This whole entire review is owed entirely to our server Nickie. She’s absolutely amazing, has such a nice smile, super friendly. Honestly, she made the meal for us. We’d all been to Olive Garden before but you’d be so lucky if you go and get Nickie as your server. 15/10 experience!
Olive Garden in Torrance was the BEST Olive Garden I’ve visited. Yhalaina, our server was attentive and kind. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli. It arrived at the table quick, hot and savory. The best thing about this location is the ambience. You enter an open and welcoming dining area that is made up of quiet coves with warm lighting. Seated at a booth, you feel serenely separate with your party.
Sara gave us excellent service pasta was piping hot, Crispy Chicken topping awesome. Great value...keep up the bottomless specials OG!

But let's talk about the food! The Never-Ending Salad Bowl is a legendary start; the greens are always crisp, the dressing is bright, and it's a refreshing palate cleanser. Paired with those famous, warm, garlicky Breadsticks? Pure perfection. They come out fast, and the servers are always ready to bring more. My entree, the [e.g., Chicken Alfredo / Tour of Italy / Spaghetti Classico], was simply superb. The [e.g., sauce was rich and creamy / flavors were perfectly balanced / portion was generous and hearty]—it was everything you want in comforting Italian-American cuisine. The service was exceptional. Our server, the server is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed every part of our meal. For a reliable, delicious, and satisfying meal where you feel truly taken care of, Olive Garden is the absolute best. It's a fantastic spot for family, a date, or just a truly comforting solo meal. Highly, highly recommend!
I was told Torrance location is better than the others due to them not watering down their recipes. It held true. Soups are thicker and more flavorful. I try the steak Gorgonzola pasta dish when I go to other locations & Torrance blew the rest out of the water. Service was amazing. The manager attended us and everything was on point. Just want to say, if you love Olive Garden, try this location.
The staff at this location are all very friendly and helpful! I have come one other time, before this past time (April 22, 2025), and it was great then too. However, this time that I came was shortly after having had hip surgery. I was in the area for a Dr appointment next door. Since I was alone I wanted to sit at the bar, they had seating available low enough for me to be able to make that choice. The staff behind the bar were all very friendly, spoke with me and other customers, the young man at the door was also very friendly & helpful. As always, the food and drinks were amazing! They had some new drinks on the menu that I had not had before but bar tenders were well versed in taste, sweetness, and strength. I love when I can ask about items and not have to worry about if the person even bothers to eat or drink where they work. Lol. Overall great place and I highly recommend people come and visit this Olive Garden. You really won't regret it.
I know that not every day it goes as planned that’s why let’s enjoy those times that it does. 😀 I had a spectacular experience at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Torrance, Ca As we entered the restaurant, I checked in with the server at the front desk. I didn’t reserve did walk-in serve service it didn’t take that long to get seated maybe 5-10 minutes under 10. The server seated us at the table and greeted us! And told us what we wanted for drinks? My mom asked for a Coke, my dad asked for a beer 🍺 and myself for a Watermelon Moscato Sangria. For the Entrees mom got Chicken Alfredo, dad got Shrimp Alfredo with Chicken also and myself a Fettuccine Alfredo! Now for the first course, I got a soup and my parents got the more healthier course Salad with breadsticks. 😊 let me tell you the food was delicious experience was awesome and it smelled wonderful. Thank You!

Came on a Sat for dinner around 5pm. No wait time. When we left around 630 it was packed. Really great ambiance from the entrance to the inside. Looks like the business park renovated and reused the space from office to commercial use, great idea. Nice little cascading waterfall as an entry point with a bridge crossing. Clean establishment and amicable staff, fairly quick service. Food is okay, the bottomless salad, soup and bread is always a good option. The salmon could have been more moist but flavor was good, broccoli was well done and moist. Salad was decent, dressing was coated on, might need to ask for light dressing. Sangria was wayyyy too sweet.

We had a good server named Miguel. He waited on us 3 & i must say i have no complaints. He made sure we were taken care of 😋 soups, bread & our drinks. Good job 👍
I try not to go to well known, supply chain restaurants, but my family is in the States and we're slowly introducing them to American food lol. Our experience was honestly a 3/5, which is an "okay" rate according to Yelp. Though, our servers deserved an extra star. Parking: There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: It was somewhat busy for a Wednesday afternoon. There was no wait. Our party of 11 were seated immediately. This location layout is very similar to any other location. Service: We had 2 servers. I only caught one of their names. Both were courteous, patient, & quick, but special shout out to Memo! Although, they made a few mistakes, their courtesy and livelihood made up for it. Two family members didn't receive their dishes with the rest of our's, we kept receiving the wrong soup, and other minor mistakes. Foods: I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I ordered the steak cooked rare because supply chains always overcook red meat. The steak was okay. As expected, the steak was overcooked lol. The Alfredo pasta was good and tasted as expected. The salad and breadsticks were the best part, of course. I also jokingly asked for more mint chocolates because they're my favorite, and our servers actually gave me a whole mug of mint chocolates haha. Pricing: It's what you'd expect from a supply chain restaurant.

This review is for a take out order! First time trying this location, the pasta was good with a lot of meat however it was a bit on the dry side and more sauce would have been nice! The doughnuts were a great finish!
I always like their food even though I am not fan of pasta and carbs in general, but they have really anti-pasta dishes as well. I love the portions, the size of a dish you get for your money. I rated them poorly on the atmosphere because I think is too many tables at that restaurant. Overall is a great option.

Olive Garden is always our standby restaurant. We've been there many times. This time the restaurant offers very bad service and the food was very bad. The soup, Minestrone Soup, had a very bad taste, stale, sour taste (as if the soup was not refigerated, turned sour), bottomline it tasted aweful!!! Upon arriving parking was not to bad. My family and I found parking near the restaurant entrance Which was very convenient . Arriving inside was not to pleasant. Walking into the restaurant we were not instantly greeted by either of the young ladies present at the booth talking, as we are at other Olive Garden locations. Once seated our tables smelled as if it was cleaned with a dirty cleaning towel . Which was alittle unsettling. We sat waiting for our waitress so long , we just decided to begin our order on the ordering kiosk. I’m not to sure if our waitress had to cover too many tables , but items that were requested was never brought out to us . For example , our sauce for our pasta meal , our refills to our drinks . Something’s as simple as extra napkins for the table , especially dinning with a toddler . To go boxes were left for us to box our meals , with no to go bag . “ like just take your extra food home , to go .” Again we seen the same to ladies at the booth talking when at that time we asked for a bag . Common courtesy when seeing a family that just dinned at your restaurant holding 3 to go boxes would be to assist with at lease opening the bag to place the items inside . But nope , just handed the bag over and continued on their conversation! I’ve been to numerous Olive Garden locations and by far this has been the absolute worst experience. Very disappointing service and very frustrating to have been unable to enjoy time out with my family .
