I love the food here, 1/2 appetizers are legit, the wings are on point too

First bar I went to after having my baby. Had a blast!! The food is great too! The bartender we had was super cool and made our experience that much more enjoyable. I’m pretty sure he said he goes by “Ginger”. I absolutely love how relaxed the environment is. The owner works there and makes sure everything goes great. He didn’t just hire a crew and let them handle it. He is very involved in his business which is extremely respectable. I can’t wait to go back!! 10/10 recommend going here!

Ordered via the app. Was ready when I got there. It is a little more expensive than some other sub shops, but there was a lot of meat. The only criticism I have is the app doesn't list all the add ons offered like condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. You have to know to ask under special instructions.

Service was great. My order was messed up accidentally and not gonna lie I live 30 minutes away. I called them when I got home and realized it and they made me a new sandwich that I picked up another day for free. I appreciate honest people and they really took care of me. This was my very first visit to a Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they could. But the team working around 5:30p Saturday (08/16), absolutely amazed me!!! At first mention of being celiac, they explained their entire process for handling my order safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution. What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

I wanted to give three stars but bumped it up because I think there was only two people working the bar and tables while we were there and that may have affected things. It took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, but she was nice. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out- 8 boneless wings, fries and nachos. My nachos were cold, and the chips without cheese were stale- like they weren’t fried long enough. I did love that they use queso on the nachos and not shredded cheese. The salsa was really good and the wings were good. Possibly would come back and try something different.

Go to Lucky's on Wednesday night . Last Call with Casey karaoke 🎤. Great drinks ok food . Great easy to get to location. Very diverse crowd all age groups.

My experience was good, the patrons were kind and the service was great. Last night was my first time there and I'll be back.

I was kinda skeptical being from Philly what this sub would taste like, I actually was pleasantly surprised all fresh ingredients and the bread even though it was cut differently than Philadelphia was really soft and very tasty. A little more condiments than I'm used to just picked it off until my sub made sense. 8 out of 10

Only been here twice. Service has been fast and friendly. Ingredients fresh and high quality. Freshly shaved deli meats and cheese. Slightly higher priced than your average sandwich chain, and the sodas were all flat, but the sandwich was delicious.

I was happy with my experience at this new location. The service was quick and the sandwiches were good. The chicken parmigiana was really good and the #2 was also good, but it was drowned in vinegar. The staff seemed a bit frazzled due to the large crowd which led to some sloppy sandwiches and over use of toppings. It is exciting that forney has a new sandwich shop though.

Overall a good experience. It was pretty dead when I went but it still took a while, but you could tell it was made fresh. The portions were in my opinion small at best and $9-$12 so take that how you want. Bartender was very nice and so was kitchen staff food was just ok if I go back it would probably just be for a drink and head home.

I have been here and tried this 3 times. The best part is all 3 times the bartenders was amazing and friendly. The one time ordered food that I actually got was served cold. The other 2 times the cook didn't get the order so after about 30 minutes paid bar bill left, the last time the cook left and the next shift cook didn't come in at all. For a time when I see a bunch of people looking for work locally hire someone who shows up.

Jersey Mikes used to have Subway beat on quality but this visit was different. The sub was just a sub. Nothing noteworthy or special. The value for your money has slipped. Certainly not worth the price.

The food is good , really depends on what you're getting some things are extremely delicious others mediocre, price is very high in my opinion, the location is deep in a shopping center so not as accessible from the highway, cleanliness I've never walked in here and saw this place dirty it's always been clean, customer service is fairly good just depends on who you're dealing the speed of service is very good when it's not super busy. There is room for improvement.

We came here because of reviews but I can honestly tell you the reviews are not true far as food wise. My husband had blossom onions that were not all the way cooked. I had chicken fried steak box mac and cheese and cold mashed potatoes. Chicken fried steak batter was extremely salty. The atmosphere, music and waitress was good. The bartender umm not too good in my opinion. It may not be the same experience for everyone, this is just my personal opinion. My husband did eventually try the chicken sandwich. He said "finally something good". The manager was good about everything and comp our meal. We will be back tho for the atmosphere setting. Dj was awesome.

Why do I you allow such rude employees in your place of business? Just came in for 3 sandwiches and the girl you have working the front is moody, cold to customers, and doesn't listen. Specifically asked for very little mustard and she doused it, my asked for same and she doused his too. Not everyone wants spoonfuls of mustard. In the end asked if there anything else and had to remind her BACON for 3rd time. As for the moody and cold to customers, she didn't say anything rude but acted like a spoiled child that didn't want to be there , which came off in her persona , that she was putting out there.

I recently visit the store last week I picked up an order. My 2nd time visiting this location. I mentioned to the young lady with glasses I'm new to this and had a question about the menu. She just pointed and said read the menu?? She was extremely rude just not helpful as she was cutting bread. There was a man running register he wasn't pleasant either. He pointed to screen put the sandwich in a bag and slides it across the counter. I started the say something that wouldn't have been nice , I just got off work and wanted to go home. He would of came across the counter with my help. But I walked away and took a breath. I wish I had there names. I small girl in middle was extremely polite and smiled as she put the order together. Sorry I'm just venting. Not visiting this location again

This place used to have the best wings, not sure what happened. They used to have full size wings now they appear to be using drummettes or party size wings. As a regular customer who visits this place frequently, I have no words! Not sure if management is trying to save money by ordering smaller sized chicken wings but rest assure there business will suffer because they are changing what was working for them in order to save a few bucks!

We went to Luckys, four of us. We were greeted by a server, name unknown, where she acted irritated with us. She was almost rude. She offered us no help with options, as we had questions. I’ve never had a waitress treat me like she hates me, it’s weird. Our food was odd. I ordered shrimp tacos and the shrimp came out in the tacos, breaded and Marinated in buffalo sauce? It tasted strange. Then the tab was $70 before tip for some weird tacos and an appetizer. High priced, rude servers, never again.

This location is a joke, I’m very disappointed!!! The service is horrible, all that employees are rude and the worst part is the food … very poor of everything ( look this sub is their “Mike’s Way” version , I mean seriously??? ) Don’t waste your time and money buying there.. Found hair on my sandwich. I got the Italian sub and the hair looks like a mans hair. It in on top of all the lettuce. I took all the lettuce and onions. It was nasty. Need my refund.

First time going here and I’ll never come back. The sandwich was so empty. I asked for bacon, mayo, onions, tomatoes and banana peppers and literally got 1 banana pepper and 2 tomatoes. I’ll just stick with subway.
