Absolutely amazing! Sushi Carne was on an entirely elevated level than any raw meat I’ve indulged in. The 72 hr brandy brine steak cannot be beat only done differently 😉. Leviu is the most excellent guide for the restaurant and makes the outstanding Tiramisu!! I’m going back before I leave maybe even twice :)

Found precisely what I needed after two days of eating almost only caramelised nuts. I am sorry I couldnt order a desert but if I come back to Torino will go there again for sure. High quality ingredients and amazing meat... we've tried the gorgeous tagliata that has been paired perfectly with a super red wine... all from local producers. wow. Amazing hamburgers, the cheeseburger has the option for at least 5 different kind of cheeses. It has good selection of beers from a local brewer and local chocolate to make the experience complete. It is the hamburger restaurant with the best bread I ever tried. You will lover or hate the fries, I do like them a lot.

Siamo stati in questo locale dopo aver vinto un contest su facebook. Il premio era un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, delle polpette di carne e due calici di vino gratis. Per chi decideva di fermarsi a mangiare veniva offerto il dessert. Noi abbiamo deciso di prendere dei piatti di carne col contorno. La carne era molto buona. Il menù era vario e si poteva scegliere tra primi, secondi o hamburger. Hanno anche diversi antipasti. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'interno è carino e d'estate si può cenare nel dehor in piazza.

The burger was amazing, as the name of the place suggest "Fassone" meat was delicious. I would have wished some chips with the burger order but besides that, the food and service was quite decent. In my opinion, if you ever visit, American IPA from the beers section is a delicacy and you should definitely give it a shot.

Not so cosy and warm (in winter) as I would have expected from a local pub. Sandwiches are good but they could be bigger.

Innanzitutto partiamo dal fatto che nel menu con il qrcode non sono elencati i panini con gli hamburger e ti fanno l’elenco a voce ma senza dirti il prezzo, contorno di patatine scarso. Un panino con hamburger con una foglia di lattuga e una fettina di pomodoro e un pó di salsa barbecue con contorno una decina di sfoglie di patatine €17. Un litro d’acqua sicuramente da rubinetto per il tipo d’imbottigliamento €3. Mi sembra un pó esagerato. Avevo un bel ricordo dell’hamburgeria sita in via San Massimo ma ho scoperto che non sono gli stessi gestori.

Heard great things about this place but it didn't live up to expectations. The place was very cold (it was a cold December night, but still), the entrees were very disappointing (we had the selection of raw meats), with the sausage definitely NOT edible anymore. Burgers were good, even though I don't like the choice of only having fonduta instead of "regular" cheese, and the lack of ketchup/mustard/mayo in most of them. Available red wines were all pretty low quality. Overall a disappointing experience.

Siamo stati in questo locale e, purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. Il riscaldamento era fuori uso e ci siamo ritrovati a cenare con delle piccole stufette da alloggio, un disagio sorprendente per un ristorante. Le portate, oltre a essere minuscole, erano completamente prive di gusto e cura. Il colpo finale arriva con il conto: spendere 50€ a testa senza aver praticamente mangiato nulla lascia davvero amareggiati. Un'esperienza imbarazzante sotto ogni aspetto. Che vergogna!

Siamo arrivati e il locale era gelido ,riscaldato solo da una stufetta,la cameriera sola che doveva occuparsi della cassa,del servizio ai tavoli e di far pagare il conto ai clienti,alla 10 richiesta ci porta del pane ,uno scaldato troppo e l altro letteralmente congelato, ordiniamo 4 tagliate e due picagne ,dopo aver aspettato ci comunicano che erano rimasti solo tre pezzi di carne,per scusarsi comunque ci hanno portato un piattino di vitello tonnato( cosa apprezzata) ,alla richiesta dell olio ci viene comunicato che é finito e ci viene servita una ciotolina contenente l ultimo olio rimasto,abbiamo provato il sushi di carne,con il riso crudo e delle salse sopra che coprivano completamente il gusto della carne.arriva finalmente il momento del conto ,in 5 adulti e 3 bambini abbiam speso 400 euro,richiesto là fattura fattura ,che da quanto comunicato dalla ragazza il loro ristorante non emette fatture. L’unica nota positiva della serata è stato il Tomahawk, per il resto l'esperienza è stata problematica dalla cucina al conto. Sul cibo c'è poco da salvare: il sushi di carne aveva un colore scurissimo (pessimo segnale per un crudo) e il riso era palesemente non cotto. Deludenti anche i contorni, con poche patate salatissime, e i primi: 15 euro per una porzione di ravioli del plin davvero imbarazzante. Il momento peggiore è stato però il conto. Il Tomahawk ci era stato proposto a voce a 50€/kg, ma sullo scontrino il prezzo è lievitato di 20€. Quando siamo rientrati per farlo notare, ci hanno detto che la ragazza alla cassa era nuova e aveva sbagliato. Lo capisco perfettamente: l'errore umano può capitare a chiunque, specialmente se alle prime armi. Il punto, però, è rimediare. Invece, la titolare ha cercato di giustificare la cifra sostenendo che la carne pesasse 1,2 kg invece di 1 kg. Un tentativo maldestro, perché la matematica non è un'opinione: anche a 1,2 kg il totale doveva essere 60€, non 70€. Ho deciso di non insistere per i 10€ di differenza, ma resta il fatto che il locale è troppo costoso per la qualità offerta e la gestione del cliente è stata poco trasparente.

Qualità della carne pessima. Taglio deludente sotto ogni aspetto. La costata appare sottile e irregolare, lontana dai 500–600 grammi dichiarati. Marezzatura quasi assente e nervature evidenti che attraversano la fibra, con tessuto connettivo non rifilato e grasso mal distribuito, più superficiale che infiltrato. Cottura che evidenzia una struttura poco compatta. Nel complesso un pezzo anonimo, poco selezionato e privo di qualità percepibile per una steakhouse che dovrebbe distinguersi. Contorno: 6 (sei) fettine di mezze zucchine, di peso massimo 2 grammi l’uno a 7 (sette) euro. Imbarazzante. Devo andare a cenare in un altro ristorante e rifare la cena.

We went with the intention of trying the meat sushi and fresh tartare. We had made reservations, and both upon arrival and throughout our stay, the place was practically empty. Despite this, we were seated in a small side room with a choice of seats, all near the restroom door: a difficult choice to understand with numerous empty tables available. The room was also very cold, heated only by a bathroom heater, completely inadequate for the environment. There was no background music, and the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming: it makes you wonder what kind of experience we were paying for. The meat sushi was good, but the portions were decidedly tiny compared to the menu prices and very different from those seen in other reviews (ditto for the tacos). As for the tartare, one was okay, the other was excessively salty. The basket of chips was also disappointing: insufficient in quantity and made from frozen chips that were not cooked properly. Considering the value for money, we decided not to order anything else and finished our meal elsewhere. A final note on the service: long after we'd finished and already feeling cold, we were only intercepted while we were still wearing our jackets, to ask if we wanted a coffee, probably because it's more difficult to control the dining room from the dining room. With only two customers in the entire place, a little more attention would have been appreciated. For a chain that presents itself as an experience based on select ingredients, storytelling, and an engaging location, the disappointment was obvious. It's a shame, because the promise was there. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't return.

We came to eat as a couple. To start, we ordered "meat tacos" advertised as being made with Piedmontese meat, but we ended up with fake sushi with hard rice and no idea what we were eating. Then, for our main courses: - Piedmontese agnolotto: 4 sauces to choose from, great! Result: very (too) few supermarket-quality ravioli (nothing like artisanal) with the famous sauce for an extra €2 that wasn't mentioned beforehand. - Picana, supposedly a steakhouse, 8 pieces of sinewy, tasteless meat, nothing but excessive salt. My palate is still dry. It came with fries (frozen, of course): another extra charge that obviously wasn't mentioned: €4. I still thank the waitress for her friendliness, but we would have preferred a little more honesty about the extra charges. In short, the reviews suggest it's okay, but in reality, it's not. There was no heating in the restaurant, and everything was served in 25 minutes, which raises doubts about the quality of the food. €66 for the total; I would have gladly eaten if the quality had been there. I think you can find much better for that price.

One of the worst experiences ever. Birthday dinner; we ordered almost every menu, expecting faster service. There was an endless wait between courses, two hours and 45 minutes for an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The appetizer (sushi) was good, the first course mediocre, and the second course (sliced ​​steak) inedible. The meat arrived cold and incredibly tough, unacceptable for a place where meat is supposed to be the star dish. The dessert was terrible. When we pointed out that the meat was cold, it was reheated on a griddle, making it completely rubbery. In addition, there was a table of 15 animals who screamed, whistled, and chanted the entire time. The bathroom was always occupied... impossible to have a conversation at the table. An experience to forget.
