Their hours say they’re open until 10 on sundays and we drove all the way here for them to have closed early at 9. So I’m confused as to why they were closed so early.

The guy that manages this Golden Chick will tamper with your food.If you have a problem and try and get it fixed he automatically gets offended and tampers with your food.HE DID THAT TO ME AND WHEN I GOT THE CORRECT ORDER THE RICE WAS MASHED UP,HE PUT SOMETHING IN IT(RICE IS GRAINS) AND HE ADDED A WING AND LEG BOTH WERE TAINTED...I DIDNT EAT IT,I CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT,AND THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL WHICH HANDLES THESE MATTERS.I TURN THE FOOD OVER TO BE TESTED.THIS GUY IS FROM BELGIUM ....THINK ABOUT SOMEONE TAMPERING WITH SOMEONE FOOD REGARDLESS THE REASON,HE WILL DO THAT HE WILL DO IT TO YOU....DONT EAT THE FOOD FROM THAT GOLDEN CHICK.....

I placed an order yesterday for pick up that said it would be ready at 2:55 pm , it took my payment and everything just for me to get there and then be closed til 4. So when I call them after 4 (I had to be at work and couldn’t go up there) they tell me they can’t issue refunds at the store for online orders and to go on the website and contact them. But when you go on the website it literally says to contact the location directly. So I call them back and tell them and they said the GM wouldn’t be in til tomorrow morning, I have been calling all morning with no answer. I just want my money back for food I never received because they were closed.

Another what should be positive experience ruined with bad customer service. If a person comes into your establishment, once you acknowledge them, greet them, you never know how much a warm smile and inviting tone will take you. The 2 ladies working, saw me standing there and said nothing, except spoke amongst themselves. For about 3 minutes I stood there; it took a young lady (Sa'Riyah) that was working drive-thru to notice me and speak; Not only did she speak, she took my order while the other 2 looked on talking amongst themselves still. I dined in but wished deep down I shouldn't have 🤦🏿.... Now, I can't tell anyone to "love their job", but that's something they signed up for. Whatever the circumstances, you chose Golden Chick as your place of employment. To the young lady that did take my order, I pray that you will go far in life and should you join the military, I sincerely hope you get exactly whatever it is you seek out to.... Thank you again for being caring and professional.

I placed an online to be available at a certain time i arrived less than 5 minutes...i understand having to wait for my order to be prepared because i was tad early but my food was cold and not very fresh... Also an employee walked into the store and all the others were greeting her in very loud tones... I've eaten at this location numerous times over the years and this is the worst experience

Got there at 2:00pm open sign was on but all the doors were locked. But Wendy's was delicious

Lunch hour drive thru was on my way out of town did not taste the food until I got down the road. Was not good it was cold and the chicken strips was stale not fresh. Would not recommend.

This location was really rude and unprofessional. They have the doors locked and when o told them we was in a truck the said come stand at the window in 30 degrees weather. When I called back to get corporate number they stop answering. They are pitiful as a company .this the disrespectful employee. He was trying to hide as long as he could . Its employees like this that ruin a business

I gave this Golden Chick 1 star because of a few reasons: 1. The food tastes good. 2. The size of the tenders. They were literally the size of my pinky. (As you can see in my photo. I put my pinky next to the chicken tender for comparison) 3. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The guy taking the order didn’t even let us finish ordering before giving the total. Also, he didn’t speak at all. He just grabbed the credit card and handed the food over. I personally prefer to go elsewhere.

We went through drive thru and when we got home, most of our chicken was undercooked. Fresh yes, but undercooked to where it was still pink. I called the store and no one ever picked up the phone. Also didn’t get a receipt. Probably not going back to this location again.
