I came in to buy a lemon pepper sauce and begin to stress out because they were all out but Joaquin was able to find 1 for me. Joaquin has great customer service treats all customers well.
This 5-star review is solely for the bartender Shavan because she was amazing and honestly deserves a raise. She was checking on us every time she passed by and not just us but basically everyone else sitting at the bar. She made sure drinks were correct, orders were right, and nobody’s glass was ever empty. She was holding it down all by herself and kept the bar running. Now, to be clear, this rating is not for the other girl working the bar (the one with the Eagles jersey and bandana). She should either be let go or at least written up. Drinking on the job while your coworkers are depending on you is not okay. She was completely out of it and left all the work on the other bartender. And this review is also not for Jessica, the so-called supervisor/manager in the pink hoodie. She stood around with her arms crossed instead of helping. If you see one employee slacking and the other one running the whole bar, jump in and help. Also, dress like management, you looked more like a random bystander than someone actually running the place. From one person working in customer service to another: DO BETTER
Came here on a Thursday for 75¢ Boneless Wings! Had an excellent time! Karen, our waitress, did and awesome job and ensured that all our food came out quickly. The food was good too it was hot and not undercooked, although I don't remember Asian Zing being that spicy (not a complaint, just an observation). Definitely recommend coming here during lunch if you have the opportunity.

OK, let’s get right to it. The service wasn’t the best but honestly, it was not the servers‘s fault. Whoever management is have my girl working in the bar and the entire restaurant. It wasn’t very busy so thank goodness but still it seemed like a lot for one person, the food was bomb. It literally beat my expectations. We chose this place because we have our daughter on a pretty restrictive diet and they use beef tallow so that was a plus for us. I would definitely come back here for happy hour. They had some nice jams plane and I love their patio situation. Don’t sleep on this spot. I had the ultimate sampler and I ordered the sliders with mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and I order a buffalo wings, and I was not disappointed.
This is an updated review! After an initial poor first experience, I gave this place a second chance. Still choose to come in the later evening hours as my first visit was, for a fair comparison. This experience was significantly better. We received good service, food was served timely and much more normal portion sizes.

BWW is always a go to for chicken wings and cheese curds. I usually do a pickup or order out but a good place to go to if wanting something quick and easy.
Had a major craving for chicken wings so picked up a 10 piece take out. Luckily I scored and they gave 12 pieces. I got half lemon pepper and half honey BBQ. Definitely satisfied my wing craving.
Has anyone from the corporate come and visit this location? Overwhelmed servers! Dirty place. Horrible service. Understaffed. You guy went out of business in Del Amo Mall for horrible service and stinky stablishment. You had a great start here for a short period of time and now it's back to horrible everything. I truly feel sorry for your staff who have to work here. They are great people working under disfucctional management. We are not coming back here anymore. Your staff deserve a lot more than a paycheck that you are giving them. Shame on you!!!!
This location is specifically not managed well, especially if you have a to go order. Triple check your order before leaving. The employee who appeared to be in a management role seemed bothered that she needed to fix an incorrect order. At these prices...unacceptable.
ETA: My review from many years ago was for the Del Amo location which has closed in the past year. We've been trying the location on Crenshaw which has been hit or miss. When we order to dine in, we generally get what we ordered. Plus I like the layout and the outdoor area much better at this location than at the Del Amo one. However, this last time we ordered to go and while I absolutely adore the salt and vinegar dry rub, I don't know that I can eat BWW anymore: I'm very sensitive to smells and for the first time in all my years of eating chicken all I could smell was bleach- it was such a strong chemical smell that after one bite, I was done. I tried the teriyaki wings of another person in our party and it was the same- underneath the smell of the sauce, all I could smell was bleach. I've had this experience before but with tap water that I've ordered at other restaurants where all I can smell and taste is chlorine/bleach...To be fair, nobody else in our group of 4 could smell the bleach smell but I've had chicken wings at other fast food places since then without that smell...I don't know that eating in the restaurant would have changed anything except perhaps to have been able to order something else or see if it was restricted to a batch of chicken but it was a really unappetizing experience...it's going to take a while to get over that taste trauma. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While the quality of the food is consistent and who doesn't like wings for game night, the service is consistently not great when you order and pick up. When you call to order ahead of time and go pick it up, they end up putting the order in when you get there so you have to wait for them to make it which defeats the purpose of calling in ahead of time. Then, 85 percent of the time, they screw up the order, or don't include items with the kids meal or forget the carrots /celery. If you bring the mistake to their attention, they are always happy to remedy it but it's such a hassle and it makes this "fast food" anything but. Better to eat in where you can more quickly remedy any errors than to order for take out.
First and foremost, I don't know why people are acting like this is four or five star dining. You need to understand your ordering wings. Wings is a basic food okay? It's a basic finger food. The wings are fine here. The problem is the service and the overall management of the restaurant. Our server meant well but because the restaurant is poorly managed it just dulled the whole experience and made the entire experience negative at no fault to her - she just couldn't keep up! We went for the Thursday night football game and I was celebrating my 53rd birthday. However, I kind of regret the choice coming here and I don't think I'll be back for quite some time. The Wings were as expected, however, the problem with this location there's no sense of teamwork with the staff that work at this location. I am someone who is married to a former restaurant manager of a large-scale restaurant and it was clear that no one is working together in this establishment. When I shared my experience with my wife. She confirmed that I was correct. Each server was only concerned about their tables. They were missing items from multiple orders. There were dirty dishes on tables for too long of a period. There were drinks that were empty for too long. You saw a food runner's standing around (clear a table, or refill a drink - do something when the team is slammed). The manager was kind of standing around and no one was working together. To conclude, you need to retrain this location on operational teamwork. It's clearly lacking and it basically damaged my experience and the experience of many others on the night of my visit - 12/13/2025 - I will not be back anytime soon✌🏻 I won't be back 🤖👎🏽
Wow. I mean for such a prime spot, this place is pretty beat up. The bathroom was way too dirty and the place just looked like it hadn’t been taken care of. The food was good but the cleanness of the made you question quality. Not sure if i would recommend even though the food was decent. Need new management. I was a Huge Buffalo Wild Wings Fan Until I Ordered online and they got my order wrong and when I called a few times Noone picked up .. I thought because of NFL Playoffs .. So I was in the neighborhood a few days later and they said they couldn't Honor 10 wings because I didnt call and even told him you can look at my calls and the date and time .. you can even look at the bank account I used to order .. the manager wouldn't honor it and I asked him to call his General Manager and he said he did and she said no too .. Food was undercooked and cold. I wouldn't even let my dog eat here. The beer had stuff floating in it. Service was astonishingly poor. Never been to a chain restaurant run this poorly. Management clearly knows what is wrong based on the reviews. They clearly don't care. Don't go here. You will get sick.
Unless you’re gonna sit at the bar, don’t come here. Also it’s self seating but you wouldn’t know that because the sign they put up was written by someone who can’t write and difficult to read. I have never had worse service. Inattentive and dismissive waiter/waitress staff. Waitress was MIA and other waiting staff snapped “you have to ask your server”. If you want BW, then just drive up a few more miles and go to the one at Del Amo. At least they give a damn.
Customer service in the take out area is nasty. Employees very rude and they see you coming in and they completely ignore you. You can see that they are in the kitchen talking and laughing while you are waiting, and they are literally looking at you. When you ask one of them if someone can help you they get annoyed. Management should do a better job at hiring this people. If you don’t like to work in customer service, this job is not for you.
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. The server said her name was Erika but our receipt yajaira. It took a whole hour just for us to order after we were sat down. We also didn’t get our drinks until she gave us the receipt.
Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The manager and the server named Yajaira were inconsiderate and ignored many guests not just my group. Once we sat down she asked “what do you want” not even a “hi how can I help you today”. We weren’t ready to start our order and asked her to come back. Once we finished deciding we tried to signal her down and she ignored us. Even after we got her attention it took 30 minutes to take our order and took groups after us straight infront of our face. Afterwards when our food arrived it came with no napkins no forks, no drinks which we got in a combo order. Afterwards we tried to get her attention and she ignored us even more. Once I got up and asked for a check I mentioned we never got our drinks and she said “oh i thought the other server helped you” like you’re our server you should help your guests. Afterwards once we got our check she finally brought just one out of two drinks. Usually I dont like complaining about servers but I then tried to talk the manager and the female manager just also ignored me and took her side that their place was busy but there were less than 20 people when we originally sat down. I then said I would leave a review about their service our server Yajaira said good luck with that. I finally asked for her name and she gave me a fake out and said it was Erica and giggled then walked away.
Service was absolutely terrible someone named Erica was our server but the receipt showed her actual name which was Yajaira. She gave us waters then said she would be right back and an hour later after serving others their food we finally got to order and instead of saying something like “what can I get for you guys” she said “what do you guys want” like we were insulting her for even being there then it took another hour to get our food. Mind you we still haven’t even got our drinks that we ordered. So we finished our food and asked for the check and once she brought the check then she finally brought our drinks as we were leaving so we paid for drinks for nothing. When we tried to get a discount on our stuff because of how long we were there and our missing items she started arguing saying the kitchen was backed up but 6 other tables that got there way after us got there food and left before we even got to order. Genuinely this is the only time I’ve ever written a review in my life because I’m nice to everyone but this lady was so incredibly disrespectful and rude that I just had to.
The owners daughter obviously feels entitled which isnt good at all for the business. I was there with my 2 friends and we were casually talking and laughing, having a good time when the girl in the white shirt and bun turned around and told us to keep it down because they were trying to watch Love Island. Don't come to a social environment to watch t.v and expect others around you to sit there quietly. Watch it at home or deal with it. After I brought it up to one of the employees they mentioned shes the owners daughter. Makes sense why she feels entitled.
Horrible food, burger was EXCESSIVELY SALTY, Groupon apparently "didn't work" at this location.... which is weird because we called and said it wasn't a problem. Terrible management, not one other person in here, but food for some reason still took 35 minutes to get. Took another 10 minutes silverware after food had been dropped at table. Really bad for the price.
I’m deeply disappointed with the service at your location, especially during our Father’s Day outing. Last visit, we waited 20 minutes to be seated despite empty tables. Today, June 15, 2025, we arrived to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband and our 11-month-old son, only to encounter a sign stating “OPEN SEATING.” However, when we attempted to seat ourselves, staff shouted at us to sit down and wait to be seated. This contradictory and unprofessional behavior was not only confusing but also humiliating, as it happened in front of other customers, leaving us embarrassed and uncomfortable. We chose your restaurant to enjoy a special family moment, but this experience ruined our Father’s Day celebration. I request an apology for the rude treatment and clarification on your seating policies to prevent this from happening to others.
The server was stuck up and sensitive and then they told us we couldn’t have 2 drink at a time, then served the people next to us a cocktail and shot at the same. When I asked about it the lady said it was the law. That’s a bold face lie that is not the law. Anyways so I I order a 24 oz Guiness and poured it into 2 glasses to have 2 12oz beer…. But I couldn’t order 2 8oz beers at the same time. That doesn’t make any sense. Edit: Islands fine burgers and drinks served me two beers at the same time and their staff were WAY more hospitable.
My apologies but I have take back my 5 star review. The waiters there are so rude they act like if they’re are at hooters and they aren’t even innocent about it. 09/26/24 5:00pm-5:26pm I went with my family to eat. I noticed 2 sections one with a family and another without. For some reason my toddler and wife and I were seated in the non family section. Okay people don’t share the same morals anymore so it was terrible to hear woman cussing 24/7. None the less we waited 15 mins for people to walk past us and ask other tables if they were ready to order. We were ignored the front lady who assigned us seats saw this and minded her business. I got fed up and left with my family somewhere else. I told the front of the house lady that we ignored and no one had taken our orders. It was not busy. I actually have left decent tips on the past. I’m no longer going to this location. This experience was just disappointing
Arrived at 4pm didn't seem too busy and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait finnaly got seated around 4:30. It's 5:03 and 30 minutes later got my drink order taken Im going to update the rest of the experience once I'm done.Well we had a young man that was very dedicated to his job and took over the table and apologized for the wait and took our order promptly and was attentive to every request. He wrote down our order and assured us we where in good hands.Was very professional and had all the qualitys of a great manager. His name was Josh. We got our food and it was delicious and exactly what I expected. Throughout the whole time there I saw a worker that was just wandering around not doing much. At the end of our meal which Josh made great I asked to speak to the manager to my surprise the wandering guy doing nothing at all was the manager. I let the manager the importance of table touching and how it could impact someones experience at a restaurant. Tried to give me excuses for his poor management. Told him to follow Josh's lead to become a better manager.
