Not a fan of the new Chilis menu but their 3 for $11 menu is still a good deal. The new big smasher burger is really good so whenever I want a burger Chilis is my go to. Location is nice and the server was helpful with our check splitting issues.

Our server Mike I believe was his name, was very pleasant. He was a little busy so we waited a little bit to be greeted at the table. No huge deal, overall we had a great experience on a sunny Saturday afternoon

Great food! It has been awhile since I've visited, so prices shocked me, but not to spare, for the serving was ample. Beware of ordering just water though..

Would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I’m a big Chili’s fan and this one is a good one. Service was attentive even though they were packed & we got our food in a good period of time. The food was delicious but the only disappointment was that my steak was a little underdone (I ordered medium and got medium rare).

I got the ribeye with loaded mash potatoes & subbed out broccoli for street corn. All was good. Corn was a bit cold but good. Service was nice & attentive. Beats the 1.5 hour wait at Roadhouse.

To whom it may concern. Our food was delightful. Beer was cold. Food was hot. Salsa was saucin and cheese was cheese'n. However, our masked server was not servin. Had to ask for refill on chips. Refill on drinks and never got our napkins. Server wasnt rude nor disrespectful, just not there. Hopefully he was having an off day today and others may experience better service.

Server got our drinks wrong. Had to ask for our non-alcoholic drinks twice. Never got a refill. Ordered queso just to be told 15 minutes later it wasn't going to happen. Then food came out wrong. Would have told server but he never came back... Oh, and out of kids menus. Maybe it was just a bad day, but itll be a while before we head back.

Well everything was pretty good outside of a couple major issues. First one was they took a REALLY long time to take our order than after the my did the food took EXTREMELY long to come to our table ... Lastly everything was delicious EXCEPT for the two main courses that were DISGUSTING...We both tried the crispy sandwich and it was like drinking straight grease...The worst part os if they hadn't taken all day I just would have sent it back for something better but we were so behind schedule because of how INCREDIBLY slow they were.

Our service was great. He was attentive and respectful. I got the nachos, every fried items we got was disgusting. Tasted like they hadn't changed their oil in weeks. Everything tasted old and burnt. We sent the food back. Manager never touched the table. We had to flag him down to let him j now gow the quality of food. Gave us a 5 buck voucher. Needless to say we wont be eating there moving forward.

First off waitress was amazing but don't remember her name. Order 3 stakes all came back very very rare when we order is medium rare. Had to send back. Then went it comes back they are all over done. Good thing is the buger was said to be good, and the wings were good. Manager gave us 25% off so I gave a bigger tip to the waitress cause she deserved it. The men's restroom was nasty, yes I know i said mens lol. But come on really.

I highly don’t recommend this location is you do want good customer service, hot food, utensils, and refills. We had alright service until we got our food. They left out one dish and after giving out the last dish they proceeded to ask what was that dish we ordered; so we did tell them what is was; it’s was the spicy chicken sandwich. 10 minutes passed by and had to let the manager know that we was still missing a dish. She said “it might not got ringed up.” Them like another 15 minutes passed and another employee asked if we still wanted to go. We did say yes and when it came to pay it still hasn’t came out. So I got up and told the manager to cancel the order it’s taking to long. She proceeded to say “it’s just right there,” not to mention when I walked up to her she rolled her eyes probably because she seen we walking up to her; that was extremely rude. Also none of your food was hot when they came out; nor our appetizers.

I ordered desserts from door dash but they put 1 quarter of a scoop of ice cream on there and like a small tea spoon of fudge. The pictures is exactly how I got it out of my door dash bag. I don’t know what chilis is doing but I paid so much just to get this smh.

Ordered a steak medium well and asparagus. The steak came out gray and the asparagus was way too salty. I asked for a remake and told the waitress just tell them medium rare on the steak since I knew they would probably just over cook it again. The waitress left and came back again and asked me if I wanted it medium or well done. At that point I just left.

Steak order med rare showed I p well done. Sent back and asked for another med rare. I was finished with all my sides and continued waiting for a long time before the sorry. Excuse for a state came out. It was like it was a frozen steak that they'd thought in a microwave and seared each side. It was a horrible experience. However, the wait staff, it was very nice and cordial.

I'll start with a positive, food was really good; I'll give them that. When we came in the restaurant there was a small dog under the table behind us. Didn't really think much of it. After a while of us waiting for our food it started to smell like wet dog. Come to find out dog was almost sitting on my lap under the table. I don't believe this restaurant should allow this inside. This was not a service dog by any means it was a cute puppy. Next, the waiter Michael (I believe) took our order. My son ordered the mini sliders with no cheese (lactose intolerant) and I ordered a bacon burger with ranch. The order came and the sliders had cheese and I didn't get my ranch. I then told the server about the cheese and ranch. They brought the sliders correctly this time, but no ranch. So I just said forget it. I was almost done with my meal and I had a strangers dog at my feet. Also never once did I get asked if I wanted a refill. The food is good but that's it.

They served me raw chicken on Mother’s Day. Brinker offered a free meal coupon, I just wanted a refund for the entree. So disgusting and poor food safety practice.
