I ate the best gluten-free pizza ever: exceptional dough, light and truly meticulously crafted. But beyond the quality of the food, what struck me even more were the people. There were three guys at the pizzeria, each one nicer and kinder than the other. Super nice, helpful, and genuine. They have a wonderful, positive energy that is not at all predictable. My thanks and sincere wishes go to them: may life return to you all the kindness you give to others. Keep up the good work, because you truly make a difference. ❤️
I've been to this pizzeria and had a truly wonderful meal! The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and with attention to detail. The staff was simply fabulous: super welcoming, always smiling, kind, and available at all times. I truly felt at home. The prices are also average, absolutely in line with the quality of the service and food. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

We were on our way back to UK when our car developed a fault. Our Breakdown insurance rescued us and put us in this place late but the 3 of us were served food. We were exhausted and were not paying much attention until the food arrived. Oh my goodness, my wife and I had pasta Cabanara and our son had Tuna. Hang on, this food is really nice. Bad news they couldn’t fix the car, the good news we were to stay here for another night so we eat early in the large main restaurant. I’m not a burger sort of person but the Burger they have sounded interesting, my wife had pulled pork and our son went for the Tuna again. I am 64 years of age, with my work and family vacations, Mainly to Italy I have eat in many places. This place was something else, my burger was the best ever and my New York Cheese Cake was nothing like I have tried before. We all agreed the food here is FANTASTIC and why? I found out that this is very much a family run business with 2 of the 3 brothers chefs and everything is made in their kitchens. The bread for the burgers. The pizza dough etc. These brothers and sister in law should have this restaurant located in Milan or London or Paris. Their food out performs their location. I would recommend to anyone, make the effort to stop here and enjoy the food and wine, we will, sadly they were fully booked on our 3rd night so we had to leave. Well done, just brilliant food worth 5 times what we paid 👍👍👍
Very pleasant hotel in a great location - very close to Bergamo airport, just a minute away from the main highway, nice surroundings,... clean rooms, good restaurant, great atmosphere, and a very good breakfast!

My husband, 17-year-old daughter, and I stayed here as a base while we ran an errand near Adro. We were happy with our choice; it's a great location close to the highway exit.

Business dinner with 26 people. All attendees paid as expected. At the end of the evening, only a few of us remained, and we were asked for two additional bills, which, trusting the staff, we paid. The next day, after checking with colleagues, it emerged that the bill had already been paid in full. For over 10 days, we've been asking for an audit and a refund, but have never been able to speak to a manager. Conflicting versions, no concrete answers, and no documentation provided. It's not a question of money, but of fairness and professionalism. Terrible management and a complete lack of accountability.

Super friendly staff, convenient location just off the highway. Room large and clean. Beds uncomfortable feeling every spring. Restaurant a total rip off. Children didn’t like the sloppy uncooked doughy pizza so ordered them two bowls of plain boiled pasta natural with no sauce or anything and restaurant charged 20euros for those two bowls of pasta! More than the 14euros for the pizzas! Talked to the manager about how ridiculous that was and he explained to me that was the cost! Talk about rip off tourists. They also overcharged the drinks. We only had one ice teas and 2 small glasses of milk! I tried to explain that too and got no where! The only thing the manager was willing to concede was they overcharged the service fee!
I'm Travelling a lot and this was one of the worst place i have ever been. At the time of the booking i was asked to give them my credit card details, which was used to get the full payment immediately even if I was told that it will be made at the check out!!(they are not allowed to do so without authorization!!!) Dirty room walls and poor equipment .. Low average breakfast and service (20 min to get 4 boiled eggs).. Such a shame for a beautiful country like Italy.. I'm Italian and a lot people must learn how to deal with their customer on the best way possible.. This is one of the main reason why the tourism here is going down !!! Wake up!
