Mi nieta ordeno chicken nuggets y al momento que lo trajeron venia con salsa catsup misma que nadie ordeno, le dije a la mesera que nuestra orden era sin catsup, ella se llevo el plato y despues de 10 minutos llego con otro plato Pero al momento que mi nieta empezo a comer sabian a catsup. Entonces revise el pollo y tenia los reciduos de catsup que le habian quedado cuando ellos trataron de solo limpiarlos..... MUY ANTI PROFECIONALES

The food was terrible. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu. They took forever to bring my order, and it was raw in the center. They excused themselves by saying the pink part of the raw chicken could be the ham. The mashed potatoes were awful. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes. I asked them to change the dish for a breaded chicken cutlet, and this time the chicken breast was incredibly dry, almost inedible. Besides that, it had no flavor; it seemed like it hadn't been seasoned at all. Once again, I asked to speak to the waitress about the poor quality of the dish and the chicken breast in general, and she excused herself by saying that chicken breasts are just like that… “dry,” which is why she doesn't order chicken breast. LOL 🙄 In short, the only redeeming thing was the flavored water I ordered. A very bad experience at the downtown branch.

I was really craving something to try and followed the good reviews, but as soon as they said hello, I asked questions about the menu and they didn't answer me twice, and the questions they did answer were almost like teasing me. Zero TACT. I noticed a lot of tourists came, just like us, but the attitude of the entire staff is horrible. The waitress was angry for leaving and entering, and the cashier was unhelpful. He never looked me in the eye to answer, and I didn't understand. And even if they say it wasn't like that or refuse, the attitude is simply unpleasant, and even with a thousand excuses, the attitude is considered.

Terrible service and horrible attitude of the bar tenders, waiters, I do not recommend it at all, my fiancée and I went to buy a frappe because it looked delicious but when we entered no one served you, the waitress who was there did not even deign to give you the menu, you asked her and just made gestures in bad taste, and said there is the menu, grab it, the bar tender who thinks he is a nigiri poncho because he is drunk is the same or worse, I had a terrible experience even though the dessert and drinks looked delicious, honestly if I travel to Tampico from Monterrey again it will not be to visit that place, I regret so much having gone because I was waiting for them to take my order (the order was to go) my trip was delayed by about 20 minutes, terrible 👎 if you are from Monterrey and you are looking for some desserts and coffee, better go to the Tim Hortons which is closer to the beach

I was waiting for one of the waitresses (tall and plump) in the outside chairs to bring me what I asked for, which was the internet to review the images of the dishes so I could order a dish, because I'm not from here, and she never brought me the wifi password, the waitress was very rude. Besides, I was waiting for a group of friends who were going to eat, and they didn't even go.

I honestly don't recommend it. My food took over an hour to arrive, and they still get angry when I tell them. Plus, their food landed me in the hospital with a stomach bug. Honestly, it's not worth going there.

Bad experience. I found this place as a tourist in Tampico and I absolutely do not recommend it. To begin with, even though the place was almost empty, it took them over an hour to bring our food, and they even forgot some items. The food was salty and not even properly prepared. The waitress who served us was terrible. She made several inappropriate comments that no one asked her about. At that point, my companions decided not to leave a tip. In the end, when it came time to pay, a tip of less than 10% was left, and the waitress rushed over to my companions to give it back because it wasn't enough and she insisted it had to be at least 10%. Bad food, extremely slow service, and very unprofessional and rude waitresses.
