All the Long John Silvers have closed in NW Arkansas so it was kind of a test to get to go to this one here in Texarkana. It appears that they still don’t have indoor seating but the drive through was fairly quick. I got the #12 platter two fish and three chicken strips. The meal was hot and fresh. The young girl that took my order was nice and easy to deal with she made sure I had plenty of ketchup and tarter sauce. I know LJS is probably struggling hard even with out Covid so if I come back to Texarkana I’ll buy another meal.

Best Fries I've had ANYWHERE. These waffle fries will save long john silvers. They had very friendly service also. Fish was Great

Personally, I got the 2 pieces combo with the fries and hash puppies it was okey and it didn’t meet my expectations maybe my expectations were high. Fries were not good at all. Need improvement in fries.

I think all Long John Silvers desperately need up grades. This is one of the better ones. The staff was great and food was great. Cleanliness is been an issue in everyone of them. I think it's the resources the staff has to deal with that is a factor. But, would come back again when we are in town.

I don't eat here but my family does. This location is the only one in our area. They seem to always have an attitude in the drive thru. There was a younger girl on this visit, she was more pleasant than the order taker. Unless her tone changed once we pulled forward. IDK. Lol

This is what my meal consisted of. The "side" which is actually just a condiment container that wasnt even filled up all the way. When I politely asked the girl if this was the portion size that came with all the meals she was very rude and gave me an attitude. I'm not sure what all the random brown stuff is in my box. The fish was actually pretty good. But the customer service, portion sizes and over all appearance of food is severely lacking. They also upsized my drink and charged me extra without asking.

The staff was really nice, but my fish was coated in a lot of grease. The coleslaw was good. We had to wipe our table off. Never had these issues with Long John Silver's before.

Very rude to coustmers, was told the bathroom was dirty while waiting on my order to even come up.. then was giving a hard time for a cup carrier since I had 1 LG drink. The manger was the one that was rude about the cup carrier.

As others have said in reviews I have read elsewhere: If I could have given zero stars, I would have done so. Truth be told, if I could have given minus stars, I would rate this place as minus 5. I ordered a two piece fish and six piece shrimp platter with fries and slaw. When I opened the box I found the fish, shrimp and fries sitting atop what appeared to be very greasy/oily fried crumbles of bread batter. The battered fish fillets were covered in thick batter that seemed to be oozing oil as were the breaded shrimp. The fries were very oily as well. The crumbles of greasy batter that covered the bottom of the box looked like a waste product. There were also two hush puppies (I think that is what they are called) and amazingly they were the least oily. The flavor of the oil laden batter on the fish and shrimp was disgusting in my estimation and I peeled off as much of it as I could and ate the then batterless shrimp and fish. The slaw was okay, - maybe because it was the only item not fried in what tasted disgusting to me. I guess I understand why they included 3 packets of tartar sause, 6 of ketchup and 2 containers of cocktail sauce - to hide the flavor of that oil I think. I doubt I will ever again eat at a Long John Silver's. I should have learned my lesson the first and as I recall the only other time I ate at one. That was also disappointing but at least was not one of the worst meals, if not actually the worst meal, I have eaten in decades like was this one tonight.

About a six dollar fish deal but if you add a drink it's $3 more so it makes it $9 it's kind of deceptive man, and every cheer and seat and here is nasty like they have been cleaned in days The people have the personality of doorknob, this place is probably soon to go out of business is usually places like this do but they don't even care enough it's a shame cuz I used to love Long John silver's I said fish with extra greasy and soggy it's not any fun to go in here anymore The owners appear to not care at all you'll know when you get here when I'm talking about

I don't recommend this place to nobody else at all their bathroom was nasty and they don't have garlic butter sauce no more for the baked shrimp and baked cod! Just a spicy sauce only! I had a bad experience with this one!

Dirty Dirty out dated place. The lady couldn't get off phone to take care of us. Food tasted like year old grease. OMG don't sit by window you will see the 100 year old dirt disgusting place.

The lady working the drive-thru is extremely rude she absolutely no manners at all if you can't stand disrespectful people I would suggest you not go to this restaurant it was everything I could do not to tell her off
