I just want to give a shout out to Outback. I came in on Valentine's Day seem like one of their busiest days and my service was awesome. My server Alecia was on top of everything. She helped me decide if I should get the Bloom fried chicken, which I had before or the grilled chicken in the 3 course meal. I decided on the grilled chicken, her suggestion was on point. She suggested I try your new drink the Koala punch, it was great. I will try it again. The restaurant was decorated so beautiful and everyone was so kind. I loved Alicea pink hair, it fits the occasion. I watched her bubbly smile as she asked it I needed anything. I will be back and ask for Alicia as my server. I love her spirit.

I stopped by Outback Steakhouse in Texarkana, TX after leaving another restaurant where I found what appeared to be a partially eaten pickle on my plate at that other place. I must say, I was not expecting much from Outback but it was next to my motel so I went there after the disappointment at the first place. Well, I was amazed. The hostess was quite polite and seated me promptly and the waiter let me change tables to one more to my liking. I ordered a 12 ounce boneless ribeye steak and it came cooked perfectly to medium rare as ordered. Had a plain sweet potato, broccoli and sauteed mushrooms. Everything was delicious and the service, from my waiter Tony, was superb. What a difference between this and the partially eaten pickle joint! I highly recommend this Outback Steakhouse.

Decided to go here for our 19th wedding anniversary and what a fantastic decision. The staff were friendly, the food was fabulous and the salad was fresh. Our meal was served in record time and was nice and hot and made the way we ordered. We sat in the bar area and our waitress was attentive, sweet and prompt waiting on us, she did an outstanding job. The manager brought out our food and was very personable. Really enjoyed our food and time here.

The food and service was great! Every wand and need was met. Shay the bartender was awesome with her personality and service! She was busy but still managed to take care of what I needed without any issue. Melissa was great as well, she checked on me to make sure my order was good. Her personality was very welcoming as well! The tall man with the dreads (didn't get his name) did a great job of bringing my food out quickly and was very friendly.

I just want to shout out my server Dub, He was the first server I ever had there that actually went over the specials,. Made recommendations to get more bang for my buck by suggesting a better deal when I ordered the sirloin. Then when I went to pay he showed me how to see if I had any deals on my dine rewards. Seriously Texarkana you need to give that man a raise he's the best server I've ever had.

I love outback’s ahi tuna…this was one of the best presented plates I’ve ever had! My hostess, Zoey and server, Alicea, were both amazing at making sure my dinner was what I was expecting. Absolutely awesome staff! The greeters always had a smile, waitresses were always on point, extremely nice, an professional. The bartenders were all pretty decent at making drinks. The food tho😀 it was always perfect as it could possibly be although the lobster tails are to small for me to agree with it still tasted amazing! They give you a lot of food for the money and I was worried the steak would be just “fine”, but it was absolutely delicious and I’m very picky about my steaks. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. I would highly recommend for a great quality steak that isn’t super expensive. Our service was excellent today. We were greeted nicely, atmosphere was great and we had a great server today. We have been coming to Outback for a year now and this was by far the best server we have had. Dub was awesome he knew the menu very well answered all of our questions on the new items they had. Dub was friendly and made us laugh he took our plates as soon as we were done with them and refilled our drinks right away. The new 3 course meal was awesome and the new Kangaroo Krush drink was great and now one of my favorite drinks I hope it stays on the menu for the holidays. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully we will have Dub as our server again.

This Outback is consistently good. The drinks and food were both good. I got the 6oz filet, and it came out cooked just as ordered. Topped it off with some butter cake. Enjoyed the overall experience.

Food was pretty good I had steak and shrimp pasta! My boyfriends Steak was tough and over seasoned! Manager did fix the issue. Waitress Kammy did well for the busy time she was quick to get the manager when we needed her! Bathroom needed cleaned nasty toilet and no soap in one of the two soap dispensers but most of all it was a good experience!

Outback Steakhouse gets a solid 4 stars from me—because the food was great, the service was friendly, and the Bloomin’ Onion was fried to perfection. But let me tell you, the seating arrangement? That’s where things got dicey. The hostess, bless her heart, unknowingly sat us next to a family reunion straight out of my personal history. Picture this: two grandparents, two kids, and a couple. Sounds innocent enough, right? Except I’ve had *relations* with not one, not two, but FOUR of the adults at that table. Yep, I’ve been more involved in their lives than their family therapist. Talk about awkward—there I was, trying to enjoy my steak while avoiding eye contact with the guy whose wife I used to date and his sister-in-law who once mistook me for a long-term prospect. Still, Outback did its job: the steak was juicy, the drinks were cold, and the bread kept coming. Just maybe next time, I’ll request a table in the witness protection program section.

Great experience overall. JoJo was nice to talk to and was quick with service. She also introduced me to the Dine Rewards program. Amber was also very pleasant and provided additional information about the Dine Rewards program. My only complaint would be that the rice with my dish was slightly undercooked.

Good food and service as I've come to expect from Outback. The restaurant was pretty empty on this Monday evening. No wifi.

First off we usually do NOT eat steak at restaurants since we raise our own meat... But the wife wanted steak and Texas Roadhouse was packed with a 45 min wait so we came here instead. This was our first time here ever and we live close... Anyway there was no wait and our waitress Chelsea M was fast, friendly and helpful. We ordered the onion pedals which were good. I ordered ribs with baked potato, wife got ribeye with asperges. My ribs were very good but her Med-well was bleeding so she ate her shrimp, asperges and salade and when our waitress came she took it back. The manager brought it back out recooked but by then I was done eating and her appetite was done. They did NOT offer a discount and should have, so for that I lowered the rating and we have lived in the area for almost 5 years and never ate here till tonight so, because they didn't offer a discount we will SKIP here from now on. Like I said. The waitress did her part well and my ribs were good, but when your meal for 2 is over 50 bucks you expect better.

Food was alright. Aussie fries weren't seasoned as well as they usually are. Shrooms were amazing per usual. My steak wasn't done like I like. It was cooked a bit longer. Same as hubs. The strawberry Rita was amazing though and the 2nd one (didn't get a picture of it) was prettier than the first. Both tasted amazing.

Got the sirloin and shrimp. It was OK. Probably wouldn't get it again here. Took way too long to get our food. Ate at the bar and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered the Cobb salad that has mixed greens and ordered a steam lobster tail. The lobster tail was great. The salad is a joke. It does not have mixed greens. It was just iceberg lettuce. Maybe a leaf or two or Romain. But at least 95% of the leaves were iceberg lettuce. Will be going to whataburger for salads instead. At least their mixed greens, are in fact mixed (spring mix, spinach leaves, romain). Very disappointed.

Not very busy but took along time to get our food.

Had to go in after 30 minutes of sitting in curbside with no other cars and she brought out customers to the right and left of me. Food tasted like it sat out for an hour. Food may be great when it’s fresh, this is just my curbside experience.

I've had many a T-Bone with more filet than this "Porterhouse." Essentially, I paid $30 for a strip steak. The manager was made aware of the situation and avoided me like the plague. I love Outback, but not this one in Texarkana. I can't say I won't be back, but this will certainly discourage me from coming back soon. At least offer to make it right, you know?

Ordered take out... prime rib med rare... it was overcooked ... had a tall beer while waiting and was given a not chilled glass with 2 inches of head. Family of 4 at 1pm Dec 23rd at Texarkana location, I ordered the Prime Rib. Initially told Prime Rib may not be ready. Waiter returned to say all was good. However, my Classic 16oz Med Rare was warm and very tough. Dad's 12oz Outback Style The same. The knives were useless but for bread. All knives were dull. Cardboard would have cut better. Waiter was all over the service and drinks kept full. Due to elder handicapped Dad, I did not complain. Asked for To Go Box carrying most of it home. Do not recall Waiters name, he knocked it out of the park. Today, with sharp knife, I chewed and chewed. No doubt tough and far from the known quality of the past. As always, the Bread, Mac & Cheese, and Mushrooms rocked. The 2 Huckleberry Hooch's were awesome!

Our beverages were really good. We waited an hour to receive our food to find out they didn't have most of our sides and substituted them without asking what we would like. Ordered medium steaks and received well done. On top of the steaks being over cooked they were extremely salty. The waitress was really nice though. Sadly this was my first and last time eating here.

sean was our server, he was excellent, very professional server. im just now leaving the service industry after 5+ years, with experience in serving, bartending and management. i take alot of pride in my work, and it pains me to write a review as i never have had to, but i feel management has set sean up for failure and in return affected our experience. we went 10 minutes waiting to be greeted, entrees took almost a full hour, we went without refills, my brothers food was cold, my moms steak was undercooked. with how much went wrong, you'd expect a manager to stop by and at least apologize or communicate with the table. not once did we see a manager, instead sean and the other servers were apologizing to us for the kitchen/service mistakes. regardless, we took care of sean, just don't know if we'll we back. keep up the great work sean, you're gonna do great brother

Outback of texarkana, what can I say? DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOST A CUSTOMER. It started off with no host at the hosts booth, when we arrived at the table it was not clean. From there the waitress seemed nice but took around five to ten minutes to get our drinks. After ordering our steaks we asked for additional sauce for our appetizer which didn't come until we were done, this was annoying as the waitress was talking to other employees within eye sight the whole time complaining about customers. After an HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes I asked the waitress nicely could she check on the status of our food she replied they had a party of 17 in the next isle and we had to wait, after another five minutes she brought our steaks and they were NOT what we ordered. The steaks were cold overcooked and NOT the correct cuts. At this point I asked for the check and we were charged 108.45 dollars for crapy service and food we didn't even eat. As we walked out we looked around the restaurant and realized there were only 4 couples in the whole restaurant, the waitress lied to us so she didn't look bad. To top it all off we didn't get our silverware or napkins until our steaks came out. I hope that corporate sees this and actually does something because it was pathetic and it really makes them all look horrible. The manager also should be personally embarrassed as it's apparent they do NOT take their job serious. OUTBACK has lost a good customer I will not return due to this experience and the cost of that was on me.. thank you outback of texarkana for making my valentine date so special. Drinks have a “dissolvable paper” that did not dissolve and was slimy and floating in drink. Waiter spilt drinks upon delivery to our table. And one of our parties food never came to table. When asked the waiter, he repsonded “well what did you order “ oh my bad. Service was horrible

Last night 3/21 my wife and I went out like we always do on Friday's. We chose this place after conversation on where to eat. Been here before but tonight was not the same. Our server Elvira I believe came and took our order and we sat talking. Started getting busy and many tables of 5 plus were seated. We watched all of those tables, about 4-5, get drink orders, bread, and appetizers all before we received our drinks. Only after saying something to a different server did we get bread and then still sat waiting. It took over 30 minutes for use to be served out complete meal, bread drinks appetizers and meal and we watched all the other tables get their full orders. Crazy thing about it is she was the same server for a few of the large tables. We spoke with Melissa a manager I assume and she kinda helped but still for 2 people to wait 30-45 minutes for or dinner is uncalled for. We spent 75.04 last night, no offer of compensation or discount due to the wait nothing. With prices these days and people watching how they spend their money I feel that last night I waisted my money on bad service. Needless to say we won’t be back to this location.

Called at 1130am today to order a whole cheesecake for a birthday party this evening. Show up and the one that took the order didn't put it in. So now here I am, out 45 bucks and at a birthday party with a FROZEN cheesecake!

I've been eating several times in Outback, but first and last time ordered out ! This so called Grilled shrimp on the barbie has to be one of the worst things ever what I've suppose to eat ! When having dinner at the restaurant, everything has been well. BUT NO RECOMMENDATIONS TO ANYONE TO USE WITH ÜBER EATS !!

Food was cold , my waitress was more worried about giving a better customer service to the bigger table than me NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

Edit :: manger was supposed to send coupons but never received anything. So this makes me wonder, if she’s dishonest maybe that’s why her employees are that way!! Never will waste my money here!!! This was our first time to eat Outback. The blooming onion was delicious. Our steak and shrimp was horrible. The steak was so tough you couldn’t eat it . We tossed it. The shrimp was fried so hard. You couldn’t really enjoy it . This put a bad atmosphere for us to ever try outback steakhouse again. We was really excited to try it out. The service was OK could’ve been better. She didn’t come back to check on us but one time.

Been setting for awhile (1 hour) now! But this place is only a 1/3 filled or less The nice wateriest has been a couple time apologizing for them being soooooo slow Food came out and here are two different sirloin’s that are supposed to be the same size Not good y’all Sorry

We were sitting at the bar & left 160$ on the table for our server to pay our tab (No one else was around) and went to the bathroom. When we came back she acted like she never saw it and made us pay AGAIN. (she definitely pocketed it) Not to mention the only reason we even sat at the bar was because we waited for several minutes for someone to sit us and no one ever came. Didn’t have time to make a big deal about it and have the manager pull up the cameras.
