I used to work here. I helped open this restaurant so I expected so much more. I’ve dined here multiple times I expected so much more but I left out extremely unsatisfied and for the price point I could’ve just went to a steakhouse in Atlanta versus the hour drive. It took to go to Suwanee to be underwhelmed.

M
Margaret Regina Saunders

Pork chop was so tough that even with a steak knife it could not cut. My seafood dish was cold and overcooked. The shrimp and Lobster were tough and pasta was just typical package pasta.

This place is extremely overpriced. We spent over $400, and the experience was very disappointing. Both of our well-done steaks came out burned, dry, and tasted terrible. I’ve never seen a restaurant mess up a well-done steak this badly — even chain restaurants like Chili’s know how to cook a steak properly without burning it and drying it out. For the amount of money we paid, the quality was unacceptable. Definitely not worth it, especially for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. I will not be coming back.

A
Ansley H.

I am not happy with my valentines day dinner at all. This restaurant is completely over priced for the taste and quality me and my partner experienced tonight. Additionally, we waited an hour and a half for our entree i thought the increase in price from the valentines day markup would be to make us feel important and catered to but I guess not. If I decide to go back maybe I will change my review.

E
Erica Sarmiento

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. The server Allison was terrible. The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and our server never came to check on us or see if we needed anything. When my dish finally arrived, the lamb was raw even though I specifically ordered it well done. After sending it back, it took another 30 minutes to be returned. I have honestly never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I would not recommend this place.
