We had a fun time at Dave & Buster’s at the mall in Syracuse. The food was ok, nothing special, but the arcade was definitely the highlight. There were so many games and it was great to see families and groups of friends all out enjoying themselves. It’s very family-oriented and had a really lively, and very loud, atmosphere. It was honestly nice to see the place busy and full of people instead of everyone staying home. If you’re going for the food alone, there are better options, but if you want a fun night out, it’s a great spot.

My son is 12yra old, and he absolutely loves it!!! So far we've only done the arcade area. Great selection of games, both video games and ticket games. Currently Sunday thru Thursday is half priced games, so that's when we go. My only complaint is the quality of the items you can purchase with tickets. We got an electronic slot machine, and it broke within 10 minutes of opening it once home.

Dave and busters is actually a really good arcade. They always have all the latest games. Definitely go on Wednesdays flans get half priced games. The food and the service is hit or miss. I think it depends on the day of the week. Sometimes the food and service is fine, sometimes your burger is raw in the middle.

We didn't eat, but just came for the games. There was a good selection of games. My only complaint was, it was very loud. My ears hurt 2 hours after leaving the place. It felt a little bit like being at a rock concert. If I come again, I will make sure and bring earplugs. It might be worth considering lower sound levels during the day when kids are more likely to be there. And then louder later on in the day when it's more likely to be adults.

We had a good time. A couple games were broken and we didn't know beforehand. Food and drinks were good as was the service. I had ribs and the miller light on tap. We were there at a time of day that was not very busy which was actually great for our ability to move around and do most things we wanted. 11 am is a great time to go with kids.

If you love to play games and win prizes, Dave and Busters is for you. The bar area has all of your favorite adult drink options. The food is good. Not spectacular, offers all the solid options you would expect from a chain restaurant. I recommend the burgers or the "all you can eat wings." The games are very expensive to play some costing 2 dollars per play. But they offer a huge selection of fun games. With a little something for everyone. Tickets won are automatically added to your card and can be redeemed for prizes. Bring the kids, have dinner, and enjoy the games. Overall, I recommend Dave and Busters. Especially for group events and family night out.

Got kids cheeseburger chicken Caesar salad and quesadilla peach tea and root beer.Also ordered the cauliflower appetizer. Salad came with no chicken. Games are fun, its always a good time with friends, but unfortunately there's never any employees around. My partner and I come very frequently, we've racked up countless tickets (currently around 30k) but never spend any because we'll be looking at prizes and there's never any employee at the desk. I went up to the desk to turn in some cards for tickets, and stood there for around 5-10 minutes. There was a gentleman with his kid who wanted prizes but he said there wasnt anyone there for 25 minutes! We both left the prize area, I went to go find my partner. As I walked around I saw 3 employees standing in a tucked in corner just talking, though it looked like one was at least fixing a game. It was just kind've disappointing to see the service quality go down over the years. I understand it was a random Tuesday, so it wasnt as busy as a weekend. But I shouldnt have to stand for 30 minutes before giving up just to redeem a prize.

Went here for food and games for my birthday. While the arcade aspect is fun, the dining experience is not. When seated we were told the server just needed a min and would be over. Which is totally fine. Bri was very sweet, however after taking our drink orders, it would be another 10 to 15 mins before we got them. My beer and my friends frozen margarita sat in the bar window until our appetizer got to the table. She did apologize and inform us that they have drink runners, but even after she noticed it took some time to get the drinks. My other friend who got a water had to wait even longer for her drink to arrive. The food was hot and tasted good, but when it was time to pay it took us another 15 to 20 mins to get out of there. Our server told us the order of which we pay on the tablet, and left. I however had cash and needed her to be tableside to pay. When she did return she apologized and took my payment, then almost ran off again taking the tablet before my other friend could pay. I would understand if the restaurant was really busy, or if she was overwhelmed by tables. But it didn't really appear so. Coming here for the arcade and games is fun. Hopefully others don't have the same dining experience as us.

It's a bit of a drive for me, but I stop by 2-3 times a year. The kids loves it, and for the adults there's plenty of screens and TVs to view major sporting events. A wide selection of beers to choose from and their cocktails are amusing to look at and tasty. Food menu is equally vast, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Wednesday's all games are half off, and, due to that fact, D&B does not accept coupons for recharging power cards.

This is a review on the food and restaurant experience. Went twice in the last month and it will be the last time. Got seated and it took 20 minutes for our server to get our order. It was busy yes, but taking half an hour to order food is insane. Expecially for the price. Food was good, but server never returned thoughout the experience. Got 0 refills on our drink. Gf got 1 mixed drink that cost $18 and she said it wasn't even strong as a double. Had to get the manager to get us the tab. Only while we were paying did we finally get offered a refill. For the price it cost us, the service needs to improve. Overall left with a sour taste in our mouths.

The nachos are gross. The cheese is this watery cream instead of a melted cheese and there was barely any of it. The chicken looks like it was heated with a humidor. The drinks were good tho.

We came in on a Saturday night to kill time before picking up a family member from the train station across the way. The hostess working on this particular night was pretty quiet but got us sat immediately which was great. That’s where the experience goes down hill. We were sat in a section with several dirty tables that were left full of dirty dishes the entire time we were sat. Our server, Mya barely spoke to us and brought out a different beer than we ordered, as well as completely forgot to bring the cocktail that I ordered. She did not check on us until our food was completely gone and brought us over the payment terminal, which still had the drink on the bill. It wasn’t until we reminded her that we never got it, she offered to get it from the bar since it had been just sitting there. We were eventually able to get it taken off, but she had told the manager we didn’t like it not that she never bothered to grab it and walk it five feet to our table.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came with a party of 7. Server took orders, left. A random food runner dropped off our food. One person did not recieve their food and the server never came back for 45 minutes. We asked a server walking around what happened. They did not know. Server came back literally almost 1 hour later and we all were waiting to leave for a tremendous amount of time and the person NEVER RECEIVED THEIR FOOD. Additionally they tried charging for this. Jennifer the floor manager talked with us and honestly was very concerned. Unfortunately no one else was.

Place was absolutely disgusting to eat at! We sat down, dirty tables everywhere and we're like that for well over the hour we were there! Our waitress was terrible, she was off in a corner on her phone the whole time, she then disappeared for the longest time and by the end of the night she was yelling at someone then just left! A manager came and said she stepped away. Food was horrendous took us almost an hour to get our appetizer which was pretzel sticks, the cheese was cold pretzel sticks were too. 53 minutes later and no waitress to get us drinks in the meantime we get our food which I will post pics of! My burger had an egg on it which was clearly burnt on 1 side and the yolk was raw on the other, fries were cold and nasty. My daughter ordered pizza to which she said she has had better microwave pizza. My wife ordered a fried chicken sandwich that was cold. My friend order chicken parm that was so small I've seen bigger a chicken tender almost bigger. His wife order a flatbread pizza and it was so dry and burnt that it was almost inedible. To top off waiting for this the only thing they did was comp the chicken parm because it came out 15 .in after the other food, because the waitress forgot to put it in I think. I know I shouldn't expect much from a place like this but come on really. Especially when I spend as much as going to a better chain restaurant. Places like this don't break your heart when they close because you can clearly see why. Best part even showing the manager the burger and the raw egg and the burnt pizza and cold fries...what did they do nothing! Come on dave and busters get a clue. Please see the attached photos! I would have gave this place less than a 1 if I could just because of the lack of caring from management!

The arcade was great, the kids had a ton of fun. However, the dining left a lot to be desired. They were short staffed on server's but when your server seems annoyed with you right from the start, should have guessed it would be poor service. The waitress was clearly annoyed with the fact that we asked for an actual menu rather than using the QR code. There were 4 of us at the table but she only brought 2 menus. Told us to let her know when we were ready to order but was no where in sight when we were. We got tired of waiting and decided to use the QR code to order, which seemed to frustrate her. My daughter had ordered a drink that stated on the menu that it came with a light up ice cube. However, when the drinks were delived, there was no ice cube. Shortly after the drinks arrived, staff from the kitchen brought out our food. They had forgot part of the order, no big deal as they made sure we got it, but when we asked about the ice cube, they seemed lost. The waitress came over at that point and when we explained to her about the ice cube her response was " Oh, they are probably out." She didn't even seem like it was worth her time to find out and when we pushed simply offered another drink rather than checking on the ice cube. After that she did not bother to stop by our table at all to see how things were, even though she walked past us several times. We waited almost 15 minutes for her to come to our table when we were done eating. I then sought out another waitress to ask to have the manager stop by. The manager never came over and about 10 minutes later she finally asked if we needed anything when I stared her down as she was walking towards another table. Honestly it is they worst service that I have ever experienced at a restaurant. They staff was not friendly, very few staff members were masked correctly, the booth they sat us in was not clean, and the music was so loud I couldn't hear my child right next to me.
