Coco Fresh Tea & Juice

Coco has a variety or flavors and toppings! My favorite place, sadly there aren't any in the Suffolk county are. If I am around the area I will be getting some tea from there, even so worth the drive. The employees are super helpful and friendly!

The vanilla milk tea I had was really good. I want to come back and try the other flavors. I know it just opened, but the decor seemed unfinished. Also, for people driving by it's not obvious if the store is open or closed - perhaps visible store hours or a sign is needed.

I come here at least once a week to get boba for me and my coworker. We are never disappointed! Love the taro tea and all the different options for add-ins. My go-to is taro tea with coconut jelly! SO GOOD!

Emerald Forest pretty good. A little sweet but refreshing. Kinda far and a bit pricey tho…🥲

Been there several times. The teas are good and selection is also good, but I'm giving only 2 starts because the place is so understaffed and run terribly that wash time I go I have to wait and wait to get my order filled. I've called in the order 20 min before I get there and still have to wait 20 more minutes, or I order online and the teas are ready and on the counter but they can't recognize that it's ready and make you wait so long before that hand you the tea and check you out. The service is so bad I wouldn't go there except it's the only one reasonably close to us. Good luck ppl and be ready to wait.

Service was slow, took a while, usually takes 1 min this took me 5. Drink was good but I overheard some problems

Deceptive promotions. Had a buy 1 get 1 50% off, ordered 4 drinks. Only discounted 1 drink. Was told it was limited to 1 discount per order and said I would need to make 2 orders. No where on the app stated this. Wanted to cancel the order. This location would not modify or cancel the order. Was told to email customer service and it's been a few weeks with no reply. Will have to file a chargeback. Edit: CoCo corporate customer service replied after filing a chargeback ... basically saying too bad, no refunds. Terrible.

Nice decor, however service was not great. The staff seemed clueless about promotions that were posted on their menu and was generally a frustrating ordering experience. There are better options in the neighborhood.

Worst purchase. Ordered 2 Hot Floral Milk Tea. 1 w 30% sugar, another w 50% sugar. Received 2 WARM Tea, both with 30% sugar. The store ran out of special floral cups for the tea so they gave me regular cups which was fine. However, they put the special lid that came with floral cups on the regular cups. So the cup and the lid didn't match and half of the tea spilled/leaked in the car. What a mess. (Both Tea were secured in car cup holder. The tea did not topple over. It splashed and leaked out from around/under lid.) Please train your staff better so they have some common sense. This would have been avoided if they paired the correct lid w the cup.
