I did the "three for me special". Great special. Only a few dollars more than fast food. Lots more food to. I had a salad, drink, had a large chicken sandwich for $11. Really good. Took some home. Service was great, even watched a game. Really can't be beat for the money.

On 8/11/25 my 85 year old mother and I came for lunch as this is her favorite spot for Mango tea. Our waitress Bailey remembered us from the week before and brought Mom her Mango tea with extra mango syrup. Mom tells everybody about the Mango tea. Few moments later the manager Mike comes by to check in, Mom tells him how much she loves their Mango tea! Mike proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with my mother about the tea. A few moments later, he comes back and brings mom a gallon of mango tea and a cup of extra syrup no charge all on Mike, made Mom‘s day. Such a small Gesture, but made my mom’s day! Thanks Mike job well done she has talked about this for days now. So kind to a couple of old girls having a nice lunch. The food was great as well!! Way to go Chillis!

In most chili’s I have experienced no one being at front as host and others not to care so much However in this chili’s everyone were well organized and team work was great Had a plate of double mean which I got two salmons with two sides And it’s not in menu but the button is there in the system So they still make that order For whom like their meat more than sides lol Bloody marry was amazing too

Brandi and Angie were excellent in the service and I tried to take on the Who’s Your Daddy Burger and it’s an absolute monster. It was delicious but crazy at the same time. Hopefully they can turn it into a challenge for people to try to take on and win a prize of some sort. They were also giving me awesome words of encouragement to help push me on to take on this monster of a burger.

Monthly dinner with my granddaughters, this month it was Chili's. It's been a month of Sunday's since I'd been to one. Our waitress was amazing 👏🏾 the atmosphere was great, the food was even better.

Had dinner here last night. While the parking lot was packed, there was still lots of seating. Our party of 6 was seated immediately. Staff is very friendly , attentive, and accommodating. It's difficult to choose from such a variety of options, but I settled on the smokehouse combo, selecting the ribs and honey chipotle chicken crispers, which are always delicious.This was my first time trying the ribs, and they were excellent. I substituted the fries for an extra white cheddar Mac n cheese. I'm not a Mac n cheese guy, but they knock it out of the park. We had a great time, and left full. Great value for the price. We spoke of making going there a habit.

This is a great Chili's in a great location. Like with all Chilies the food selection is typically American, but we particularly like their grilled salmon and their broccoli, which is my favorite. Bartender is always friendly and the service is always great. It's not a bad place to stop by and just have a beer and watch a little tv. But if you're hungry, then the food selection is great and this restaurant is a good choice.

My server was good. My shrimp tacos are usually better but they were doable. My fries were perfect.

A CLEAN nice place to eat. They pride themselves on the 'smash' of their burgers (shows they're not frozen). The prices are reasonable, the waitstaff good, and an excellent manager to build a good team. They have a bar, clean restrooms, big tvs, etc. All around great place to dine. PS I had the 1/2 lb mushroom swiss and wife had the Calif Turkey club (too big to eat).

Chili's generally provides a good dining experience. The food quality is consistently high, and the greeters and wait staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the food service can be a bit slow, and I've noticed that the bar staff are occasionally a bit rude. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience is positive, and I would recommend it for a casual meal out.

Husband and I took our kids out for lunch and let's just say it vibes were nice, customer service was great, big shout out to the cooks they wasted no time coming out with our food. Everything was hot and fresh.

You have to come during rush hour otherwise you’ll get seated and then forgot about (we left after being seated and not seen for 20 minutes), it’s happened to us twice. We love it though when we get excellent service and the food is always yummy. Just make sure you’re going when it’s busy!

I saw a large party of 40 people but it would've taken 2 minutes to run to RR and change back into her uniform. Very unprofessional and should never be an option even if other servers are "in the weeds" Did I mention Jeff was FABulous and Tia had a smile that made me smile back... The food never disappoints. The drinks were a little weak but still tasty. The bathrooms need some attention but overall this is a nice place to stop and eat good filling meal.

Black Bean burger is low calorie and tastes very good with a good spice. Too bad they don't serve rootbeer. This place is always very loud. They desperately need sound absorbing panels.

Most Chili’s restaurants are much the same, pretty good but a couple of notches below great. Given Chili’s relatively low prices, they generally provide decent value for the money you will spend feeding your family in their restaurants. This Chili’s at 14006 FM 2920 in Tomball is no exception. The service is mostly friendly, the serving sizes are ample and the food is generally simple but tasty. But we almost left this Chili’s without ever being seated. They were not busy and there were plenty of empty tables when we arrived. We asked for a table and specified that we did not want to be seated in a booth. The hostess informed us that there were no tables available. This baffled me since I could easily see many empty tables. When I pointed to the empty tables and said any of those would do just fine, the hostess said that section was closed. I never met a hostess who was on such an intense “power trip,” but I guess there is a first time for everything. Her explanation didn’t make any sense to me because those tables were at most 5 steps away from the booth where she proposed to seat us instead. I told the hostess that if it was too inconvenient for them to seat us at one of the empty tables nearby, we would happily go eat somewhere else. The hostess grudgingly sat us where we wanted to be seated, but it was obvious that she resented having her authority challenged. Not more than 10 minutes after we were seated, the section that the hostess said was “closed” was quickly filling up with customers. Our food was served quickly, was tasty, and everyone was happy (other than our grumpy hostess).

Our server was good, but we had to wait for items needed to pack up our food to go. I did have an issue with my side salad. The lettuce was welted and some was slimmy. I spent it back once and still the same issue. But on the food side it was good and fresh. I really enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich.

I’ve always been impressed with Chili’s pickup service—order online, pay, drive to the restaurant, and an employee would quickly bring my order to my car. However, today I was surprised to find I had to go inside to pick it up. My order was on the shelf with my name, but despite seeing many employees, no one offered assistance. After a while, a young woman finally handed it to me. When I got home, the container was open, the requested utensils were missing, and the food was cold. It was a disappointing experience.

Chili's has spotty quality. It can range from bad to outstanding. In all areas: food, service, and atmosphere. Depends day, staffing, cleaning,staff experience. Last time was outstanding food and service. Have had consistent problems with the checks tabulating correctly on "three for me", rewards, and senior discount and deleting appetizers not delivered. And the check corrections often take an inordinate amount of time. (Staff experience or training?)

The food was good until I bit into an unknown chunk of gristle or ?? from the southwest eggroll....and the restroom needed a good cleaning, wiping off the mirror and doors, and locks to close the stalls. Really i was disappointed . The location is handy and the beer was cold.

The food was really good but the servers either aren't doing anything or are doing EVERYTHING and don't have time for you either way. Our server was super nice & apologetic, but it took almost 10 minutes for her to take our drink orders and it was hard to get her attention the whole night, it seemed like she was doing the work of 3 people at once, so i can't even blame HER. There were way too many tables seated for one waitress to handle, yet at least 3 other servers were just standing around the host stand doing nothing, one was on their phone. Our waitress was nice. But the chairs had this sticky grummy like feel to them. Do restaurants not use trays to bring out drinks anymore? Chilis is typically always great. We’ve had Micah as our server last time and he was great. However we had Bailey this time and the service was terrible. She told us the triple dipper came with 5 bone-in wings and when it came out it only had 4. My boyfriend said something about it and said she would bring out another one but never brought it out. Very disappointing as that was the reason he got the bone-in wings and would have just gotten the boneless wings instead. Micah had to help us multiple times, i wish he would have been our server instead.

It never gets better but tonight was the worst. My texas fries was cold and the cheese was hard, bacon bits nowhere to be found. The salsa must have sat in the container so long the container broke apart when we got it.

Fast to go service, but then when I got home I figured out why...the fries I got are extremely old! You can see that they have been baking under a heat lamp for way too long...they are usually crisp and crunchy, these are room temp and soggy and just deflated...very disappointed Also, the to go counter had like a film covering it...was gross to touch

I ordered naked bone-in wings and sauce on the side, they came soaked, no sauce on the side, also ordered Texas chili fries the cheese on top was cold and hard and the water cups had residue all over them... It was like built up food grime.

This is what we received after paying $51 ordering the steak and shrimp "fajitas". The sides weren't even a full tablespoon for one tortilla which was more taco sized. Very greedy and dishonest. One thing would have been to have payed for what we were getting but that's just scam. On top of it, did not taste like it wasn't out of freezer or can. I couldn't believe it. Adding a star because at least we didn't get food poisoning though the restaurant smelled like wet rag.

12/22/2020 Tonight, service was good, food was good, except the chips, GREASY, . THE RESTAURANT IS GOING DOWN HILL, it's dirty! Trash on the floor, walls by the kitchen are dirty, even the payment station on the table was filthy, Definitely NOT sanitizing or even cleaning after every customer.

Def do not want to come back to this location. My food was freezing and under cooked. Drinks were weak and over priced. I came here for my anniversary and the help was flirting with my husband so obviously. Not okay.

So my favorite restaurant is Chile’s! I crave their skillet queso which to my is the best queso so far I have tried (I like Willie’s too) well been a month since I ordered chilis so why not! Come to my surprise THEY CHANGED THEIR SKILLET QUESO TO SOUTHWESTERN QUESO! Ahh I was so upset! I did try the southwestern one just incase cuz I’m a big queso eater but ugh it sucks. It’s almost like I am having the Tostitos queso in a jar. I wish they can have atleast both to choose from or bring back the skillet queso!!! Might need to find a new favorite restaurant 🫣😫😫

My family and I just ate there and the food is okay, but this location had a disgusting smell at first. Sorta like a throw up smell, not sure if it was coming from the kitchen as we were close to one of the entrances to the kitchen. My entire family noticed it immediately, but we got used to it I guess. It hit us again when we got up to go to the restroom and walked by the other kitchen entrance. It definitely is in need of a deep clean, just feels so icky in there the last couple times like the floors, seats and tables and now a gross smell. Food and service was as I expected now as it's all declining as well over the years and the prices for it all is ridiculous for what you get. We go to use gift cards or coupons usually. Now the latest visit our molton lava cake was not melted on the inside and just very cold on a super hot plate, this has happened before too. I have always like Chili's and know it's not fancy or anything and can be hit or miss, but this location is just "meh", the dining room and bathroom just feels grimmy.

Love Chili's but when you get the fajitas they give you 4 tortillas for 2 proteins so you would expect to get at least 6 when you do 3 proteins but no you still only get 4 and have to pay extra if you want more. That needs to change.

I’m very disappointed that Chili’s removed the Mexican street corn from their menu. There aren’t many items left that I genuinely enjoy due to the overall quality, and that was one of the few things I looked forward to. I will say our server, Micah, was very personable and attentive — great service doesn’t go unnoticed. Unfortunately, with the food quality and Chili’s continuing to cut the few menu items we actually liked, we won’t be returning. I used to ask my fiancé to go to Chili’s at least once a month, but not anymore.

Some female employee was extremely loud and making crude jokes within earshot. I didn’t get her name but absolutely never returning to this location.

Turns out my waiter had been standing with the hostess talking instead of waiting on his only table....... the manager offered to move me to the bar side with my 2 young children and wait on us. I apologized for getting upset with her bc she cant monitor all her employees 24/7 and told her I would not be giving them my business. Only thing I can write about is the service. Very slow lunch service. Walked in and got sat at a booth. A few minutes go by no one comes to greet or take drink order. A couple got sat behind us and the waitress walked right up to them and took a drink order. Drinks came out in under a minute. We still haven't even been looked at by the waitress. She then goes up to the couple behind us and takes their order and then walks into the back..... we waited 15 min before walking out. The atmosphere felt off as soon as we walked in. The hostess and manager both gave us nasty looks. Made me ask my husband if I had something on my face I was unaware of. Won't be back!

I love Chili's and have just moved to this area. I was very disappointed in the fact that they do not sell fireball at the bar. Inwas told by the bartender they stopped buying it. So I will not be going to this Chili's anymore 😪

They gave me dirty cutlery, and the asparagus was uncooked, the Coca-Cola tasteless, my asparagus arrived raw, I asked for it again and it arrived just the same without cooking, only with butter, completely raw. When we arrived, we were delayed at the entrance for more than 5 minutes, there was no one to attend to us all the employees behind talking without attending the entrance, the place extremely dirty and neglected definitely the worst Chili's I have visited in my life

We order here frequently and placed a $50 order tonight and was super disappointed. I was given 3 piece of broccoli as a side, steak was rare when I ordered medium well. Chicken was cold and missing the rice. Our chip bag was half full and our drinks were super watered down. (Ordered two to go margaritas) this will probably be the last time we order to go here. Next time we will be going to Texas Roadhouse or Denny’s next door. They really shouldn’t slack on quality or quantity when bigger orders are placed.

I decided to stop visiting this location in Tomball, TX. Because I had a undercooked burger. And I had covid symptoms. So I'm never gonna regret and return to this location anymore. I want to know if we can make a permanent closure date by March 4th 2026?

We walked in and the manager said we hostile and we tried to order food and then he called the cops on us while we ended up at Taco Bell after he gave bad service . We went into order order, normal food, and the guy at the bar was really nice, but the manager was very hostile. I understand he wanted to get all the employees home safe with the weather and everything but honestly, there was no need to call the cops.

I visited the restaurant with my three-year-old daughter, hoping to enjoy a simple dinner while watching a basketball game that was scheduled to be on. Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the game could be shown, as this was the primary reason for our visit. Our server was kind and assured me that the game could be located, so I proceeded to order. Shortly after, it became clear there were issues with accessing the channel. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to me in any timely or transparent way. Roughly twenty minutes later, the server asked whether a manager had come by to explain the situation—she had not. I was told the issue was still being worked on, though no manager ever approached the table to provide an update or explanation. What followed was entirely unacceptable. While I sat at my table with my daughter, I glanced at the manager in hopes that it would spark her to give an update. I could then clearly see the manager behind the bar speaking about me in a mocking and disparaging manner to other employees. This behavior was visible, obvious, and incredibly unprofessional. When I addressed it directly and expressed that I could see what was happening, the manager avoided the situation entirely by retreating into the kitchen. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt at resolution was ever offered. I am appalled that I would spend approximately $40 at your establishment only to be spoken about disrespectfully by management—especially in front of my child. If there was difficulty accessing the channel, simple communication would have been more than sufficient. Avoidance and public ridicule are not. Please let me know if there is a solution to this. I stopped in to enjoy the new cheese sticks and a beer. 🧀🍻 The cheese sticks were great, but the beer was flat and a bit watery. 😒 To top it off, the service was not great at all. 👎 I had pictures, but they are blurry for some reason. 📸 I'm not one hundred percent sure if I will be back, but everyone deserves a second chance. 🤔 The prices are too high for mediocre service. 💸 #cheesesticks #beer #service #prices #pictures #chance
