Smoothie King

Never had a smoothie before and I got the d-lite pumpkin. Girl that took my order was very helpful in explaining what I ordered. Place was very clean and staff was very professional. Definitely will be going back. Ty Smoothie King.

It's been 3 yrs since I've had a smoothie king. Absolutely as good as I remember. Friendly employees. The card reader is glitchy . Has a long pause. They definitely need a new one. Besides technology issues. I loved it!

Honestly, I just started visiting Smoothie King the last two months due to being on a restricted diet. Every time I visit the staff is AWESOME. They are polite, helpful when making choices and my smoothie is delicious.

I really enjoy every one I've tried, and the staff is great. My personal favorite was the pinapple pure recharge(limited time item) but the strawberry pure recharge is great too. As is the one called angel food. All very tasty and filling

I came at 2:50pm on Wednesday May 7th. I was greeted by the two women and the young man who were working, they were friendly, helpful and fast! I didn’t catch their names but if whoever reviews these can check the schedule and see who was working, please give props to these folks. It was starting to get busy but they kept it rolling and stayed smiling and friendly to customers. Got a good staff in there, don’t lose them!

It was such a beautiful day today in Syracuse that I decided on getting a treat. I've never had smoothie king before and it was delicious. Very clear menus with descriptions of each smoothie. I'll definitely go back.

This smoothie shop is my go-to after workouts. The smoothies are made with fresh ingredients, and there’s a great variety of flavors to choose from. The shop is small, so seating is limited, but it’s perfect for grabbing something healthy on the go.

My first time here. Great service, delicious smoothie (I got a Coffee D-Lite) and relaxed atmosphere. The music isn't cranked, so that's a plus. It's a Tuesday at lunch hour. Definitely recommend! 👍

I stopped in tonight after work and it had only been my second time ever visiting. My first time was a great experience, super friendly staff and the smoothie was great. Tonight was another awesome experience. The smoothie I tried tonight was really good, but the staff made the experience more than anything. The whole crew that was on tonight were so friendly, inviting, and personable. I’m so happy I decided to stop in after work, it made my night. I can’t wait to visit again!

I love Smoothie King, they always prepare delicious smoothies. Banana Boat, Berry Punch, and Peanut Butter Power are my favorites! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because during my most recent visit the store absolutely reeked like weed and my smoothie was melted even though I picked it up exactly at the pick-up time. It seemed like they made it early and then took a smoke break. Still tasted great though so can't complain too much!

Nothing like waiting for 20 mins for sale smoothly while staff are face timely talking on their phone, others are texting. How professional! Not for the prices you think you world also get friendly staff, maybe a smile or hi how are ya, now all miserable. Why work here if you're not happy

I usually go to the Passionfruit for smoothies ) which are works of art) but I was in the plaza so I thought I'd try Smoothie King. To be fair the smoothie was fine -- basic but acceptable. But really thete were like 5 people working there and not one wanted to be there. No smiles, no thank you, just an attitude of take your drink and get out of here. No wonder it was empty -- who would want to stay there for a moment longer than you had to? Yikes.

These are smoothies we order a couple of times a week at our home store. We’re frequently in Syracuse for business and will never go here again.

This location could really benefit from using labels on drinks. The staff does not know which drink has just been placed on the bar, and could not be bothered to help you figure it out. It didn’t help that they made my drink in the wrong size and charged me the difference.
