The guacamole bacon burger was so delicious I had to buy a second one (HiNT) ask for it with jalapeños, the French fries were hot and crispy

It's a normal Carl's Jr, same food just in a different country than the US, it's clean and the food is good so what else is there it's fast food what do you expect!! It's my daughter's favorite place to eat in Tecate!!!

This the first restaurant of this sort in Tecate! Me and my kids would make jokes that Carl's would never come to our town being such a small town to live! Finally its here!!! We dont need to go to Tijuana for a good hamburger! Service is your typical Carl's Jr. joint Welcome to Tecate!! PS. Love the Milkshakes!!
Its a new place, burgers taste different than our US counter part. Their coke taste really good
Clean! Such a nice place! They really respect the sanitation rules. Sadly, they didn't have cookies the last time I went.

The place looks very nice, and its located very close to everything in Tecate, so you can get there fast. The service was good, the staff didn't have the best attitude but still, very polite. The food was good and they gave me all I ordered and everything was clean.
The milkshake was such a disappointment, very watery. Sent it back and the manager Gadiel just kept insisting that milkshakes are supposed to be like that. We mentioned that the ice cream needs to be frozen, not melting to accommodate for a thick milkshake. Hopefully they can improve soon
Prices are high, the size of the food got a lot smaller, and even de taste it's not the same any more, they have no ranch, no jalapeños so 🤷🏽♂️ brace your self.... For a not good experience
The day before yesterday I purchased the new hamburger that has real roast beef with cheese... And it was a fail the meat was all chopped up like they use what they had left over... The melted cheese you couldn't even taste and the meat was completely burned from the pattie.. I mean we live in mexico is hard to have extra money to eat this... And it was a fail it wasn't sliced like the commercials..I've never been so disappointed
Well I can say that I've been going there since it first opened which is not too long ago and I have had no complaints I even thought that it was better than back home but today ,all bad..... ordered two #2 combos clearly said NO ONION ON BOTH even receipt states it .I get home from a long super hot day of work ready to chow down......NADA onions on both😭😠 and you no removing them doesn't help...👎🏽
