This has always been my favorite donut shop growing up in Buffalo. Moved to Florida years ago and I always come back to Paula's for my coconut cream donut! My absolute favorite! I wish we had them in Tampa 🥰

Any of the locations I've visited have been amazing all around! The donuts and breakfast sammies are delish! My only complaints are that they don't always have the cherry donut holes available and that they changed the cheese donut's shape to bring round instead of oblong.

My first time at Paula's Donuts and it was great! The service was spectacular. The girl was patient with me as it took me a while to choose from their large selection. She even went in the back to see if they could make me two powdered Bavarian creams. They couldn't at that time but it was nice of her to ask. Many of the customers heard me say it was my first time there and happily gave me their recommendations.

Paula's is THE best donut shop I have been too in a long time! I wouldn't have found out about this local gem, but the lady at The Olive Garden told me when asking about their local hidden gems! I was shocked at the size of these gorgeous pillows of yumminess! And once I tried one, I wanted a big bite of them all. These are made fresh many times a day and the staff were absolutely the best. Good pricing. And the donuts are delicious and decadent, which is my preference. If you’re not into piles of frosting and richness, you probably won’t like them. Their breakfast sandwiches were good too. Wish I lived closer.

Simply the best donuts on the planet (that I’ve tried at least). Big selection, big sizes, big flavor. My personal favorite is the “Headlight”, I get this multiple times every trip to Buffalo. There is a reason Paula’s won best donuts in New York State from USA Today!

Freshly made Massive size donuts. The coffee is ok. Lol.. A local place that manages to keep that fresh delicious pastry moving to the line of people anxiously waiting for their turn. It's definitely worth it.

We are from Toronto and while shopping we heard of Paula's donuts. We drove for over 20 minutes to hurry and get there before they closed made it there at 5pm, there was still a customer inside cashing out and the young gentleman at the door would not let us in? All while there were racks still full of doughnuts... too bad, you lost a big sale and a good customer. We will try donut kraze tomorrow instead.
