Stopped in for a donut today while in the area and tried the pumpkin glaze which was so delicious! It had been far too long since my last time here! I'm excited for these donuts every time I come to Buffalo. My friends in Philly all know when I'm going there I'm coming back with donuts for everyone. Day or two old Paula's donuts are still way better than fresh donuts from Dunkin!

Lets get down to it. A very traditional no bells and whistles donut shop. Coffee was good (not perfect but again as far as donuts shops go Id definitely would order it again). Now as I’ve said in prior reviews. The quality of a donut place is judged by the glazed donut. This little shop in the middle of a buffalo suburb is top 5 donuts ive ever had in my life. Highly recommend it.

We have been at the Tonawanda location twice however they were closed. We finally made it during opening hours and we were not disappointed. Our biggest hit was the Canoli donut. OMG it was amazing but so many more to try. The store was clean and the service was outstanding. We went at about 320pm on a Monday so I'm not sure how crazy it gets in the mornings.

They use the best quality ingredients and have an excellent variety of donuts and other baked goods. They make delicious breakfast sandwiches served with good coffee. I only ate the cannoli donut, which is the one on the right. The oreo mint is on the left, to be saved for tomorrow lol. Now the review, it was an amazing donut. I was steeling myself for overpowering sweetness but I was mistaken. The cannoli filling was rich and not too sweet. The powdered sugar was a bit messy but again not too sweet. It was large and quite filling. Texture was sublime. All in all, the cannoli donut was amazing. :)

Heard this place was known for the Peanut Sticks so I ordered 4 of them. Everything else looked good too but inventory was getting low, I came in an hour before closing so it was understandable. You have a few different cheeses to choose from and since they run daily specials, the day I went in every breakfast sandwich came with a free donut so I got a honey dip doughnut as well. Donuts definitely are pricey at $2.30 for a single donut, but when it comes included with your sandwich definitely a much better deal.

I had read about this place as I was planning a weekend in Niagara Falls, and knew that we had to check it out. We arrived at 10AM on a Sunday morning, and it was crowded. However, service was quick, and we had to wait less than 5 minutes in line before we got to the counter to place an order. What an amazing selection of donuts, all freshly made! We ordered a half dozen to go, and let our server pick her favorite ones. We also ordered donuts and coffee to enjoy before our 9 hour ride home. My wife enjoyed her coconut cream filled donut, declaring it the best donut she has ever eaten! I tried a peanut stick (a local Buffalo delicacy), and was impressed! Wish we had a Paula's Donuts in my town!

Great selection of huge donuts! I tried the Chocolate Frosted Bavarian and the Powder Angel Cream and they both tasted fresh and homemade. I placed an online order and it was packaged for me and ready to go at the assigned pick up time. The workers were pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another treat soon!

Tucked away off one of the main streets is Paula’ Donuts. Although everyone mentions Tim Hortons, I decided to try Paula’s. It did not disappoint! I got a coffee and sausage, egg,and cheese sandwich on a bagel! Well worth it!

It was our first time trying Paulas, a lot of people we met in there were regulars and they were all super friendly, suggesting flavours. Paula's donuts were just okay. There is a lot to choose from. There isn't a shortage of variety. The customer service is very good. Cashier's are very knowledgeable and courteous. Some of our donuts were hard and didn't taste any better than a gas station donut. The powdered filled donuts are delicious. I also tried a cheese danish. The cashier warmed it for me and that made a huge difference. It was simply too hard straight out of the case. When you opt to dine in store they do serve you off glass plates which I thought was a nice touch. Maybe if some of the donuts were served warm they would taste a lot better. Majority of the ones we tried were pretty hard. They also didn't have a fresh taste to them. Not the worst donuts I've ever had, Just middle of the road okay.

Absolutely Heartbroken and Outraged – A Birthday Ruined I am absolutely devastated by how I was treated today at Paula’s Donuts. Today is my son’s birthday, and all he wanted was his favorite donut — the honey dip from Paula’s. My best friend went to pick them up, and when they got here, they were old fashioned, not honey dip. I was on the phone with her while she placed the order, so I know what was said. I called the store immediately to try and resolve the mix-up — the donuts had been bought less than 10 minutes earlier, and the store had only just opened! When I explained what happened, the woman on the phone asked for a receipt. I told her we didn’t have one, but the purchase had just happened. She abruptly hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was too busy to come to the phone, but that I could bring the donuts back in to exchange them. I thought that was the end of it. But then — to my complete shock — a police officer showed up at my door saying that Paula’s no longer wanted me to return to their store. I’m still trying to process it. I wasn’t yelling, I wasn’t rude, I simply wanted to speak to someone about how I was treated. Even the officer apologized to me, saying he didn’t understand why it escalated like this. Now I’ve been banned from a place I used to visit three times a week — all over a mistake they made. To top it off, my young son had to witness this on his birthday. No favorite donut. No special treat. Just confusion and stress. This was supposed to be a happy morning, and instead it turned into something traumatic — all because a business refused to take responsibility and treated a loyal customer like a problem to get rid of. I’m deeply disappointed, and honestly heartbroken over the entire situation! I’d really like for the owner to reach out to me because I will stand on my ground and let every client of mine know how my family and I were treated at Paula’s donuts.

I go there this morning and Order 8 dozen donut holes Honeydepton.so wen I get home I open one of the Boxes And there's only 24 in there then I open the other box and there's only 24 in the other box.. So I paid 38.00 dollars for 4 dozen donut holes...

We are from Toronto and while shopping we heard of Paula's donuts. We drove for over 20 minutes to hurry and get there before they closed made it there at 5pm, there was still a customer inside cashing out and the young gentleman at the door would not let us in? All while there were racks still full of doughnuts... too bad, you lost a big sale and a good customer. We will try donut kraze tomorrow instead.
