Over the years Swallows has really transformed itself inside and out! The food (esp. the wings!) are the best in years! Great expanded seating outside and wheelchair access through the new'ish side entrance from the dedicated fenced-in parking. A must do if you are a local, or a returning-visitor

Best wings in Syracuse for sure (no disrespect to shiftys love you guys too) the bar is really fun and you get a mix of ages. I enjoy it here! The staff is awesome too and I love the cooks!

Excellent dive bar. Great staff. Kept clean. Tasty wings: fully cooked and good flavor without drowning in sauce. Philly sandwich was excellent: juicy and flavorful. Fries were fully cooked and under seasoned but seasoning is available. Bar tender was great. Good prices and cash discounts. Will visit again.

The wings are something special here. I had the spicy ranch wings and they were amazing. The size of the wings are very large. The wings were cooked perfectly for me, lightly crispy. Plenty of sauce on the wings. I also had the cheese steak sandwich...AMAZING! This sandwich is overstuffed. Plenty of steak, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. The price was very reasonable. I also had a Labbatt Blue Light draft. The beer was ice cold and fresh. I highly recommend Swallows!

Don't expect fancy drinks, but rather consistent service and fresh food and beer. Bartenders are great and always working hard, owner is around most of the time. Food is ALWAYS great. Multiple tvs for different games.

The most cultured, relaxed crowd I've seen at a bar in my life. Amazing owners, great atmosphere. 5$ for 12 wings on Monday. Unbelievable deal.

Food was awesome but the bartender needs better customer service skills. I felt as if I was bothering him. I don't drink so I asked for a Pepsi he said they didn't have any, then he was told they did. So when I got it, it tasted like flat syrup. Just saying if you're going to bartend maybe u should have better people skills. But I'll be back cause those Chicken wings are THE BEST!

We usually don't leave negative reviews and I want to say the food is great and I am LOVE a great dive bar, however the bartender was incredibly rude. When I tried to talk to him he said "hey Lady, I got no problem." When I the spoke to management I was told "if it makes you feel better, he only works Saturday". He probably shouldn't be working at all if you want to keep Strathmore folk coming in. Love the food, love the atmosphere, that guy was a jerk and we won't be back.
