It was such a delightful experience. Once we first walked in the door. The greeter was phenomenal. She gave me the way their name of the waiter who was going to be serving us so once he walked to the table I called his name and it just made the vibe cool and very personable. The cheese fondue and the dessert is on the top of the list you must have delicious.

This restaurant only improves over time. We had the most friendly service from everyone we encountered. We had a night out to introduce our grandchildren to the fondue. They were so excited with the starting cheese fondue course. The server created it right in front of us and it was delicious. The bread was the perfect fondue crusty (but really soft and fresh) taste. The vegetables and apple were also just cut and the perfect size. Then came the chocolate and peanut butter version. Oh my goodness. Our grandkids ate every last drop. It was so fun to see.

Darling, The Melting Pot understood the assignment! I celebrated my birthday month there, and let me tell you — it was decadent, divine, and downright delicious. The fondue? A whole moment. But the real star was Angus, who served knowledge, patience, and charm on a silver platter. He made us feel like royalty and topped it all off with a surprise birthday cake. Iconic. Simply iconic. The perfect date night for a queen like me.

I was visiting Colorado and my daughter took me here. It was my first time having fondue. I was very happy with the whole experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

So even though the food was really good and it was a nice experience I think it's overpriced. The fondue went really quickly. Boiling everything takes quite a while and the smoke coming off of the bowls was kind of choking us up. The process took so long we ended up being there after the place was closed which felt a little weird. I know we were paying but I hate to make people stay past their work hours. So order at least by 6:30 unless there's only two of you.

Nonetheless, Thomas handled the situation efficiently by keeping us informed and ensuring everything else was perfect.

Had a marvelous time at melting pot -we got chocolate and cheese. This is my fave place I just love it so much! Love coming here ❤️ Becca was the greatest server and the general manager was wonderful-her name was Linda . Even the people that brought us our drinks or took our plates were extremely friendly and when we walked in everyone had a smile for us. Can't wait to come back!

I was so sad that my local Melting Pot closed down so I made the commute to this one for my birthday dinner and it was amazing! Always love the variety of meats with the mojo broth, the California salad, the fiesta & alpine cheeses, and the yin & yang martini and chocolate with extra blondies. The service is always incredible as well. Can’t wait to go back!!

Went during construction, so we had a wait, even with reservations, and the seating was a little tight. However our waitress Kelly was absolutely amazing. She really made the experience enjoyable. She made sure we had an amazing vegan meal. We were able to enjoy all 4 courses for our anniversary.

As someone with a severe gluten allergy, dining out can often be a challenge, but The Melting Pot is truly exceptional in accommodating my needs. After 10 years of being gluten-free, I’ve developed a heightened sensitivity to cross-contamination, yet this is one of the few places where I can dine with complete confidence. I was especially impressed to see gluten-free labels even on the cocktail menu—a thoughtful touch that sets them apart. If you’re a cocktail lover, I highly recommend the Love Martini. It’s sweet, refreshing, and easily one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The manager, Luis, deserves special recognition for his warmth and attentiveness. He was instrumental in helping us plan a large family gathering at the restaurant, ensuring every detail was perfect. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a charming date night spot, The Melting Pot delivers on all fronts. For those who are gluten intolerant, it’s an absolute gem. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Angus made the night perfect ! It was my friend’s birthday and they went above and beyond . Wednesday has the 3 course meal for 40 dollars a person. The pics don’t do the place service but our server gave us a in depth tour of the menu and was spot on with his descriptions and recommendations . From the moment we walked in the service was incredible. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. My girlfriend even made a point to rave to the manager about the service, and I was equally happy with everything. The hosts that day were Olivia and Sophia. Both were awesome. However I have to give credit where it's due. Our server Christian was awesome. Attentive, always there when we needed him, charismatic, and knew his stuff. He had full recommendations when we needed help and was able to fix a problem as soon as it happened (Which it very rarely did). He was a cut above. Memorable enough that I felt on top of everything else I had to leave a comment on how good the experience was. No better place for Valentines day.

We went here for our anniversary dinner and this was a fun experience. So glad they have dairy free cheddar and vegan options to get down with. Plus, they have dairy free chocolate to hit that sweet spot after dinner. The service was absolutely fantastic. Kelly was friendly, took our pic and even had some recommendations that took our meal to the next level.

It wasn't a holiday or anything. The ones in Atlanta have better service and definitely don't have 3 hour waits on a Monday when it looks dead.

Server was nice but our birthday lunch was THREE HOURS LONG! We were there with our kids- the long wait between courses killed the experience. People who came after us were served before us. We had to turn off the burners, because our food was burning, silverware was dirty, our waters didn’t get refilled, table didn’t get cleared until next course and was not wiped before dessert. We are super bummed because we were excited about the melting pot coming to Northwest Arkansas. Not what we expected for a $350 lunch with no alcohol - We will not go back.

To make this quick I had an awesome experience for my birthday the first time. We went back as a group months later and omg we were chased down while already going into our cars saying we didn’t tip enough. We thought we didn’t leave the tip and the young lady said no you guys just didn’t give me enough. Very confused she said it would be taken out her paycheck and the manager was there. I have never been so embarrassed and baffled I left and I don’t know if the others stayed to give them more money or not but I will never come here again. I’m so disappointed because my first time there was amazing. I felt embarrassed because this group I took was also their first time there and now their last.
