The entrance is tight place especially peak hour like 3 pm. There drive thru is perty quick to grab a quick bite..

Just after 12noon Aug 7, 2025. Ordered 2 coffees drive-thru they were cold. Handed them back to emp nicely and he said just park in space #1 we will bring out new ones I guess after fresh brewing... Almost 15 minutes went buy so I called into store but at the same time my girlfriend said I am going in... I handed her my card for an expected refund along with still receiving the coffees and that did happen--no brainer... I know it is Delano and I know it is afternoon and a hot day but, McDs has to keep that coffee brewing & hot for many reasons.. Also, you cannot forget about the customers that a store mistake happened with. We were certainly friendly & understanding & was willing to wait but that long meant we were totally forgotten about...

The fries are always double fried fries that are old. I honestly try my best to be as friendly as possible but I still receive attitude from the workers. I will no longer be frequenting this McDonalds.

Typical rude staffed McDonalds. Staff ignored us and the lady who walked in behind us. Soda were over $3.00, there was a sign saying no refills on sodas. The bathrooms were locked and the employees were rude. Ended up not eating there ... Went down the street to wienerschnitzel where they were friendlier.

Service awful. Food is somehow worse. It sure has gone downhill. It used to be pretty decent. Only good thing is the indoor playground. Last time we actually eat here. (Dessert is horrendous too)

Worst service ever. I went today 6/15 around 7pm through drive-thru and the person at the window is not professional enough to work with customers. I told her I was missing my juices with the happy meals and a median Frappe, and she just gave me the Frappe and not the juices, she doesn’t even say sorry or apologized for it. She just closed the window and that’s it. I say thank you and she never answer just close the window and left.

This is has happened at least the last dozen times at this location, except this time they put a sticker on it which gives me proof 😑 Will be trying the other location in town from this point forward. 😧

Well my pic says it all check the bread man. I was so disgusted by this. I never eat at McDonald's and this is definitely my last time me and my family will ever eat at a McDonald's basics is what it takes how can they not catch this.
