Great location! I've only ever ordered online. (Update: pickup is great too!) Service is always quick, even during lunch/dinner rushes. Sandwiches are always delicious and fresh. ♥️ Delivery drivers are always the nicest! And deliveries are always SO quick! Seriously thank you so much for all you do Jimmy John's on Bearss Ave. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed! FAVORITE LOCATION!
Ordered 2 sandwiches cause I had a special promo on the app, both sandwiches were amazing, service st this location is always good as well!!!
Every time I come to this location, I am in and out in less than 3 mins. Even today, they had what looked like a huge catering order, and still was very quick service. They are always polite. Customer service is awesome!
Great food. I love the tuna personally. The bread is great because it's not too thick which is nice. It's never busy so I'm always in and out. Quality grade ingredients.

Being one of the 2 places you can order from in the area (That is not Uber Eats) I order from here quite often. Food is always "Freaky Fast" and great. I typically do not write reviews but I called to put in an order and my card would not process after using it just the day before. After getting upset and hanging up with them the manager called me back personally and stated that they are sending over a sandwich at no charge due to the situation. Turns out that my girlfriend had switched over cards and did not make me aware and after telling the manager it was my fault he still insisted on providing the free sandwich. To me customer service is everything and they had done everything right despite me being a P.I.T.A. My office and myself will always order from here.
Great service and delicious sub. I've been a fan of jimmy johns for years and my experience at this location was exceptional. Very friendly staff and quick service. I have a busy schedule and the convenience of pulling in and grabbing a delicious sub in less than 10 minutes makes it even a better experience. The place is spotless! I would recommend it to any friend!
I don’t know why they put such little meat on their subs but it’s a little ridiculous. I love the bread. Order a turkey sub and there’s hardly any turkey on it and it’s very expensive. If they added meat it would be five stars. And that has to be the dumbest response from Jimmy John’s! Really you’re not kidding your original subs are on the lighter side! No meat in them thanks for letting everyone know you don’t put much meat on your subs!
Ordered a roast beef and added bacon. Was charged extra for the bacon. Sandwich came with 1 slice of cheese and roast beef and no bacon. Barely anything on it at all. Ate both halves and was still hungry. Worst, lightest sandwich I've ever received from them.
I guess it's just this location but I ordered the turkey Tom box lunch and my sandwhich literally has 2 slices of meat on it. I asked for extra lettuce and got sprinkles. I've never had this problem. I called and spoke to someone who told me the meat is pre measured and she can do nothing for me and I need to call back in the morning to speak to Jesse the manager. I paid $27 for 2 meals and both were barely any meat. The other was a Tuna sandwhich. Jimmy John's need to do better for this price. Period. I'll be sticking to Publix for my subs.
I came to this Jimmy John’s location once to eat, and it was a disgusting experience. I saw roaches crawling in the bathroom, which was already a huge red flag. After eating the sandwich, I ended up with diarrhea and what felt like food poisoning. I will NEVER eat here again, and I strongly suggest others stay away too. Absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered food for myself and co-workers; after placing order and receiving confirmation we went back to work. Seeing as though we work in the hospital we don't have our phones. 30 minutes go by, and I check the phone they've called 3 times and advised they will not make the food until I place a tip on the order for the driver. Speaking with JAY who claims to be the manager he tells me that I can't pay cash because its multiple orders (only 3) Jay would not give me corporates number and told me I did not need it or his name. He was very rude and nasty he needs to be fired!! ASAP
Uhhh well we ordered 2 sandwiches, we live literally 4 minutes away from Jimmy John’s address: 2806 E Bearss Ave Lutz, FL 33559 we ordered at 5:16 through their app which normally I would order through Uber eats but Jimmy John’s wasn’t paying them so we ordered through the Jimmy John’s app and now they are just freaky slow. Come on. It’s 6:12 and when we called they said they dropped it off at an address. Just too stupid to try and explain on a review but never ordering again. I’ll go to subway, or jersey mikes, or which wich or anywhere else lol
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Zero stars if it was an option. Jesse the "store manager" was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I never received my delivery order of 70 dollars worth of food. They claim they delivered it, it was not delivered to me. Requested a refund, he refused, said not his problem, asked for cooperates number he then refused to give it to me. Was rude raising his voice and proceeded to hang up on me. I would advise against dealing with this store at all. You will not get your order, and they will steal your money.
So Steven decided he was going to make my order how he felt it should be made and not how I ordered it! Thought I waited an hour for my food but no they just threw outside on the front porch and left it there, didn’t even ask to sign the receipt! And I call and speak with the manager and she tells me there’s nothing she can do about!
When I order from there they never add my peppers. They have been missing on my last three sandwiches. I even called to see if they were out but they said they weren't. After the call, I've ordered from them again and still no peppers. I understand they are known for their fast delivery but I'd rather have regular delivery if that means I can get my sandwich the way I want it. Looks as if, IF I order from them again I'll have to leave work to pick it up just to be sure my sandwich is made correctly. The one on Fowler never messes up my sandwich, hopefully they can deliver to my job.
"Freaky fast delivery" is false advertisement when delivery orders take nearly an hour to arrive. Unforeseen staffing circumstances are understandable as long as there is communication provided to the customer if it will be longer than 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed JJ....
We told the man behind the counter we had never been there before and he had no customers service skills. Did not attempt to explain the menu whatsoever and after my husband ordered and saw the sub had no veggies on it he made us feel like it was our fault for not knowing it came with no extras. He then was very rude and charged us to add lettuce, and onions. We will no go back.
Firstly I never leave reviews but my experience at the Livingston location warranted one. I have never been to a sub shop and not been asked how I'd like my sandwich. for this quality I can goto a gas station. bad service. I had to hand my sandwich to them 3 times to have it dressed. For 10$ for a small combo. with the bad service I will not be returning here. Owners a little advice tell your employees to step up the customer service and slow down I hadn't even paid and was being handed my sub fast but was not even asked what I'd like or how much. step it up.
